Great little shop. Packed with inventory to the point walking around the store can be a challenge. Really good bourbon selection for a small store. It’s easy to miss some bottles so take your time and maybe make more than one pass through the aisles and shelves. The person working this morning was a super nice man. I assume he was the Owner. I mentioned a particular bottle that I had been hoping to find and what do you know, he had it behind the counter. The best part is no gouging. Paid the normal retail price. He could charge much more if he wanted to and have no problem selling his stock. Great pick today as I ended up with two great bottles. Definitely check this store out.

Big A has an unbelievable bourbon and liquor selection, the best prices in Marietta and family style friendly service. Ive been here many times and will always come back! Theres no reason to go anywhere else, when I accidentally over paid the owner chased me out with a the extra $20 that was stuck together with another bill. My daughter was getting married and I had to purchase the alcohol. I know nothing about buying for 20 guests let alone 300. What do you serve, how much, what size containers. I had too many question. Then I went to Big A Bottle Shop. They are consummate professionals.They guided me every step of the way and made incredible recommendations. I was ready to select a really expensive bourbon and Mr. Parmen introduced to me to Larceny. Great taste and very reasonable. He had suggestions on all the choices and provide the best sizes to get the most for my money. I was a nervous wreck when I walked in and left feeling like an aficionado. The selection of spirits is outstanding. The best part is the people. You can purchase spirits in so many places around Atlanta. Those other places just do not have the staff that Big A has. They have people who care. I recommend them to everyone.

Wouldve gotten 5 🌟s but they didnt have my brand of whiskey. Pretty sure they had everything else though, seriously the place is HUGE. I saw the giant sign and simply had to stop, so many choices! I was in Atlanta for the weekend and was so glad to have found this place. The guys working were funny and helpful.

While the owners were nice enough, literally everything I saw was twice the price or more of other liquor stores I’ve been to. A 750mL bottle of Maker’s Mark was marked at $50! To call that outrageous would be an understatement.

Best prices in town with amazing customer service! Ive been going here for years and am always greeted with top notch customer service and always astounded by the amazingly low prices. The chain stores may have the name but they dont have the personal touch, low prices or personable service that Big A provides.

I have been to this store numerous times and they are the friendliest people in the liquor business. And their bourbon select is very nice and prices you wont find at any other local cobb county stores. Even the big warehouse ones. 😉👍

Decent deals and lots of options. Very crowded and not handicap accessible due to the tiny isles, but they are trying to fit as much in the space they have and that is what gives them a larger selection. Ive found better stores around, but I really prefer this one because of the prices.

Fair prices.

When I checked on google it said that this location closes at 11 but when I got there at 10:50 they were already closed. Once we got there the gentlemen told us to hurry up and make a purchase when we were outside. Once going inside the employee rushed us to make a purchase and made slick remarks in the process. If your hours of operation are updated make sure that its updated on google as well but if thats not the case make sure that your employees know what time your location closes.

This is not the closest store to my house but I love coming here they have the best price in town on any bottle. The gentleman in charge is always nice and friendly... I recommend this bottle shop to everyone.

For a liquor store on a Friday night, you can get in and out pretty fast! The staff were very friendly and willing to assist. Be careful though the aisles are narrow and some of the shelves get wobbly real easy lol.

I have a handful of go-to shops in the greater ATL area that I frequent for whiskey needs. Big A often has interesting/hard-to-find stuff, and the owner treats everyone equally when it comes to allocated bottles. Hell post and then its first come, first served. Cant ask for a fairer system than that (though I wish I lived closer... I usually dont make it in time).Owner is friendly and helpful, and shelves are well stocked.

For hard liquor, you wont find better prices than you get at Big A, whether youre shopping for a cheap buzz or the top of the line. The bourbon selection is outstanding. But best of all is the customer service. The Parmans care about their customers and make sure they have the best experience possible.

Its a small place, but their prices are a better deal than most others. Owner has gotten to know me and is friendly not just to me, but anyone. Ill usually shop here when I get a chance.

Inside the plain exterior is one of the friendliest and most helpful liquor stores Ive been to. Prices are competitive on most things and quite low on a few gems. Bourbon selection is one of the best in ATL. Take your time and talk with the owner, who can suggest some things to try. A must stop if youre in this area of Atlanta. My wife hates liquor stores but enjoys going in Big A and talking with the owner. Ignore those big box likker chains and shop true local Atlanta character.

The Bev Maxx trolls have no clue about the real value of Big A and have obviously never been there. From amazing prices, to ultra-friendly staff and the absolute best bourbon selection in metro Atlanta. Sure, theyve got other stuff at awesome prices, but Im there for the whiskey! Just remember, some of the best places (restaurants, stores, liquor stores, etc.) are in less than ritzy areas. This is a gem.
