He was quick to respond to all of our questions and even sent us additional pictures of specifics that were important to us.We weren’t disappointed and the car was actually better than expected. We had a quick and seamless experience and strong follow up afterward when we had a few loose ends to tie up. We drove away in a newly cleaned car with a full tank of gas. They sold me a car at clean retail price...the wheel had curb rush on it. The back bumper was destroyed meaning a Bunch of gouges and scratches. Ants crawling all over the inside of the interior. They didnt want to help with getting these things fixed or adjust the price. I did proceed only because of how rare the Infiniti was.I will not recommend this dealership to anyone!

I went to this dealership 2 times and was disappointed on both occasions. The first time I went, there is a ML35O SUV I wanted to buy for my daughter who just graduates. A very SHORT SHORT sales guy came out. I ask him about the car and if I could possible test drive it. He told me I have to make an appointment. Which was weird! What I got from this guy is that he was not interested. He seems to rush me off asking about financing and the whole laundry list about my finance not concerning about whether I like the car or not. I felt as if the guy was judging my appearance not knowing I could buy any of his Cars and the lot. Once again I decide to stop by today because my wife thought I might be over-reacting. I went inside ask for help this time. This old man asks the same guy to help. He proceeds to ask if I have finance and what questions I have. I told him I have finance and it not an issue 800 credit score and a business that makes $30000 a month. He then keeps asking about my finance as if Dude! You cannot afford a 19k used car. He came outside to open the car from a distance remotely and was like go look at the car yourself..as if to say I am not interested. I was now convinced this guy had profiled me. They were another black couple there who felt the same attitude but was too scared to let him have it. I had was to scowl this kid about the rewards that come with good customer service. I wanted the car but will never spend my black dollars with these people...I wish the couple had the guts to walk away. I Will not recommend these people...NOT GOD AT ALL...

My car buying experience was phenomenal at Select Auto. Justin is who worked with me on buying a desired luxury vehicle. He was patient and worked diligently on getting my BMW 528i. Then I was introduced to Ahmad for the test drive who offered a wealth of knowledge and great sense of humor. To say I was throughly entertained is an understatement. The only issue I inquired about on the vehicle was the back window. The tent was worn terribly and it was extremely difficult to see out of the back window. Upon return from the test drive I brought my concern to Justin and he quickly replied, “we will take care of the window.” Two weeks later the car is running really well and they honored their word on replacing the back window. Ive been looking for a car for a while. I stumbled upon this dealership. The service was amazing. There were a lot of great options. I purchased a vehicle from Jonathan. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I had a small problem with my key and they offered to get the original from the BMW free of charge. Will definitely recommend to others.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. After purchase I took the car to the nearest BMW dealership who gave me a quote of $4,300 to repair all of the issues. During inspection the BMW dealership tested the tint on the windows. They explained to me it would not pass. I called select auto and Justin who told me he was the owner stated we passed the tint on the inspection with the intention of taking it off but never got around to it. Select Auto then picked up my car from BMW without my authorization. After taking the car they removed the tint, again, without my authorization. The most disturbing fact is that they manipulated the inspection.

I knew nothing about select auto prior to finding my car online and was somewhat apprehensive. I will say that I am glad I bought my car from these guys. The price was great, I was given a fair market value on my trade in and financing was a breeze. Once I got to the dealership, all the paperwork was ready and just waiting on my approval of the vehicle and trade value. The wheels had some curve love and they vowed to fix it at no cost to me which happened and turned out great. All in all it was a phenomenal experience working with these guys and if they have something else that catches my eye in the future, I will not hesitate to buy from them again!!!!! I bought a 2013 328i BMW from Select Auto. The radio was not working at the time of purchase. I was told by Jon that the car would receive a BRAND NEW radio and it would be installed by BMW. Well, that was a lie!!! Jon, put in a refurbished radio and his own technician installed it. We called BMW and they told us they have never done any work on that VIN#.Jon, just be upfront with your customers. Select Auto isn’t about making things right for their mistakes. And I insisted on taking the vehicle because I was told by Jon it would take a few weeks to get the radio repaired. We also asked for receipts/warranty for repairs and did not receive them. Buyers Beware!!!(This is the response I got from Julian from Select Auto via text message shortly after I posted this review. The text was copied and pasted to this review. I was looking for a high quality pre-owned vehicle online when I came across Select Auto in Charlotte. I contacted them through a web inquiry and received a response in a matter of minutes. Im from neighboring S.C and while in Charlotte on a business trip I happened to pass Select Auto and spotted several Mini Coopers on their lot. We were met with stares and no greeting. They could care less if a customer had just entered. We asked a question and was not prepared for the smart remark. We will never refer anyone there. Good luck! We dont wish that type of treatment on anyone.For starters, customer service 101 begins with an hello and a welcoming. There was only one staff person present.It would be helpful for maybe that staff person to engage in some sort of customer training classes, so the next customer they may encounter have a different experience.

Bought a land rover 2015, while i knew its high mileage and prone to maintenance, a bit of heads up would be nice, had to replace brakes 1200$, new controls arms 1100$, control module for seat heaters $1000, new backup fob 500$, overall had to spend $$ on a car i only got 500$ off and KBB was only 2000$ under, so not a great deal but i kinda knew what i was getting into. but the whole transaction process was fast, gotta give them that, quickly sell so you dont find issues haha.Update :the owner called me with concerns and while I appreciate his gesture to protect his ratings by no means I’m knocking his integrity and I know I did not contact them with the issues and bills as it’s only been 2+ months and these issues slowly came upAnd I knew it will be hard to ask a used car dealer for $$ after a sale since getting the price down itself was hardFuture car buyer Next time check the car properly and negotiate well or at least better than I did and contact them with issuesI up a star because at least the owner cares and called me

Excellent customer service!... Nick, Justin and really the whole staff was very helpful and professional.I had seen a vehicle that peaked my interest online (for my wife and 2 little ones), walked in, asked for the keys, checked, test drove, and it was a done deal. You can tell they are very selective about their vehicles (hence the name I guess) because the one I purchased and others I looked at where in excellent condition for being used vehicles. I got an incredible deal on a 2014 Subaru Impreza from Select Auto. Being a 1st time car buyer, I was very impressed with the interest rate and monthly payments they were able to offer me. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, but not overly pushy about making the sale. It was just my 6 yr old son and myself. The staff was accommodating and more than happy to entertain Oliver while I did paperwork. We were really pleased with our overall experience and purchase.

We had been looking at used BMW convertibles for a couple of weeks so felt knowledgeable about fair pricing, features etc. We found a car online at Select Auto that looked perfect and the price was very fair. I spoke with and texted with Nick a few times before driving down. He was extremely professional and not pushy at all. We drove to the dealership from Greensboro and didn’t get there until 4pm when they close at 4pm. They stayed open after hours to assist us. We found everyone to be very nice to work with and overall the dealership was top notch. We are very pleased and will not hesitate to go back when in the market again. Thank you Nick and team!

I bought my first dream BMW here, it was immaculate with all the updated maintenance according to service by BMW/Carfax. It had very low miles for a 2007 BMW. They had a sensor go bad when I bought and they fixed it quickly for my purchase. Nick was awesome with his customer service with no pressure sales. Transaction was super fast. My only issue was it had 1 fob with the car I needed 2. Ive had the car for months and no issues except front brake pads had to be replaced.

This is my third vehicle purchased from Select Auto! Each time the experience is amazing. They do a lot of the behind the scenes before you arrive so your time waiting at the dealership is minimum. I just got the Lincoln MKZ and I love it. Great car, great price and most importantly great customer service experience!

Very bad service!! Condescending Salesman never have I ever seen such scammers. Nickel and dime you. First I got a bill after I left the scammers business for my tag on the car. They charged me 88.00 for a tag on my paperwork for a tag I guess they pocketed that $$. Dishonest dishonest dishonest!!!I gave them my registration card from the car I was driving for insurance information. They never gave it back. They never activated my insurance for the car. Would never recommend this place to buy a car. A good dealership always activate your insurance for you.

I love shopping. But I hate shopping for cars- so a friend recommended this dealership- They were courteous, very knowledgeable and honest (they offered information and comps without me even asking for it) and not at all like pushy salespeople at bigger dealerships.
