LL Bean is a great store for outdoorsy types. Plenty of clothing, coats, and jackets for people with active lifestyles. The added benefit is the abundance of color. For people who are bored with neutrals, LL Bean offers pinks, purples, teals, oranges and sometimes even patterns. Even though the cut and design of the clothing is basic, the colors are not. In addition to clothing, there is plenty of equipment and accessories available for many different types of outdoor activities. Camping, hiking, fishing, boating, SUP. For inside the home, there is bedding, doormats, and games. There are also plenty of pet supplies like beds, collars and leashes, and toys. A huge selection of shoes and boots and a large children’s section too.

LL beans customer service is top notch. Unfortunately they do not have a mask mandate in the store currently. I brought my returns and my paperwork into the store and gave it to a cashier, but I didnt want to keep standing there next to unmasked customers while they processed my return so I told the cashier to just work on the order and I would come back in. But these guys go above and beyond, they finished my return and instead of having me come back in the store they came out and met me on the sidewalk to give me my receipt. Thank you LL Bean.

Products are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Extremely good quality, great staff. Excellent selection of quality merchandise.Covid-19 restrictions are being enforced. Cleaning at frequent times during the day.Alcohol in many places. Restrooms were spotless.

Just want to say thank you to the wonderful staff at the Marlton NJ store! In the face of yet another torrential rainfall from the remnants of yet another hurricane (Ida) I discovered my rainboots to be holey! With little time to spare I called the Marlton store, they told me theyd wait for me, and they had a guy (wish I got his name) ready for me with a selection to choose from. Picked out a great pair of Bean Boots (made by Tiffany - a big thanks to you too!) that will most certainly keep my feet dry! Been coming to this store since it opened and above the great products, this is truly what sets LL Bean apart from the rest - service!

Terrible customer service. They messing up with the prices and return policies, so eventually its impossible to get a fair business with them. Do not recommend this company.

For almost 30 years I have been a fan of L.L. Bean. First buying by catalog then online and 12 years ago, I moved to a place where I can drive for 20 minutes to get to a real store. I love this store. Great layout. You can walk around with no sales people following you (no hassle) but at the moment you need one, they are there for you willing to go the extra mile to help you. The place is not cheap but you buy quality. My only complain (and is not the store fault) is the change on their warranty policy.

We came here to get a new jacket and new boots for the winter. Sadly to say that the quality of goods is not what it used to be. The quality used to be great with lifetime warranty now you only get one year. I would pay for the warranty buy not offered we either. Some staff are great and other hate their job and take it out on the paying customers.

The store is clean and bright. The workers are friendly and helpful.

Quality merchandise that isnt too expensive. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I wish they didnt do away with their lifetime warranty though and it seems they have shrunk their camping and outdoors section significantly over the last few years in favor of larger clothing sections.

Love this store. Appreciate that you can return most purchases within a year. My water bottle quit keeping water cold so I returned it. The sales woman was very pleasant which I appreciate. Makes all the difference in where I shop. Thank you

Store was great as always BUT check out service was so slow.. I actually put stuff back on the shelves and walked out. 1 cashier working and probably 8 to 10 people in line. Not a big deal but I left and they lost a sale.

Great selection. Beautiful clothes. Highest quality around. Also highest prices around. You usually get what you pay for so you decide. We shop there only during the holidays or when they have sales during the year. That being said I really do like this store and their clothing choices.

The staff are very friendly, always ready and willing to assist, and they really seem to like their jobs. The selection in my local store is always pretty good. The store in Marlton is not an outlet so it has a full selection of items and it is also fairly large. And if you cant find your size or color choice, you can always have it shipped either to your home, or to your travel destination and have it meet you there.

Staff was super friendly and helpful to find what we needed. They processed a semi complicated return with ease and very quickly. There’s so much stuff to check out in this store if you’re into outdoor/camping activities.

This is an awesome store with all your clothing and outdoor needs. They are super high quality and are very fashionable. They have everything for camping, kayaking, fishing, and more. Its almost as good as their original flagship store in Maine.

This is a great store. The quality is phenomenal for the prices and its just a great value. The bathrooms are kept very nice and clean. Tony helped us and he was very kind and funny. He brought high spirits and welcoming feelings when we went here. He gave me a free sticker ($80 value)! I would definitely recommend coming here.

LL Beans has been my Go-To for nearly 50 years. They set the standard for returning goods without question. I recall a man returning worn out LL Bean hunting boots telling the clerk they did not meet his expectations. He immediately had his old boots taken and replaced with new ones without a question,

The quality of and return policy is exceptional. The store and bathroom are very clean and the store has a good feel to it. Depending on the season, there is a sufficient selection of goods and clothing. Their waterproof gloves and boots are guaranteed (unless you step on a nail).

Felt understaffed. Good selection of products in all the departments. The place was really clean and organized. I didnt get a goodbye from the person at the desk who wasnt busy at all. They couldve just been having a bad day though so I dont really hold against them.

Pretty good selection of items from the catalogue, but God help you if youre tall or heavy, you need the catalogue. The stores have a smattering of Tall sizes and the sizes above 40 waists are thin on the racks and none above 44. Newly remodeled store but big bac bland. Cant comment on womens stock, or childrens, for that matter.

I love LL Bean for all the basic well crafted styles. I went to 4 stores looking for a simple white turtleneck, then it hit me, dah- LL Bean! Especially like their denim as it retains original color as well as shape.

Ll bean is of utmost quality at a great price, and stand by there products. This location in particular is very good, however some things that you can find on the website are not within the store. But still a great place to shop. Staff was friendly and knowledge able.

Love this store. The staff is incredibly kind. My grandmother was looking for a new coat and I kid you not, one of the sales associates spent an hour and a half, bringing my grandmother coats in all different colors and sizes. She was encouraging her but not forcing her into a sale. She treated her like a girlfriend and gave her honest opinion of each coat and what she liked about it and her opinions on how it fit and how it complimented her or didnt work with her height, etc. I will always remember this woman because when I worked in retail, I couldnt be bothered to even tell customers where the bathroom was, so I was just in shock that she took so much time to make sure my grandmother had the right coat. Because of her kindness, Ive been back for myself for, boots, hiking socks, various flannels, a backpack, and some clothing pieces ( which all are incredibly well made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!--- Yes the clothes are a little more pricey, but they will last. If you sign up for LL Bean emails, they offer 25% off sales quite often)

Great coats and outdoor accessories. Store layout was perfectly done. One of the store associates helped my wife find a coat.Unfortunately, the prices at this location were expensive and I chose not to make any purchases for myself.

I find this store to be a mixed blessing between products of great quality and very poor customer service. If you havent been been to LL Bean or ever looked at one of their catalogs, they have everything that you can imagine for being outdoors. From Clothing to camping, from fishing to biking, they have whatever you can need for your outdoor needs. Their clothing is very durable and comfortable. Products that I have purchased have lasted for years. Some of the items that I bought from there are well over 20 years old and are still holding up. For quality, they are one of the best. Now the flip side of this coin, I find the customer service in this specific store to be lacking. When I cant avoid having to interact with one of the staff members of this store, I am always sorry. 9 out of 10 times I have had a bad encounter with the employees that I encounter. I have found that many of them seem to be grumpy. Second I have found a select few to be very condescending. Recently, my wife had a question that she needed answered. The employee gave an explanation that wasnt clear and the tone was we were being a bother. My wife asked for clarification to which the employee stated As I said and the proceed to give the very same explanation without additional clarification. Realizing that we were not going to get a clear explanation we thanked the employee for the time and went on our way. If you want quality, LLBean is great, just dont expect that quality in their staff.

I love this store. They have amazing items that are well made for your outdoor activities. We have always gotten our kids hiking boots here. They last and are comfortable and worth the price. Very pricy on clothes and clearance rack was not much off.

We visited the Promade Mall in Marlboro for this visit. I found it completely overpriced. The Black Friday specials werent very special. 20% off compared to other stores in mall having 50% off sales. I usually shop the Freehold mall location. Better sales & much better service at the Freehold Mall location.

Absolutely way overpriced!! Really no different from REI only difference is they sell there name brand . I wasn’t impressed with the quality I’ve seen better for less expensive and I’m a avid outdoorsman from fishing, hiking, Off-roading etc it’s a place made for the ritzy to make them feel outdoorsy...

Above average brick and mortar store. Need to expand mens seasonal outfits and shoes. Heavy on call and winter but low on summer and transition period items.

They do have pretty good quality clothes and other goods. Love their T-shirts (pre-shrunck and keep their shape). Hate ownership political support of Trump. Bottom line is I spend less, but buy what I need.

I give 4 stars because sizes on the rack only go up to extra large. This is rather discriminatory towards the more full figured consumer. There is no question the quality of merchandise is wonderful.
