Purchasing a vehicle from this place is not a problem. Easy peasy. However trying to get their cooperation for a repair is a nightmare 😫. I have been calling for over a week for assistance and no one has called back. Im pretty sure if I were to miss a payment then the call wouldnt stop. This is horrible customer service. I will never lease another vehicle from this place. I would never recommend it for anyone

Literally had to wait hours, just to tell me 1. The manager on duty Kevon didnt know what he was doing. 2. I would have to go to another just to get vehicle. Then it went from $500 to $1000 down. I wasted hours of my day I wont get back because theyre inexperience with customer service and car finances in general.Honestly dont be fooled by the $500 down payment. It is a lie. Rather drop $1000 at someone honest up front then to deal with these people again.

Do Not get a car from here. 2016 Malibu LS . After just some weeks the breaks stopped working on the highway I was so scared. The check engine light came on the same time and is still on . I wish I knew a lawyer that could help me get justice. The American financial does not help at all . The manager threatened to send IRS after me and ruin my life after I said I want to cancel everything and they can keep it . Now no one is helping at all I have a feeling there is notes on my account against me. Every convo is basically you pay this and that and we will have someone call you or put you on hold then the line gets cut . No help has been offered yet just telling me to pay things which makes no sense for me to even consider paying. Still trying to get an answer I call multiple times a day just to cover myself in case I find the right attorney. Brooks is a stone cold liar at this location. Nothing he told me was true including the multiple life threatening issues with this motor vehicle. Yeah he lied and said this car was perfect and no issues . Failed emissions and it was so hard getting my things from the tag office. I have been screwed so bad by this company American financial and American car center. They want $29,000 for this car I did my research on the vin it’s only worth $9,999 by 2019 that’s a fact. They told me take the car to amco I don’t know why they sent me there either but the guy zack said I was the 7th car that week from American car center/ American financial. I feel so stupid

In the beginning I was very pleased with this dealership. I got the vehicle I wanted with minimal issue however the person they have detailing the vehicles does not do her job. The inside of my vehicle was filthy! There was food and nasty stuff down in the seats. I was unable to clean the pocket on the back of the driver seat so I just put a seat cover over it. I have only had my vehicle for two months and it has so many mechanical issues I can no longer drive it. The manager who processes the paperwork and takes the down payment for the vehicle mean mugged my boyfriend and blew him off when he brought the vehicle back to to get the situation resolved basically told him it wasnt his problem and he gave him the number to the warranty department and then told him to call them. It sounds great except here we are 3 weeks later and the warranty department never returns phone calls or emails but I am still supposed to pay for a vehicle I am unable to drive while they continue to blow us off. I told everyone I know that needs a car do not do business with the Marietta dealership. I am looking into the legalities of resolving this because I paid a great deal of money for this vehicle and I need a vehicle I can drive that is worth what I have already paid, now I have to spend even more not to be ignored. Please stay away from the Marietta location they are unprofessional, crooked and will rip you off.

Brooks is rude, and will argue his little heart out with you just to make it seem like he’s right about everything. I would never, ever get a car through this place again. They will work with you as far as down payment, but as far as cars and the price of the cars they have it’s not worth it.. their cars are overpriced for basic cars even though they’re newer majority 2016-2017 they’re not worth the price tag that comes along with them. I mean if you absolutely have no where else to go then make this your last resort but consider that whatever car you choose will be the car you’ll make payments on and have for awhile don’t settle on anything that’ll make you unhappy, or is not what you want especially at the price tag.

The cars are extremely over priced! They are extremely rude and unprofessional! Not to mention the $500-$1500 down payment is a LIE! Add an extra $500 to that! Which they do NOT tell until there corporate office calls you OVER AND OVER AND OVER! To make payments you had no clue was a down payment! I got this Ford Fusion from this place at first I was happy within 4 months I had to pay out of pocket for throttle body which was $500. Now I’m stuck in loan for 28,000 for 2017 Ford Fusion. These people are dirty and they will not want you to trade your car in because they are scammers. Do your research at these buy here places PERIOD!
