I tried calling them to get a question answered regarding charges from their photo center. I attempted 4 different times to get connected to a human being which resulted in over 20 minutes waiting on the phone that rang the entire time and no questions answered. Worthless. Poor customer service and execution all the way around. Its not Covid, just excuses for poor management.

It’s Walmart. Looks and feels like every other Walmart. When you live in rural Iowa, you are not afforded a lot of choices.One visits Walmart to survive, and to purchase needed items. You have to trade your morals and money so workers can work at poverty level and the corporation gets insanely rich.

Walmart sucks but is sometimes a necessary evil.I hate this company.

Im surprised that there isnt more accidents in the parking lot. Between pedestrians and traffic going every which way its amazing someone doesnt get hurt.

Walmart has everything you need at low prices and is often a bargain over other stores. This being said, you also find a lot of interesting characters and corresponding behaviors from the clientele. I am a little displeased with the cutting of staff and the increasing self-checkout kiosks. If I am checking myself out; I should get a discount for working at the store. I would like to see better staff to client relations and personal touches instead of cold impersonal business gestures. I wish that some womens clothing were made of a better quality cloth and that the shoes were of better quality. Some people want cheap products, but I would actually like a median for quality products and service. Not impressed.

My experience or issues is the Rudeness of the Boy putting up the seafood products and the heavy set girl filling out orders they didnt acknowledge us when we spoke to them. Sad thing is the store director wont even respond to any of the complaints here. Do you see the pattern from the top to the bottom of the ladder.....

Enjoy shopping at our local Walmart store. Most of the employees are very friendly. Just wished they were a little more knowledgeable about their store.

I had to do a return so I went to the service desk. I was number 5 in line. Although I was that far back in line, it did move fairly quickly. There was the usual one person working and no one came up to help. I hate going to walmart

We hardly shop inside anymore and the people who work the pick ups are quick to answer questions and show up in a timely manner.

Pretty clean pretty well stocked. Not bad for a walmart. Staff is generally pretty friendly also.

Its again walmart. It had what I needed, but I got more stuff that I didnt need and was hassled at the exit by a sweet woman who needed to see my receipt. For what? Im not trained on those machines.... If I make a mistake thats on them. I dont work for them. Silly Walmart self checkout

Store is pretty clean, most people are friendly. Just cant get waited on at the deli. Employees look at you, dont ask if you want anything, and carry on with work. I no longer buy deli items at Wal-Mart. This has happened half dozen times.

Im usually commenting about shopping with Walmart, but as a Door Dasher picking up online orders, the process is quick and easy as well.

Always busy not sure why its still closing at 11pm because of COVID as the workers dont sanitized carts no more they all are playing on their phones 🙄 not even a welcome either!

Its a Walmart for crying out loud! They didnt have a restaurant for some reason. Most do. There was nothing about it or most if any Walmart that I would jump up and down about, but who knows I may find one at some point.

Well to get a tire plugged it 3 hours and we were the first people there at 7 am so I would not go there if you have anything planned for a few days 4 new tires must take them a week or so

It started out good. My mom was able to use one of the electric carts. That was hilarious, and thanks to the lady that showed her how to use it! Made shopping a lot easier for us. That being said, my personal opinion, Wal-Mart is a joke now! Employees run if they think you are going to ask for there help, kids employees trying to run floor jacks and not paying attention to customers spilling the items off there pallets! Major safety hazard! A nd good luck trying to find an actual person to check you out if you need the help! Like my mother does at times. Seems to me they make so much money they dont need to care about customer service! Like I said you would have to find an employee in the first place!

Wife placed a order to be picked up between 6-7 pm and almost 2 hours later from when it was supposed to be able to pick up its still wasnt done. They have been doing that a lot more lately then they dont notify you about substitutes right away. When we go to target or Hy-Vee we dont ever deal with this.

Be nice when it opens 24 hours again. Otherwise usually has what I need. I like that I can park my semi there to get stuff (a lot of wal marts aren’t allowing drivers to stop to get food and supplies and take a little break but allow people with RVs to camp out for days in the parking lot)

It has amazing deals with low prices. Things are pretty easy to find. However the aisles seem a little thin. Especially when you have to be in a wheel chair.

The store had 2 checkout clerks? I do not go to a store to buy things and check myself out in return! Also, the clothing area was a mess! Clothes were laying on the floor and hardly anything to choose from. And, why are we now having to checkout our cosmetics before we checkout at the end of our shopping experience. Seems to me, it would be better to take that clear and put them up front. Lastly, no one addresses you or asks if they can help with locating items in the store. Was very disappointed and normally enjoy going to shop at Walmart. .....after today, I dont think I will waste my time or money here in the future.

Its Wal-Mart what can I say. They barely have any cashiers. All the employees look like they cant wait to leave and anytime you ask a question you never are treated like a human being. Its Wal-Mart.

It was busy.... I had questions when i was at register and the lady so calm and nice.... The girls on the floor, were very helpful to were I needed to go nail polish and helpful with what colors to get a 11yrs girl.... Plus how to get to get to cat food.... This visit was AMAZING!!!!

No employees there to help and if they are, they are hiding. I waited for assistance in the health and beauty since they lock up shampoo! Hit the button 4 times and it was ignored:( I can shop elsewhere.

One of my favourite Walmarts to visit. The store is clean and well-organized, and I can usually find what I need without trouble.I have had my tires replaced they’re on a couple occasions, and the workers there are friendly and get the job done pretty quick.Using the store pick up option after ordering something online is also nice as the pick up is right near the entrance, and they are pretty good about getting my item to me quickly when I come in.

Its not that bad of a place for a Walmart, theyve definitely made some strides the last few years. The remodeling theyve done has brought a certain class feeling to it. Despite being crowded on an almost daily basis, you can maneuver around fairly well. The associates tend to focus on what theyre working on, yet will lend a hand if needed/asked. My only beef with any Walmart/Target/any other public place is the other customers who feel the need to leave their values and morals at the door. The ones who act like just because its a Walmart, they get to behave however they want. What can you do?

Just like most other Wal-Marts. Friendly staff and most shelves were stocked. They dont have their subway in it anymore though, so thats kind of a bummer.

Went to pick up some fabric. There was NO button to call for help. Another couple was also there needing help, she went to Electronics to ask them to get us help. Nothing. I went to Paint and rang the bell repeatedly. Nothing. I called Customer Service. They paged. Nothing. I flagged Team Leader. He tried to page. No answer. He went to Jewelry to respond to that page. The other couple left. They said theyre going to Joanns. I left my stuff behind and left. After waiting for 30 minutes without help. Very dissatisfied. Get your act together Walmart or you will lose more business.

I had to go twice. To be sure..Store in nice shape. Alex was in produce checking fresh produce. Spoke a few with him. Noted some products unavailable due to shipping. Green tea as an example. Bla bla bla.Then discussed the reasoning why different Wal-Marts have different prices, same product.Seasonal and indigenous products understandable. But canned generic spaghetti. .88Other Wal-Marts .68 why ????Damn near 25 % increase.Then employees.. This is a great store where I observed people working hard to face products and restock. No monkey shines.My final comment. Fell head over heels for customer service employee, Dawn R.She was so genuine so kind hearted. I actually wanted to kiss her. Ok..candidly want to take her with me.Beside being a beautiful person. Conversational. Attentive to customer needs.After the 2nd visit within 3 days. I give this Wal-Mart 4 Star review. Mason City super center has more than most of the others Ive been in. They have plenty of check outs going most of the time and the workers are polite, friendly, and happy to help out. The store is actually pretty nice and they put effort into keeping it looking clean.

Its Walmart remember you can get your diabetes medicine here without a prescription over the counter and its pretty reasonable without it Id be in heaps of trouble. I have Humana coverage but they dont cover vacation so I might as well not have Humana at all

It took me awhile but Im getting used to where things are now. But it would of been nice to have a map made up of where everything was at instead of just they replace the food aisles at.

Normal Walmart the only problem they had a terrible selection of womens shorts. Only 4 different styles. Be better Walmart!🤣 However found everything else we needed on our trip.

Extremely disappointed. Was in store at 10:30pm and needed a high priced item in electronics. Wasn’t able to find any employees so I went to the front. I was told by the employee in front that there was no person that could help me cause no one had keys. Horrible customer service. I will take this purchase elsewhere.

Revisited this location - the drinking water refill station is used as a trash can, associates go by it regularly to break and do not care that it is unsanitary. Overall this #Wal-Mart has a dirty appearance and is unorganized.The #Primo #water station had a 1/4 standing dirty water with plastic and bits of debre the week before as well. The wire rack where you place your drinking container, also dirty. Concidering this is drinking water it should be one of the most maintained spots in the store.I did speak to associates about it on my last visit - but was told it is not their department.There is a Target, HyVee and an Aldies on the same strip all are better maintained options. I went to HyVee and have included a photo of the water refill station here.Several of the associates where pleasant. Some departments where out stock. Overall this location is dirty- understaffed and not well managed.

I can get almost anything I could want or need.

I give props to customer service who has to deal with many many..... Maaaaany people that most of us would just fly off the handle at and lose our sh*t. Very helpful, and friendly even when very busy. Some people just dont get enough credit for all they put up with.....

Like walking a maze. Narrow. Crowded aisles. Purposely designed to maximize shoppers time in the store. Newly rearranged, a horrible shopping experience. Wait until Christmas shopping starts! We wont shop there again unless there is no other choice.

Well maintained, almost any product you need. Was looking for preservion tablets, and are at a good price. Masks required right now so felt safe.
