The salesman who helped us was amazing 👏He answered all of our questions. He wasnt pushy at all. He allowed us to make our own decision after giving us the best price ever. I would recommend this store to anyone.

This is nothing but a glorified Air Mattress, had mine for a 2 months and might as well slept in the woods on a regular air mattress. Once you purchase the bed dont even try to go back to the salesperson you bought it from with any type of questions because they will say call customer service and then you wait on-hold for 40-60 mins before getting someone to talk with. Biggest Fraud !!

Super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. They went out of their way to assess my needs and try to find something within my budget. Unfortunately I learned I can’t afford those, but they sure sell nice beds!

I’ve been having a lot of back pain so I went there to buy a bed and the lady told me how great the bed was so I put cash down and financed half of it. It’s a glorified air mattress. Someone sits at the bottom of the bed when you’re at the top and you fly up for one and for two I just don’t like it it’s an air mattress and didn’t like the way it feels. So I called to return it since I put $3000 down you’d think I wouldn’t owe anything but they say I have to pay a $200 pick up fee which they didn’t mention when I purchased the mattress.

Showed up at 11:42 am, doors where locked, says they’re open online, I even called and nobody picked up. The sign on the window even said they opened at 11. I was on my lunch break, was of time.

If they want the sale then they should be able to answer all the questions about the product Ridiculous woukd never buy from this location

Sleep Number service was pleasant but sheets very expensive.
