We had a great experience here today. They have a huge inventory and we were able to wander the aisles on our own getting a sense for things and what we liked. Then we were joined by the salesperson we had set up our appointment with who was knowledgeable and guided us to a few suggestions that matched our needs. I was surprised to see the low star rating on google so thought I’d add our experience.

Worst experience Ive ever had from any genre of retail/wholesale. Had to make and appointment because of Covid and asked on the phone to confirm a certain quartz i was coming to look at. Was told they had that specific slab. Three days later drove 45 minutes to be told to look down three sections in a warehouse. When i didnt find the slab and went back to the office they told me the didnt have it but did have a sample. Another 10 minutes, no sample but they had it in Cape Cod. Thanks for wasting two hours of my day. Absolute worst

These people are Thieves STAY FAR FAR AWAY from these people, they seem very nice up front and stab you in the back and don’t answer your calls.If you’re making a decision to invest your time, energy, and money be aware and save the embarrassment and disappointment

The warehouse is amazing. Staff let you roam at your own pace to find your selection. Hard to find people when you are ready to select your granite/quartz.The real issue I have is the quality of their granite. I had my kitchen design team purchase 2 slabs of granite for my kitchen. It hasnt even been in my kitchen for 3 months and we have had it sealed over 5 times. There are so a lot of divits and cracks in the granite. Its disappointing to see on a brand new counter that has never been used, has been sealed and keeps getting resin fills. If you want quality granite or quartz, I highly recommend you avoid LeaMar.Tried to call twice to resolve it and they always are in meetings and will call back and never do. Must be so busy that they cant seem to deal with customers.

We visited today and Rose listened to what we wanted in a kitchen counter and then patiently took us aisle to aisle until we found exactly what we wanted. Amazing selection to choose from.Just make sure the pieces are reserved for you.
