Just recently moved back to the area and was told to take my stuff to discount computers. Glad I did hes a really nice guy down to earth doesnt sugar coat anything very friendly and outgoing.i.m gonna recommend him to anyone I see. Store is also very clean.and tidy.

These guys are hacks, terrible customer service and their prices are completely out of line. I work on computers myself so I know what services they offer and what the overhead and the bottom line is that these guys are greedy and take advantage of people who are not tech-savvy, it may look like a nice mom and pop discount computer repair and service location but its not. Save your time and money and find some one else to help you with your computer.

Poor service, I mentioned a substitute thought to his idea and he shot it down because of brand bias. Totally snobbish when I tried to find what was best for my budget. I was very surprised at the unprofessional behavior being displayed. Not everyone can afford to spend 2 grand on a computerHe insisted I would be fine. As if he was in my wallet.He jumped up and down like a loud baby and screamed I was wasting his time. Look dude I don’t want a super fancy computer. Just because you seen my cash roll it doesn’t mean it’s meant for your store. Sell me a decent $300 machine or don’t. I’m not spending 2k because YOU think I should.

Great service, friendly and fast

Make sure you ask them how much the job will cost before they fix anything. I was charged $100 for them to remove the battery of my laptop, took them 15 minutes to fix everything. When I questioned the charge Jim immediatly changed his price to $85.
