Was in this morning and received a quote on a patio table that was a floor model and had some cosmetic damage to it. The clerk made a call to someone and said she could offer me $50 off for this. It was less than 10% so I wanted to think about it. When we went back this afternoon, Coriene I believe her name was, refuse to honor the quote. We will purchase a new one at a different store, if I am paying full price for one, I want it new, not a dinged up floor model. I would not recommend working with this person.

This is the best Menards I have ever been in. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but most of all, there WERE employees there willing to help. We live way up north and had extra time before heading to the hospital so we stopped here. My husband is using the complimentary wheelchair and I was rolling a cart for my purchases and dragging him along with me. Mainly, I needed grass seed and river rock. I never expected any help, but a young person named Ashley came to my rescue showing me exactly where what I needed was, loaded up the rock for me and then pushed my husband over to the grass seed for me so I could handle the rock loaded cart. I have never had such service in a Menards and this person needs a special thank you. Very very much appreciated.

I was harassed by 3 different employees because I wasnt wearing a mask. I have anxiety and they would not leave me alone. One of your employees told me they didnt want my business. I cant believe as a business owner you want your employees to treat people like that. Last I checked this is still America. I know the facts now I should be able to choose what is best for me. I suppose you will be one requesting to see a vaccination card or you wont allow people in next. Not getting it. Socialism, I thought this was America the land of the free.

Terrible experience. Ordered online to avoid the ridiculous mask mandate Menards enforces. Because of an online glitch, I had to go all the way through the store to pay for something at the front counter. I did all of that maskless and then was told I had to be wearing a mask to check-out or I would not be able to purchase the products that were already loaded into my vehicle. I then had to purchase a mask that I wore only until I was handed the receipt.I will no longer shop at Menards.Do not support businesses that do not recognize your rights.

A visit in this store is like something resembling 30s Germany if you want to give your family a history lesson but if youre looking to do shopping that cant be done at Fleetfarm. I really recommend Home Depot. Staff and Management is far better equipped to help you than Menards.

Even Capitol one cannot explain their own statement to me. Its very deceiving. You dont get 30 days to pay anymore. No one at the store can explain the statement either. If you use 6 months same as cash and you think youare paying ahead they take that moneyFor new purchases. So no 30 day free ride.

Went to Marshfield Wi Menands to buy light fixtures for our house, the ones we like you cant buy in the store anymore, they had to be special ordered, we ordered 2 and decided we only needed 1, we took the one back and was told we had to pay a $25 restocking fee for a $99 light 🤣🤣 restocking fee? Seriously? How is it the customers fault you dont carry certain things in the store? Pure joke!! We will never buy another thing from your store that needs to be special ordered!!

Always the wrong price listed. Items are never where they are supposed to be. On sale items that cost more then when they were not on sale.

We were fine until this employee came up and told us to get out of the store very aggressively and said he had warned us to were a mask nicely but he never said anything to us ever so u just lost a customer.👎

Friendly staff that help when they can. Older lady at Garden checkout was such a nice face and chipper. Really give them props for requiring facemasks and not allowing children in the store - makes it feel like a safer shopping experience from someone who can get sick easily.Wish they would keep pottery more stocked up but understandable theyre low with more people gardening this year.

Sales team members and associates dont know their own store and the location of their products. Guest services was so rude today and unhelpful. In all honesty, I wont be going back because of the lack of knowledge, help, and service.

Pick through 40 pieces of wood to find 11 that are fair and that is for $60.00 a piece trim boards.

I think its sad/dumb after two months making it mandatory to wear a mask! We have NO cases in our area. What is good for one state/ country isnt always so for another! I saw so many people walking out of your store and leaving!! Dont belittle people, its our right to wear a mask or not! Its NOT your responsibility to make that choice for me!

Just thought I would share my experience. I also sent an email to the corporate office to show my appreciation. It Was great having perky Jessica as my cashier and as a person to talk to. She was kind and very pretty. She then called for some to help me load my things and thankfully he was right there. His name is Hunter. He was very nice and very courteous. You need more people working like them. And when he walked up he was he was very kind and she told him thank u for helping me. They smiled a lot together and was just an overall great experience. I felt very safe while shopping here. I was surprized by the cleaning materials available that were made USA. The staff were also patient and helpful.

Only problem was finding wood I bought not in order had to ask to find some of materials which were outside not in wood barn as I was directed 2x6x8 and 2x12x8

Busy as usual. It makes no sense that out of 3 entrances you can only use one to go in and with a national facial mask mandate Menards is still practicing social distancing. If you really think about it, with a cart between you and the person front of you, there is no way you can get within 6 feet of at person. Also, it is a violation of HIPPA for anyone other than a health professional to ask you about your medical conditions.

Went to Marshfield Menards,and went to checkout,with a Christmas tree storage bag, listed at $24.99.Had sale signs 50per cent off all Xmas.Well at check out,it rang full price,clerk called another clerk,and said that was right price,I said no,she never made attempt to check it out,and I wasnt going to argue,I said forget the bag,I m not paying full price.They never made attempt to check it out.Every other store would believe customer and take the time to check it out.........

I was told that store policy says that everyone has to wear a mask, well I have trouble breathing as it is and I do have a written statement from my doctor stating that I can not wear a mask. So they have lost my business, I choose to breath not end up in the hospital.

I was having a hard time finding the product I needed. An employee came up to me and politely offered to help. He not only helped me find what I needed but he was also very kind and polite to me. When I checked out, the cashier was cheerful sweetheart who helped make my day a little sunnier. Needless to say Ill keep coming to this Menards as long as the employees keep being so awesome.

Menards demands all customers wear masks and I was harassed by one of their employees because I did not have one on. I will not be going back, even after people come to their senses regarding mask usage.

Help when I needed it. A little confusing to get used to the new layout and self service yard, but navigation was easy enough to find with the friendly staff.

I hesitate to post here because my problem isnt with this store, its with whoever set up their pole-barn estimator.Short version; dont buy a pole barn from Menards.The guide I was sold doesnt match the materials I was sold, which has caused a lot of rework. Some of the features on the prints (an automatically generated and e-mailed PDF) I bought arent physically possible. When I went to the 3D view I realized they had boards passing through one another!

Will never shop Menards again. Instituting a mask policy two months after a so called pandemic is ridiculous. Its even more ridiculous to charge customers for said mask. Shouldnt be force to wear a face mask if you dont want to. If Menards makes you wear a mask they should atleast give the mask instead of charging you $1. Was funny they didnt have any anti bacteria hand sanitizer or wipes for guest to use when coming in or leaving. Makes you wonder how much they really are concerned about peoples health or making the $ off the cheap masks?????

The electrical box extenders you carry in your store are cheap and flimsy and a poor replacement of the Carlton electrical box extenders.Whomever made this decision for Menards apparently has no knowledge of construction or remodeling.We have used Menards for many of our remodeling supplies, however we will be going to True Value, Home Depot and/ or Lowe’s in the future for our electrical needs.

Okay, so Im a needy shopper. When I go somewhere that Im not familiar with I tend to find an employee and ask everything I can. I felt bad for James the worker that helped me a dozen times, and everytime he had a smile on his face and gave me all the information I needed. He was great. But the young lady at the checkout was less then nice, not sure what was up her butt but if she were my daughter, Id tell her to at least pretend to enjoy her job and be a little nicer to the customers. I might drive to wausau next time I need something.

Black Friday shopping 2017:I have to say, Menards in Marshfield is just awesome. Everyone (staff and customers) was nice. There was no fighting or running. Staff was well informed on locations of sale items. Everything was organized. They even had a Santa there at 4:30 this morning to spread Christmas cheer!!That is why I go there every year for Black Friday shopping.Thank you Marshfield Menards!!

I was in from out of town, they were not allowing anyone under the age of 16 in the store. I had nowhere to leave my 8-year-old so I was not able to shop there. Bad business model
