I had a poor experience with a rep there but the manager Dan fixed my issue and got it done fast. I couldnt have asked for a better manager. He was attentive, he worked with me and didnt argue with me what so ever. If more representatives would be like him then this would have been a 5 star review. Once again DAN IS AMAZING, BEST MANAGER EXPERIENCE.

I went in for two mobile upgrades for my line and Lucy and her colleague were absolutely amazing! They both had great customer Service and were super helpful on upgrading our iPhones.

The customer service is amazing here. They always greet with a friendly smile and are so willing to help customers out. Very chill atmosphere as well as great deals. The store is very well maintained as well. You can tell these employees love their job. Would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to go to a T-Mobile branch.

Great service from Nate, who explained everything in a straightforward manner. Purchased a couple new phones and ported over a couple of old ones from Sprint in relatively short order. Best experience with a cell provider that I can remember. Very pleased.

I came in today to have my phone looked at and Dylan came out to help me. He smiled and he worked with my phone till I had it up and running again . very professional kind and knew exactly what he was doing. I rate this experience very positive. It assured me that I could come here with my phone anytime and get a one service. I cant speak highly enough about Dylan. Also another lady came into the store with a problem with her phone. Christian the other employee helped her out and she was thanking him . it was the best customer service from both of these young men. I have experienced at this store and more impressed the manager JENNIFER is her name.I spent over a lot on 4 new phonesSince arriving she was rough no polite.I asker waiting out side she was busy.And she yelled, you cant because covid politics and I was agreeBut I requested wifi because start twice transfer to new phone and she said 🙄 never answer until she wait because have costumer.At that moment she was free.And then she told me is many stores to go.Finally I asker her name and talk with manager.She said Im manager and I told her she needs to improve costumer services but she dont care about it.I had a very bad experience with the manager of this store, she is arrogant, arrogant and unprofessionalIn three questions I discriminate myself even as a Latina.Her name is JENNIFER I practically ran from the storeI told him to wait outside and he said if he went out he couldnt come back.I asked him for Wi-Fi to help transfer my information from my old to my new cell phone and he didnt want to.I asked him about the manager and he offered me to go to another store.And to finish she told me that she was the one in charge and could do whatever she wanted.How sad how they treat the customer here.They forget that with our consumption she received a salary.
