Ive been bringing my cars to Butch for many years and he has saved me so much money over taking it to the Toyota dealership. He is honest and doesnt recommend work thats unnecessary at the time. Hell give you an idea of when you would actually need those services performed. Ive always been 100% happy with their work!

I was referred to The Toy Shop Auto Repair by a friend. I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. The gentleman explained everything to me, he was straightforward about the work, and the amount owed. He even went out of his way, by going to pick up the part- so I could be on my way. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had; with any auto repair in my lifetime. They were the best! I highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs.

Butch Vaughn and his group are just great! They took care of my sons car that is college with me not being present and it getting towed over.Great honest communication with me on the problem and progress. They handled everything smoothly and made me feel great that everything was taken care of.

Recently brought my sequoia here for a check up. Found out I needed a new axel and wheel bearing. Butch was very fair and honest about all pricing and took the time to help me find options that would fit my budget. Ill definitely be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

Once you get past the disappointment that they dont sell stuffed Teddy Bears or electric train sets or any other toys for that matter, youll love what they CAN do here: fix your car right, fast, and for a fair price. Ive taken my Camry to them for big things and small things. Butch has surprised me with lower-than-expected bills, faster-than-promised repairs, and a consistent, customer-oriented approach to doing business. I do not hesitate to recommend him and his team. Butch is the most honest (and skilled) mechanic Ive ever dealt with. Ive taken 3 priuses Im looking to purchase to him and hes found issues that no one else has. Hes familiar with hybrids and is knowledgeable about anything you can ask him. If you have any doubts about going here, I suggest you give him a call and ask to talk before you do. He would never recommend you do anything that would unnecessarily cost you money. I just went in to get my brakes changed because I thought it might be time, but instead of lying to make profit, butch told me I had several thousand more miles and gave a timeline of when to come back in and check and advice for looking myself. Great business, great people. Honest and full of integrity.

This pacific place doesn’t have good communication with costumer will never contact you about your car unless you keep calling then they will slowly do something new one by one took them 4months to TRY and cut the engine light off but failed gave up & returned the car

Although my 2007 Honda Accord SE hasnt broken much over the last 11 years, when I take it to Butch and Co., I know I can trust them to give me a quality repair and an honest and fair price. Trust is hard to find in the car repair world, but I have it here!

Butch is simply the best. I wouldnt trust my Lexus to any other mechanic. He actually tries to save me money. The whole Takata airbag debacle has me flustered, but my husband says we should stick with Lexus just because of Butch. Im glad I found him because the free cappucinos at Nalley arent worth the price of admission.
