Sherwin Williams name speaks for itself for the quality of the product. This store is easy to get in and out of and the employees helpful and knowledgeable.

Came to this location after walking out of the Sherwin Williams on Johnson Ferry due to poor customer service. This store had a lin but went very quickly. Was in and out within 20 min with the paint I needed and all employees were helpful and courteous. Will be going to this location moving forward.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well pleased with the quality of the exterior paint. A bit more expensive but value comes with a price. Repeat customer.

I was taken aback with the poor experience I had at this location. I was looking to match a stain to my current flooring. I brought a piece of the flooring in to ask for a match so that I could stain some new unfinished red oak treads. As I walked up, I told the woman behind the counter that I needed to match it for indoor stain for unfinished stair treads. She barely waited for me to finish before she told me that “well, this is semi-transparent and factory generated so we can’t match that.” There was zero offer of help. When I asked if they could get close, she said “what is it for?” I told her again for stair treads and she said “That’d be the Minwax over there and it only comes in quarts.” No follow on offer of any help of how to get close or where to start...as there are several products on that shelf. She didn’t care and didn’t even even notice that I walked out. I have never experienced this level of apathy before. It was almost like she was irritated I was asking. I would not suggest going here if you have any expectation of help in your project. Very disappointed.

This particular store is been helping me and my crew a lot. With his manager Francisco. He is an excellent manager taking care of contractors needs. For example if he doesnt have the product he go finds and delivery to you job site. This is a quality customer service experience. KEEP GOING FRANCISCO AND ASSOCIATES.

The clerk made no effort to help color match a stain for my flooring, brushing me aside with a pointer finger to the MinWax shelf. I refuse to give business to a company built on customer service, when its clerk can’t make the modicum of effort to show minimum concern.

Extremely disappointing customer service. Savanah was condescending, argumentative and unwilling to help find an amicable solution to a mistake that could have gone either way. Instead of helping me as a customer she seemed more concerned with proving herself right. As a professional contractor I work with numerous Sherwin-Williams stores throughout Georgia and will refrain from ever bringing business to this location again. You are better off driving to another Sherwin Williams store or the Merchants Walk Home Depot just a few miles down the road for your paint.

Everyone knows Sherwin Williams is some of the best quality paint. After buying a new home I needed a lot of paint, but everyone know you need to pay for quality. Savannah and Jose found a discount for me that made a huge difference in making my budget go farther. Ill definitely be back to this location for supplies on my next project.

My wife and I are property managers in the Atlanta area. We came in near closing time and Brandis & Todd didnt even make us feel like we did. They were very helpful in explaining the benefits of some of their paint products to use for properties that we manage. They were very knowledgeable all their products that we asked about. I cant say enough about them they certainly made a great team and made us feel welcome at a time where many would be rushing us out the door. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area.

The employees were very helpful and professional. One employee took a can of paint to the car because I had a burn on my hand. Nice people, thx!

Been shopping at this location since we moved here and have had fantastic customer service every time. Its hard to find retail companies in the hardware industry that offer the type of service that most Sherwin Williams stores do!

I wouldnt recommend doing business at this location. I have a commercial account with SW as I have had for years. Many times throughout the years I have had unauthorized charges on my account. This location is the latest location to make an unauthorized charge on my account. I am supposed to be called on EVERY charge, or they are supposed to ask for my personal ID for authorization. That requirement is posted on the computer screen at SW stores (I have pics). I was not called and they let $200 in materials walk out the door with someone I do not know, for a job name that wasnt mine. I have notified SW in writing multiple times about this error on their part however this charge has not been removed.

I have been in this Sherwin-Williams store 6 = 8 times in the past two years and for the most part have had fairly good customer service. The products and color selection is of course good and products seem to be kept in stock.

Well staffed, love that the paint chips are positioned on the sunny side of the store, it really shows the colors so well!!

They did great explaned everything and helped me make my decision.

I am a professional painter and I visit all of the paint stores.This is one of the worst .Employees have little experience, borderline rudeness. Dive a little farther, there will be another SW.

Been using this location for a year, usually the service is pretty good. However, today they sold me of banged up, open, crusty can of paint and then proceeded to tell me that this was OK and normal.

Rep wasnt helpful at all. Google did a better job offering assistance on exterior paint colors.

They take care of you like a local hometown store.

They were pretty busy when I was there but once I was helped they were knowledgeable and fairly quick.

As the client, my contractor had me pick up two gallons of paint, I am not a Contractor and Delon didnt listen to me, and you made me pay for what I didnt ask for, common sence Yellow Trim Paint really. Delon was The RUDEST, MOST IGNORANT, INCOMPETENT sales rep ever to grace sherwin Williams...plus his apathetic lack of motivation, plus basic grammar skills...was infuriating.
