Christmas came early for us! We wanted to upgrade our screened porch to a Florida Room. We contacted Window World. They met with us and showed what they could do and they did. The installation crew, products and service were amazing along with a lifetime warranty! Our home value increased $50K or possibly more. True professionals even during a pandemic and a jacked-up Global Supply Chain with shortages of raw materials, supplies and transportation. They delivered as promised. We are extremely happy especially my wife. Happy Wife! Happy Life!

Love my new energy saving double pane windows and door. Took a couple of months for the order to come in but worth the wait. Also added new shutters that will never need to be painted. They look so clean and will be safer. The old original single pane windows were close to impossible to open. All and all I very satisfied. I used this company as they are recommended by Dave Ramsey and the son of a friend who does remodling on high end homes.

Ordered 18 replacement windows mid September, installed yesterday, November 4th, earlier than projected! Fantastic service, Adrian and his install crew with Window World Atlanta were exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable, and got right to work. Hardly knew they were here, not intrusive or messy, and after it was all finished, they cleaned up anything and did a sweep of the outside for any other debris. This is my second time using Window World and we are so pleased with the ease of this process! Highly recommend.

• Install began July 1st. After 30 days, this is what our house looks like (unfinished, ripped and bent siding, house exposed to elements.)• Multiple emails and phone calls to company, multiple no-shows, no call-backs, not even on schedule. Spoken to seven different employees. Contact made through Facebook and company website, too. Nothing.• Had two supervisors come out to inspect. Each horrified, each promised a call back, nothing. #windowworldatlanta

Window World replaced all of my old windows back in 2007. Last month I noticed on of them was failing so I called Window World. They came in yesterday and replaced it for free in about 5 minutes. Their lifetime warranty is awesome. I love that it is transferrable when and if I ever sell my home. They really stand by their product.

I have been working with Paul at Window World for a few years. They did a fantastic job replacing all of my windows on a budget, and I am currently going back to them for new gutters. The windows are good quality, and definitely added value to the home. Paul has always been responsive without wasting my time, and the workers are quick and efficient. I had to do the replacement in pieces over about 6 months, and Paul and his team worked with us to get it done. Recommend for those of us that are on tight budgets, and for those that are not!

After searching for companies that make replacement windows as we have an old house and odd sized windows, and getting several quotes .. Ordered Round Two of windows for my home today with Paul Salazar of Window World. Round One windows are over two years old and holding up nicely and look as beautiful as the day they were installed... My windows have lots of window options and Paul was extremely knowledgeable about all the specs so I could make the most informed decision on this recent order.I had an unusual shaped transom and Paul was very helpful in coming up with solutions for this transom. He took time to explain custom grid options, frames, and alternatives so I felt confident that I would purchase the best option for my needs. Lastly, Paul was helpful trying to secure the best pricing possible despite a significant cost increase across the industry and where possible gave helpful suggestions to facilitate my order.

So far so good! Was referred to window world by a couple friends so decided to give them a try. We are having 28 windows replaced and the price was way less than I thought it would be. Jojo Reyes did a great job explaining everything and answering all my questions. He is the man! Hoping for a successful install in the next 12-14 weeks!

I have yet to have my windows installed however, based on the customer service thus far, I can only imagine what to expect in the future. My sales rep Cameron was very professional and friendly! He thoroughly explained the process, products and pricing without making me feel obligated to purchase. After doing a comparison with other companies, I decided to select window world based on their product and my experience with Cameron. On both visits to my home, he took his time with his presentation and measurements of my windows. He answered all of my questions and was very timely. I would definitely recommend window world and specifically Cameron for his exceptional customer service!

Horrible experience from beginning to end. Windows not as described, unprofessional crew, damage done to our house, glass left for us to clean up, etc. The thing I had the biggest issue with was that there was zero follow up from a manager despite us reaching out multiple times with our issues. Do not recommend.

I feel like I should share my experiences with Window World in hopes that it saves others from a seemingly infinite amount of frustration. We ordered our windows and shutters in October of 2020 and at the time, we were given January 2021 as a target for installation. Numerous attempts to get actual status updates from the staff after January were met with vagaries indicating everything was still in production. Finally, I heard from Window World on March 24, 2021 that the windows were ready to be installed. The kicker was that I had to choose to drop everything and let the crew install the windows and shutters the next day or there would be another three week delay. We decided to drop everything and let the install start the next day.Despite pouring rain, the crew worked all day and even managed to “find” a window they didn’t bring with them initially. They finished up on Day 2 but said they didn’t have all of the shutters we ordered.I had to call Window World *while the crew was still here* because the installation crew only works with what they’re given and apparently cannot call the home office to mention they’re missing parts of the order.Insane.So after they left, we took a close look at the shutters they actually did managed to install and realized the arch tops didn’t look good. Not good at all.I managed to get a call from someone who seemed to have some authority and sent pictures of the unacceptable looking shutters after our conversation about the missing ones.Days went by but he actually did stop by to see what had happened. He said that the installers had sawed off parts of the shutters meant for other windows and installed them incorrectly. By this point, one of the ruined shutters had actually fallen off the house. This guy said that the replacement shutters shouldn’t take too long to get and we’d be all squared away.So now, well over a month since his visit, we still don’t have our shutters. Between myself and some help I had, we took down the incorrect shutters so at least my house wouldn’t look like something out of a Tim Burton movie.I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve tried to call and how many voicemails I’ve left for Window World to get a status update. I called several times today alone and finally managed to get a real human to talk to. The nice lady said the shutters were still in production.Unacceptable.I’ve listened to Window World’s hold recordings so much by now that I can recite John Andretti’s sales pitch better than he can.Please… if you’re considering Window World, please run away. Find someone else. It is a nightmare you’ll not be able to wake up from.

Run far far away. The craftsmanship on the windows is aweful. Had them replaced 3 times in last 7 years. I am still waiting on replacements from April 2021. Came once to measure for replacements, after 3 weeks I called after no one contacted me. They said they had no idea and will have to send some out to measure. 4 weeks later they come again and measure all 5 windows, waited 4 weeks for replacement. They show up with one window not even close to the right size. Now they have to send another person to measure. This one guy found the serial numbers and got ordered. They just called to cancel my install the day before. Have had this on the books for 8 weeks. Now it will be another month. My next call is to better get Harry and a lawyer.

We had a great experience with Window World this year. The sales team, customer service, and installers were all great to work with. The lead times from 2020 seem to be getting better, we waited 18 weeks from contract to installation for 10 windows. It took longer than expected, but they did a great job once they windows were ready. The installation team was personable and efficient. We had none of the issues mentioned in previous reviews. My only feedback would be to have the customer service team check in with an update from time to time to let us know how things were progressing.

I had the opportunity to work with James Skinner. He came by to honor the warranty for my Windows. He was very king and knowledgeable of the window world product. He arrived on time and installed the windows professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for replacement windows as the quality is worth it and the customer service is great! 👍

This the last of the windows in this house to be replaced. We have had 16 windows replaced by Window World. So I think the product is great. Lord knows we had a million questions! the install crew did a great job and everything looks better than what I thought it would have. I was very impressed with the professional service that Mr. Moore showed. He was knowledgeable and I had no idea how many types of windows there are. He walked me through the whole process of how many windows that I needed and made suggestions on other products that Window World provides. I am very happy that I used Window World instead of the other window company. I will be using Window World for other products and services in the future.

We used Window World in 2019 for a bathroom window install and were 100% satisfied. We gave a 5 star review. We also referred them to 2 different people and they used them as well. There was no question who we would use when it came time to replace the windows on the front of our house. EJ was our sales person both times and was very knowledgeable. The issues started with the scheduling of our install. We would schedule a date, they would confirm (even asked if we could do an earlier date) and call the day before to cancel because they did not have all the materials for the install. Why would they schedule an appointment if they dont have all the materials for the job??? This happened 4-5 times and even once we waited for a confirmed install and they never showed up or called. This went on from the beginning of April until the middle of June. Finally the windows were installed and looked great but we noticed a piece of the vinyl brick mold over our triple window was bent and we were concerned the window was too. Took over a month with several calls on our part but they finally replaced the vinyl piece and said the window was fine. It still looks a little bent to me but we will hope for the best and use our warranty if needed. Overall take is we were excited to use them again, expecting the same great service as the first time, but very disappointed in the customer service we received (almost impossible to get through on their phone system and they are not great about following up). We would not recommend them to anyone again.

The folks at Window World have been amazing to work with. Over the course of the last 12 months I have replaced every window and door in my house and I am extremely pleased with the results. I would recommend them to anyone who needs new windows or doors.

Only go with WW if you have ZERO urgency to have your project done! I went with WW originally based on price to value but had I known that I would wait 7 months to have it completed I would have gone elsewhere.I order a total window replacement for my house (30+ windows) and 3 door replacements. I was told it would be around 14 weeks for such a large project. Not a problem…… 14 weeks comes and 3 of my windows were not measured correctly so I had to wait 3 more weeks to have them installed. NO SIGN OF THE DOORS. I had to call and ask where they were. I was told they were never ordered because I wasn’t charged enough! So after getting that settled (back in April) I am still waiting for them to be installed. My delivery date has now been pushed twice because of other projects taking to long.I get it everyone is short staffed but I should of been priority since I’ve been waiting since February. It’s only three doors for Heaven sakes.

Karl M was my salesperson and when I tell you he delivered on his promises...he did! I love my windows!! He was extremely patient and didnt rush me into making a decision. He left no rock unturned when discussing the window features and contract options. (at least I didnt think so. :-) No hidden fees.. Today, my windows were installed and I am extremely happy. The Installers (Adrian and his crew) were on time, professional and did not leave any debris in my yard or house. I had 21 windows installed and i am loving them!! Thanks Karl and Window World!!.

I had Window World to replace 5 windows in my sun room. It took several weeks, but that was ok. The installers did an excellent job.So a few months later, I decided to get 9 more windows. The wait was long again. But that was ok. But the 3 installers that came to do the work was on another whole level. They made so much racket removing my front double window, I had to see what was going on. They removed and did not replace 2x4 wood from the frame. Another window in my sunroom was too short by a lot. So they filled it in with the aluminum. It had gotten dark and they were still trying to work.Well the next day I went to inspect the job and I was horrified at what I saw, Huge gaps in between the window encasement and the hardiplank. No caulking or silicone on any windows on the sides or back of the house. Some of my hardiplank was cracked and damaged. I called to complain. They sent the same workers back. They said that it had gotten dark while they were working. So they filled all the gaps with gobs of silicone.and told me to paint the hardiplank.Later I had some interior painting done. Low and behold, the worst is yet discovered. See Pics. The interior window frame is pulled 1/2 or more in several rooms. The frame is split and cracked in others. The sheetrock paper is torn badly in another room. They half nailed some of their mistakes.Ugh. A manager came out and surveyed the job. He noticed something unsightly about my windows as he was driving towards my house. Too much aluminum encasement. He was shocked at the shoddy work and the damage. But over 1 1/2 weeks later I had to call the office yet again. No one had the decency to call me with any results or remedies. Now today it gets really good. I have now discovered one of the windows has a leak. And my wood floors are wet.MAYBE I SHOULD CALL A LAWYER AND BYPASS WINDOW WORLD.THEY DONT REALLY CARE.

An $8000 order. The windows took over a month to arrive. The install crew was polite and seemed to be efficient. We were told the entire install would be from the exterior of the house, it was not. They were in the house more than out. I was in my shop which is on the back of our property. I noticed they had loaded their truck and were all in the driveway. They seemed to be in a big rush to leave. I walked through the house after they left. The first thing I noticed was bare edged plywood on the interior of the bay window. Then I noticed very large screws exposed on the top and bottom of the bay window. Exiting the house, there was white caulk all over the newly installed composite decking. Large pieces of sawed lumber littered the shrubs . Sawdust was left on the deck and the lower patio. What really caught my eye were large eyelets in the eave over the bay window. There were cables from the eyelets down to the bay window frame. I had never seen anything so unprofessional looking. Very ugly to have that exposed on the fascia. Later that evening as the sun got lower in the sky we noticed what looked to be residue from tape on the windows. We tried cleaning but no luck. It want from tape, there were scratches all over the windows. Not just a few small scratches, very long and very noticeable. Not just on one of them, all 9 of them. Thats when I realized why the crew was in such a rush to leave. We called to let them know they sent a representative out. He said it was a mistake at the factory and should had never been delivered in that condition. He reordered all the windows. Another 6 or 8 weeks passed when they new set arrived and were installed. The quality controlled is surely not doing their job. There are scratches on this set also. Not as bad but still there. We havent contacted them about the last set as yet.After questioning the company with our concern of the cabling system they sent a crew to enclose the cabling system. If you read the sales pamphlet it says the bay windows are supported by a cabling system. However, there isnt a picture showing this cluster of eyelets and cables.These representatives keep telling us about their warranty and we never need to worry. This isnt a warranty problem, this is a manufacturing problem. These windows should never left the factory much less be installed in a home once, much less twice. I have to wonder what will be wrong in 10 years or more.Weve had windows replaced over the years from other companies without a hitch. If any other windows in our home ever need replacing, the memories of Window World will not be forgotten.

I have not yet had my windows installed but I had my consultation and the sales person JoJo was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the quote to me in detail and we worked out the best options to meet my needs. The price was reasonable. I needed a few days to make my decision but JoJo followed up without being pushy, and I decided to proceed with the work. Will post another review once windows are installed.

If you want good high-quality windows and people who will work hard for you like James Skinner then I would definitely use window world! James has been outstanding even answered a few of my questions while he was on vacation and had no problem doing it from James setting up the schedule to have my windows installed all the way through James and when the world has it been outstanding! From initial contact, to measurement, installation, and follow-up I thank my Window World sales rep Jamie Somaini for his time and expertise. Where most companies end contact when you sign the contract, Jamie made sure that I was satisfied before, during, and after the sale, right down to rolling up his sleeves himself. Oh, and he was right, I love these windows.

We had all our windows and exterior doors replaced by Window World in mid-January. With that initial install, it became apparent they had forgotten to order our large picture window. Some of the windows and our screen door were missing hardware as well. I have made so many calls over the last several months. Initially I was told that it would be May when theyd be able to finish everything. May came and went with nothing. Called multiple times to follow up. Finally they told me they had all the parts and could come and finish the job in July. The guys showed up with only the big picture window. They said they didnt know anything about hardware and to call again to have that scheduled. When I called, I was told., Its here on the truck thats getting unloaded. Theyll be ready by the end of the week. Waited but heard nothing. I called two weeks later and was told they didnt know where the parts were but would leave a message with the warehouse manager to get back to me. Heard nothing. Called today to figure out what is going on(almost September). Now they say they have the door parts in and should have the other parts by the install at THE END OF SEPTEMBER. Understand if they finish the job at that point, were talking OVER EIGHT MONTHS just to finish the job they started. We signed the quote last October, so thats not including the manufacturing of the windows/order time. We were fine with that initial order wait, due to covid. This, however, has been ridiculous. Clearly there is poor follow through and communication within the company. We picked Window World partially due to their warranty. Now Im praying that nothing ends up being wrong with the windows, because this has been the worst experience just trying to get them to finish INSTALLING them. I have lost faith that it wont be just as much hassle getting things taken care of if we run into further issues.Every person from the company has been kind and courteous, but that doesnt outweigh the lack of actual follow through. This has been such a frustrating process.

I signed a contract and paid in full for a new window in September of 2020. It is now June 23, 2021, and I still do not have the window. I have now taken three different days off work because they promised to come out and install the window, only to have them cancel the installation hours before theyd promised to arrive.After the last two times they canceled, I called and explained to them that I could not afford to keep rescheduling work if they were not coming, and they promised that this time they would not cancel. . . so I took off work again, and called more than once to confirm that this appointment would indeed take place. They were supposed to come tomorrow at 9am, but I just got a call tonight at 5:19 that they were canceling the appointment. When I called them back shortly after, they were already closed for the day, so I was not able to talk to anyone. Each time they cancel, their next opening is months away.This has been a disaster--I have reached out to their team more than once and they have not responded. I have also contacted the sales rep who sold me the window to try and get a refund so I could go somewhere else--no answer.I would recommend that you NOT use Window World Atlanta. They took my money nine months ago and told me it would be at most six weeks.

I selected Window World to replace my siding because I saw the work done on a co-workers house. It looked amazing. After calling around to other companies for quotes, I finally called Window World. Luis, the sales manager was very detailed from start to finish and it went as planned. I am very satisfied with the work done on the siding and patio door. Amazing! I give them a 5 on my windows, I ordered exterior doors in April, received a call about two weeks ago to have them installed today 8/17, weather prediction was very bad do they called me Yesterday and postponed the install to 9/10, so instead of waiting until today which turned out clear and sunny I have to wait over 3 weeks, I was told this was the best they could do. So spending over $20,000 seems not to be considered as a good customer. I was very happy 9n my windows and their install. Maybe I should have used someone else for doors and leave them to windows.

EJ came to deliver windows because 2 of the windows I bought 15 years ago were damaged. Window World replace my windows at no cost to me.

A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! After the completion of the sales process, my project was racked with installation delays (four delays where they called the day before and said they would not be able to install my door) and dishonest and rude installation techs (who had the nerve to come into my home and disrespect my household and refuse to wear a mask despite my request; then lied to the project manager and told him that I raised my voice about the exchange...although the whole experience was captured on home security footage that showed he was actually the one who vehemently protested to wearing the mask -- I never raised my voice despite what he told the project manager). Overall, my experience was handled by a very apathetic company of people who could care less about retaining the business of their customer. If you need work done in your house, DO NOT go to Window World of Atlanta...RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

I called window world based off two different referrals. The guy came out and counted the windows and got the specs I wanted. Window World uses averages so each double hung window is the same price, each picture window is the same price, size not important. This can work for your benefit or against it. They provide you with alot of options but everything is itemized and you are charged for everything. So while the window may only be $239 at its base, once you add argon/low-e, full screens, grids, install, and trim that takes the window up to $500-600.I did have a pleasant talk with the sales rep and they do have great prices but I couldnt figure out how they added up numbers on the estimate. They gave one number of 15k but he could do 14k. I added up all the itemized items and got 13k. Not saying he was being sly but even home depot was cheaper than them at this point and home depot would be safer if I had issues with install.I didnt choose Window World as The Window Store had a better quote and the sales rep is owner as well. Whereas Window World sent me an email and text asking to move forward, I replied back with a couple questions and was ghosted. I might have tried to work with them but they ignored my questions.

We ordered and paid half on 6/5/2021, had installation appointment for 11/8/2021 got a call today to put it off for another month!

EJ has been so helpful through the process that we started before COVID. Understanding and fair, well use them again for the rest of the house.

I have been working with EJ on the design and proposal for complete window and door replacement in our home (approximately 30 windows)! He is extremely professional, helpful and understands my priorities. He has done a great job!

We paid 10,950.00 for windows to be installed It took 17 weeks for windows to come in, I get it and understand this is due to the pandemic understandable. It took another 3 1/2 months to schedule a new date for a window that they measured incorrectly, but that’s not the issue. The issue is they stained the siding on my house with caulk, and when I said something about the stain it took them over a month to come out and inspect the damage to our siding which had recently been painted within the past year. We are going to sell our house and that is why we decided to do these home repairs, we hired another company to come and paint our interior and exterior trim only to Freshen up the home, when they came back and realized they couldn’t fix their mistake they asked our painters if they could use their paint brush while I was working inside the home not knowing they were even here as we had a lot of different people here on that particular day, and when I walked outside and asked what they were doing they said fixing the problem, which I knew would not work, they were using old paint that was sitting in our garage for the past year, when we had our house painted the previous year. Long story short they damaged my siding and I had to hire a paint company to come and paint over this entire section of siding so it would blend with the rest of my house which I had to pay out of pocket which was actually a good deal of o it 450.00. Window world will not reimburse us and gives us the run around. If only we had used a better window company. Do not use this company unless your willing to pay out of pocket for their mistakes and damages to your home. I always give raving reviews but this is unacceptable to spend that much money and be treated this way.. The work was sloppy and they also do not clean up their mess either. FYI- prior to even contacting them we tried to have our house pressured washed to try to remove the caulk they got all down our siding but that didn’t work and that is when I contacted window world. This has been going on since the 1st week of April and now we are in the 2nd week of July and I continue to contact them but so far they have done nothing to rectify this situation. Horrible company!! Take your money else where if you want to work with a honest and fair company that will give you the customer service you deserve especially after damaging our home and then the mid measured the foyer window and complete disregard for owning up to their mistakes and damage to your home. Never again!

The windows that they installed were nice. The reason, however, that I am giving them one star is because during the installation the installers dripped unsightly goo onto the siding of our house (in the front seen by the street). When they try to clean it up, they made the problem much worse.It has been well over eight months, and they keep promising to fix it. They tell me that I have to wait 3 to 4 weeks before they can find an available appointment, and even then they don’t show up for the appointment. They have now missed three appointments to reinstall the siding. When I call to ask what happened, they make me wait yet another 3 to 4 weeks to book yet another appointment. They claim that they are going to fix the problem, but I am beginning to believe that they are lying to me. I would not recommend this company because they do not stand behind their work. Yes, their windows are nice, but it is not worth the headache if something goes wrong.

I used window world to do my windows. They told me I had to meet with a sales person on site. We met and he looked at the job and I paid him 1/2 down. He said it would be 16 weeks which I expected. He never told me another person was going to need me to meet a couple of weeks later. I do not live at the residence so this is a big deal. I was given a window of 2 to 4. I showed up and waited to 4pm. I had to reach out to the company. They told me it was going to be close to 7pm before he could make it. The day of delivery they took the blinds down and installed they windows then looked at my husband and said, oh, it is extra to reinstall the blinds and we do not have time today. Charging for replacing the blinds was never discussed period!

The receptionist who answered was very nice. I was able to joke with her and she told me I had made her day. The guy I spoke to was all business. When he finally cut to the chase, we couldnt come to a mutual agreement, which is what Id expect. 4 out 5 stars because of prices that were out of my reach.

Our family LOVES window world! Sales consultant - Austin Higginbotham- has gone above and beyond for two houses for myself and I could not be happier with the product and the service. At both homes, he helped me pick out the best quality windows that were within my budget. Even better, there is a lifetime guarantee! I saw a huge decrease in my electricity bill in both homes I have lived in. We were so impressed with the windows that we decided to purchase doors as well. After talking with Austin more, I also learned that they sell gorgeous shutters. We have purchased a lot of product from Window World and could not be happier with every single purchase/upgrade. My parents were so impressed with the ease of the process and the quality of the product, they ended up purchasing doors, windows, gutters, and siding from Austin as well! EJ has been my design consultant for my first window purchase and now my second! Very happy with him, the product and the installation. I recommend them!

Sales rep James Skinner came out and went over their windows that they have and recommendation that he had. He was an amazing rep very polite through the whole process and was never pushy. Afterwards showed me the fixed price sheet that they have so you can see exactly where all the numbers come from. We had gotten 3 other quotes from other vendors and they were about 30% cheaper than all the other quotes. We waited to decide to buy about 6 weeks after he initially came out. We got better pricing since we didnt do any financing. Afterwards the windows came in about 4 weeks after being ordered. The crew of 3 (Jeremy, Chris, and Adam) came out and was super polite and on time for the installation. I cant talk enough about how professional they were and could see how much passion that they had in doing quality work the right way. Install took a little longer than expected since we put sliding windows in many spots and so they had to come back the next day (New Years Day [which was their day off]) to finish the outside so it was about 8 hours of work total. We had 21 windows removed and 13 installed in their place. I would recommend Window World, James Skinner, Jeremy, Chris, and Adam to do their windows any day and have already recommend them to many of our neighbors whom need new windows and our friends who are looking!!!!! Thanks again Window World!!!!!

I just hired Window World to replace all the windows on my house and EJ Wys was my sales consultant. He did a great job from start to finish! He was very respectful, polite and trustworthy which are very important for me when someone comes in my house. He also did a great job explaining the products and the installation process. I would definitely recommend him to my friends!!

Excellent initial consultation. Sean was very responsive and gave us the best rate out of 3 companies that we received quotes from. He even recommended a couple of different companies because Window World initially did not have the exact color of the frame that we needed. However, we ended up proceeding with Window World after a second consultation because we realized the visible part of the frame would be very small and the color was close enough to our other window frames where there wouldnt be a noticeable difference.We were appropriately told that it would take 12 weeks because of the delayed supply chain from the pandemic. Fast forward 12 weeks and I get weekly calls from the customer service line that the manufacturer has our window listed as in production. Fair enough, we thought. Fast forward another 3 weeks and its still lias in production. At this point, we are frustrated because its already been nearly 4 months, our credit has been run, and we still dont have our window replaced.A few calls/texts to Sean were made. After a few days, he notified us that the manufacturer had cancelled the order after the first week, because they didnt have a window our size. Nobody at Window World was aware of this situation. Basically, weve been waiting for 15 weeks for no reason.And now, instead of apologizing or admitting that its their fault and figuring out another solution (different manufacturer, referral to another company, etc), there is no recourse or accountability for their actions.Horrible experience overall. Like I said, great initial consultation, and Sean was initially very personable. However, their communication was lacking, they took no responsibility for the delay, and were ignorant of the shortcomings of their own manufacturer.

Danielle was EXTREMELY helpful!I have personally experienced quite a few abhorrently rude customer service representatives over the last few months and hearing her energetic voice along with her knowledge of inventory definitely made me refer my friends to this location.Danielle needs a RAISE, if she hasn’t recently received one. I can tell she is a determined worker.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Impossible to get a window repaired. We have been trying for months now to get a window repaired. Literally every time we get an appointment scheduled they call the day before and cancel. At this rate not sure we will ever get the window repaired….

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Ive been waiting on them for over 18 weeks and if I dont call them I dont get any update on a job it was supposed to be done 3 months ago. I even call to cancel and the manager Eliene said they dont take cancelation, even if it was all on them not to fulfill their part of the contract.

Purchased 4 windows 1 year ago from Steve. Wonderful salesman with a really great attitude, super friendly and positive energy. Definitely recommend getting Steve for his professionalism, willingness to help, and competency. He got me a GREAT deal. These windows were of extraordinary value. Low price compared to ALL competitors in the area. Quality is amazing, not a single issue. And customer service is awesome. From beginning to end of the entire sale, as well as continued usage and maintenance, this company and their products are the BEST! I never write reviews, but my experience so far has been so bad, I have no choice. I ordered the window and put a down payment of $750 on 10/27/2020. I wasn’t scheduled for installation until 3/26/2021 after I called to complain 4 times in that time frame. I just received a call today from window world to let me know my appointment had been canceled due to another job...When the time comes, I will not be using window world to replace the remaining windows in my home. Very poor customer service experience. Hopefully your experience will be better if you choose to go with this company. 🙏

Dealt with Paul Salazar who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I have ordered replacement windows from him and very happy dealing with Paul. He is an asset to Widow World.

We signed a contract for new windows in October of 2020. It is now June and we still do not have the windows installed. They refuse to call us back. Took a vacation day from work on one day they promised to come out and install. Never showed up and never answered when we called. I would recommend that you NOT use Window World Atlanta. Find a different company. They have our money and I guess we will be taking them to court for breach of contract.
