This company has showed me nothing but A++ customer service. I had questions they went over and beyond to find me answers. Helped search for items I needed and also went out their way to be helpful. Friendly staff, oh my from the time we hit the door I felt welcome. I purchased a fish fry kit today and they made me feel like I just purchased a house. Great prices. Variety was exceptional in shows as I found my 13 wire in Nike, that were on sale. Fishing equipment was good but several key out of stock colours on some lures. Service was exceptional. Was greeted by all that made eye contact with. Will keep shopping here, well worth the drive.

Bought my first firearm there. Very good experience. The clerk who works in the outdoor department is a retired sheriff, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Ill definitely be coming back for my firearm needs.

I always love a good trip to academy. We get everything there from athletic clothes (love academy brand BCG its great quality) to pool chemicals to hunting supplies!

A store that still truly supports freedom, no mask police at the front door. thumbs up.

Few customers were wearing masks even though the county has an indoor mask mandate. An associate was standing by doors with a table full of masks but the maskless customers were not addressed. Several employees had their masks below their noses.The sign on the front door gave incorrect information about the county mask mandate.I will NOTbe back to this store.

Called this place in search of ammo spoke with someone named Justin. I was told there were a few boxes left, I get there 5 MINUTES later and they are all GONE!! Talk about a waste of time.....!!! Funny thing is he couldn’t look me in my eyes. LIAR!!!! Don’t waste your time going to this place.....I wasn’t born yesterday and I don’t believe that anyone purchased it that fast. Smh, he must’ve needed it more than me. 😭

I placed the order online. Products delivered to car. Quantity of items was wrong, ordered 18 toe warmers and only put 16 in the bag. I was missing two. They found one at the register it fell out of the bag. Had to go grab another one off the floor. It all worked out however defeats the purpose of saving time and not having to go inside the store.Oh well, they fixed the order.

This was my first time going here. I picked the right day to visit they were having a great sale on sneakers. I bought 4 pairs and some other items. This was the best shopping trip I have had in a long time. I will definitely be going back

I placed an order online for pick up at the store, it was ready within an hour! This location is clean, with friendly and helpful employees, as well as well stocked shelves.

Everytime I buy running shoes on sale, something is wrong with them. They always take them back but its painful. My rollerblades are great though and Ive had no problems. Getting harder wheels made a HUGE improvement.

If you go here early, its not crowded. Staff on duty were very friendly, especially the girl who was at cashier station 2 and the man who greeted people at the door. They have good price on deer feed and attractents and right now having a clearance sale on athletic wear.

This place is massive...have a great selection of athletic and outdoor stuff.

I seriously believe Academy has just about everything to fulfill my sporting good needs! As an athletic coordinator, when I need something same day or as soon as possible I go to Academy Sports!

Fair prices but they are low on staff. Restocking of merchandise seems to be lacking. I couldnt find an inexpensive pair of rubber boots in my size. There were assorted sizes loosely displayed on a shelf. Very small variety of sizes in this price range.

The guys who helped me get what I needed and loaded it in my car for me were super nice. However, at the register, I was told if I applied for an Academy Sports card, I would get $15 off my purchase. I applied and wasnt approved immediately. The cashier told me my application was in review so I wouldnt get the $15 off. She didnt say I had to be approved to get the discount. If Id know that, I wouldnt have bothered. I feel like I was tricked into applying for it.

Guys at the firearm section have very little knowledge, do you even check to see if they know anything about that position?

I have not actually been inside the store, thanks to the awesome curbside service delivery I received from a store employee named Reginald. My son, who lives in a different city, had been having difficulty finding an item in his local Academy Sports store. I kept checking the website, saw that it had been restocked in this store, bought it online and went to pick it up. Quick and easy, and made better by a brief conversation with the very personable, helpful Reginald!

UPDATE: I was here in July, 2021 to pickup an online order. I went to the ONLINE PICKUP counter and waited in the line. I was then informed that I had to meet the guy who was standing by the door if I wanted to get my order. This store still seems to be unorganized and I will not be returning.This was my first time at this location. Overall, the staff were friendly. However, the lines are very confusing.

They had great prices on the items I was looking for. Just wish they had more of the items I wanted in stocks. Lots of folks shopping didnt believe in social distance.

Ordered a trampoline for Christmas in nov.Got email they would refunded money because we had picked it up by the date.No refund as of today. Been calling getting run around.Now they said it was picked up.Told them pull footage I want to press charges .And I was on the way drove 3hours to get to the store.Now they tell me no one pick it up and they are refunding the account and they don’t have anymore trampolines.Will never do Business with them again.

I have bought 6 firearms from them in the past few months and I highly recommend them. Their prices are not all jacked up because of the market shortage and it was pretty fast because I had my paperwork ready.

Poor customer service! 4 employees up front hanging out chatting while the line continues to back up. Employees wanted to argue over sale items that they apparently had marked incorrectly or didnt set up properly in the system. Assured we will not shop here again!
