Mavis tires is awesome! My dealership was backed up and not able to get me in for my regular oil change. I went to a 10 minute type of place and my car stares to leak fluids and smelled like something was burning. I turned into the closest mechanic which was mavis. They took me right in and checked my oil and put my car on the rack to check everything. I’m so appreciative of them taking me right in and checking things out. They’ve earned a new customer!!!!!

I took my Mazda there for an oil change and back brakes. The dealer stated I needed new back brakes. Godfrey and his team looked the car over and stated there was not a thing wrong with the brakes but I did require new windshield wipers. As the windshield wipers are 4 original I was good to go with an oil change and new wipers. They were efficient and it did not take 3 hours for an oil change as it did at the dealer. I will be back to see them in the future for my Mazda.

This place is awesome! I arrived when they opened to replace my flat and they were able to replace my tire within a couple of hours while being short staffed. I went to Mavis for a tire repair and had a great experience. I did not have an appointment, but I still received prompt and courteous service from Godfrey and his team. There was no attempt to upsell anything or convince me to buy a new tire. I will definitely come back if I need another tire repair.

Had a great experience getting 4 new Toyo tires. Called mid-morning on a Monday, received a quote in minutes (best pricing after looking around other East Cobb locations), and scheduled to drop my car off Tuesday around noon when the tires would be delivered. There was a delay with the delivery but the team at Mavis still got my tires and alignment completed for me to pick up before closing that day! Would recommend going here for friendly and fast service at reasonable prices.

Glenn helped me today with getting two tires replaced. They were running a bit behind but Glenn did an outstanding job keeping me informed of progress and updating me as they completed work on other cars and got to working on my vehicle. Despite the minor inconvenience of having to wait a bit longer than I had planned, I am really appreciative of the outstanding communication and customer service.

I went in for what I assumed was my brakes needing to be changed but was pleasantly surprised to know it wasn’t that. They were not like many other places that would’ve took my money anyway, but informed me of what I actually needed. I definitely would come back.

We came in because we had a flat tire.I was traveling with my family on the highway from Chicago to Florida. When our tire pressure light turn on. We didn’t know what it was at first but knew something was wrong. We pull to the side and saw the flat tire. We googled search tire shops and came across this location.The assistant manager Reyna was so nice, friendly and made me feel welcome. She did everything possible to help us out as soon as possible and send us on our way.

Mavis Tires & Brakes is very professional and the price is very reasonable.I have my calipers installed at another store but I heard some metal to metal sound under my car in a month. I stopped at Mavis Tires & Brakes for service and help. The front desk Reina welcomed me warmly and was super friendly. The technician David tested my car and found the root-cause immediately. He found one of the bolt on the front right caliper is missing. David and Isaih ordered the part and fixed both front calipers in 30 mins, and double checked it is safe. Thanks for the professional service at reasonable cost. Will definitely come back to this store in future.
