Sent my 16 yrs old son to get USED tires for a friends vehicle. Larry the owner put on new tires and charged my card. My son told him several times he wanted 2 used $35 tires. $180.00 later my friend has NEW tires on the back of his car. When I called to inquire about it I was told by Larry to call back on Tuesday to speak with the owner. Les. I called today and was told Larry is in fact the owner. Great business ethics. Taking advantage of children and lying to his parents. Dont go to this man. He is a snake in the grass.

Dont go there. Cut your losses. To expand on this issue had my vehicle there for 15 days for wheel bearing replacement a sensor was supposedly broke and they had to replace the spindle assembly. Finally got it back in worse shape than when I took it in. Disassembled it in the driveway and found out the new supposedly new sensor wasnt even completely seated in the spindle rust underneath of it which was causing an antilock issue. The new rotor I put on over the winter had a groove cut all the way around the outside of it. The sensor wire was not secured by a bolt and just flopping in the breeze. I dont think they even test drive these things.

My boyfriend went into the establishment He had just walked in the door. He had broken down a little ways down the road and went in there for help. He had plenty of money and was willing to pay. They were rude to him. They wouldnt answer his questions or give him assistance. He was not acting in a manner that would be seen as suspect. They just didnt want to help him

We had a blow out on the highway the night before & River City Tire was recommended at the hotel. We were treated politely and respectfully by Mike behind the counter. They got us an off size tire and on the road with a minimal delay! Fabulous customer service and workmanship. Highly recommended.

My personal experience with River City tire was not great . The customer service was polite but yet rude, if that makes since. If your a woman alone taking out your car and are not know by any of the people you might as well forget leaving the shop without having to spend a few hundred over what was quoted. They will tell you literally everything that is wrong with your car which is good, but also wont repair what you brought the car in for without repairing everything they find wrong and if you cant afford that at the time then forget getting anything fixed there . Then on top of that they charge you to more or less be there after they cant help you . Again this has been my personal experience today with them . My recommendation for everyone is to shop around before you pick River City tire and your repair shop .

River City Tire has or can get, any tire you need for your vehicle. You dont need an appointment and the service is excellent.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, plenty of parking and a decent seating area.Front end.alignments are priced better there than most places and the business is located close to eating and shopping establishments if you want to leave your vehicle and go.

Very disappointed on how they took care of my issue.One I left brand new bottle of transmission fluid for them to use if need.And it was needed,when I got the bill they changed me for a bottle of fluid.Feel like that is a snake move charge me for something that was already provided.They couldn’t fix a radiator coolant line leak cause they couldn’t get the line to so.Ok I understand but when I get the bill it’s $139.96 to tell me they can’t repair this.I understand the Labor cost of $52.50 but to add additional labor cost of $75.00 is totally unacceptable when they didn’t fix ANYTHING to begin with.Never in my life will I go to this place again or referring anyone there.This place is a snake in the grass avoid at all cost unless your getting a oil change or alignment.When I asked why so high he said we had to tighten up bolt.When asked which one it was one that was a 3 second job....very disappointed.Morel of this feedback go elsewhere so you don’t have to worry about get shafted.

River City will take good care of you. We use them when we have a repair, or need tires. Their staff is great their prices are good and their wait times are pretty quick. I needed air the other day and stopped the service tech aired all my tires and was very polite.

I always take the magic mobile to River City Tires for the oil change and check up. Twice a year they go over everything and change my oil. They never charge me for anything I dont need. I highly recommend them.

Took my wifes jeep in to have some exaust hangers and piping replaced as well as a flange gasket at the bottom of the down pipe the studs on flange were very rusted but flange and downpipe was in great shape i just wanted them to drill and replace the studs i was told that couldnt b done without an explanation to why it couldnt be done they wanted to charge me almost 1200 dollars to repair a factory exaust system on a 2001 model vehicle the muffler and cat is in great shape and was not part of the quote ill be doing buisness elsewhere

Would never take anything to them again.. Had 2 new tires & alignment done was told every thing was fixed and ready to go .the car would take you all over the road lucky to be alive my lower ball joint was ready to fall out.

I bought 2 new tires from them and had the tires rotated. One day later my tire fell off my vehicle while driving down the road. The tow truck driver from Garys Towing that responded to my call stated that 4 of the 5 lug nuts that were put on my car were completely stripped causing the tire to fall off. After I took my car back to river City tire and swrvice center, they tried to charge me for a new axle because mine was damaged when the tire fell off. It was all their fault, and tried to charge me to fix an issue they created. They are dishonest, and not credible enough to even rotate your tires.

After taking my car to River City Tire for a estimate, their quote came in $300 higher than Sterling Tire (on 2nd St.) . When I picked up my car to take it to Sterling Tire, I was rudely told that I owed $48 for the estimate because I had decided to take my car elsewhere.My 2 cars have been serviced there in the past, only to have failed again soon thereafter. Save your money, go with Sterling Tire! Fast service, (my repairs were done in only 3 hours) and I wasnt charged anything for a quote.
