I found them via Groupon. I called several times and even went to google/their site to see if theyre open and taking appointments. I come today (31 August) to get serviced and get immediately turned around because theyre apparently moving and would not honor my coupon. NO WHERE online, any of the sites I went on indicated theyre not taking appointments or servicing until I got here.. that is HORRIBLE business, a waste of my time and money..

Id had a check engine light on for ages and I HAD to get it fixed. Dealer kept saying it was this, or this, wanting to charge thousands of dollars. Id gotten my own code reader and knew exactly what the issue was. Took it here, they saw the issue(s) and did an excellent job! Didnt get everything fixed at that time, but I found the parts needed and brought in the parts that needed replacing.Also had a super quick turnaround on replacing the fuel injector pressure sensor in my husbands car(less that 24 hours)!

Son brought car in for oil change very quick and office lady was very nice.

They are not honest, unprofessional wholly unethical crooks. Used Groupon to get an oil change and they lied and said I needed an oil gasket (even though no oil has ever dropped and the bottom of the oil pan/car did not have any signs of dripping/spilled oil). I didn’t trust the receptionist or the mechanic and couldn’t wait to get out of there less the extra money they charged to change the supposed gasket. I definitely would not recommend especially for women going alone.

Kat at the front desk is amazing, but the owner Promise is a fraud! Promise had my car for 4 days and put 800 miles on it not knowing that I document my mileage. Said he fixed an issue, but was having the same issue no less than 8 minutes from leaving his lot. The day I went to pick up my car I called and told Kat what time I would arrive, but when I got there my car wasn’t on the lot. Promise let me know he had taken it to his house and when I said that’s fine we can go get it he let me know his house was too far that it’s in Villa Rica. He took my car without my knowledge or consent. He assured me he would drop it off to me the next day before 12pm for the inconvenience. 12pm comes, no car. Around 2:30pm I was able to get in touch with him to demand my car back although he was giving excuses. He let me know he was on he way. He showed up 4 hours later and blamed the what should have been a 30 minute drive on traffic. When he delivered my car it was trashed.Poor customer service, unethical business practices! He’s a fraud & scammer, beware!

I went in for the No Wait oil change as advertised in the window. The young lady at the desk refused to provide service in spite of the Groupon because I did not call to make an appointment. I double checked the website and there was no mention of an appointment needed for of service.

If I could rate them 10 Stars I would! I have never been treated so well by a repair shop. I came in late on the day before Thanksgiving. I had already been to 8 different garages to no avail. I was recommended to go here by the last mechanic that was not able to help me. Desperate as my right front brake caliper was dragging and smoking, knowing I had to work through the holiday and no mechanics would be available. I was desperate. They were willing to fit me in and replace my caliper. I had tried a bunch of parts stores for the part, finding none. They also were calling all of their part resources trying to get the part, even driving to one that had it in stock, just to find out they had none. Sadly I had to limp back home and to work until a part could be ordered and delivered. The earliest delivery date was the following Monday, from a part distributor 2000 miles away. They gave me a quote to install it as soon as it came in, a very competitive quote. The part arrived and I high tailed it back to them, 40 min from my home. On arrival they were super busy, taking no more business for the day. They knew I needed it fixed badly and were happy to squeeze me in somehow even though they were extremely busy. One hour later - I was fixed and on my way! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, they made me feel like I was their top priority. Professionalism from the front desk person to the mechanics and management was over the top! They have my future business and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Used a Groupon which worked out well however my car took six quarts of oil and they charged $10 for the extra quart above five. A quart of oil should not cost $10. My only gripe is the cost of the extra quart. On the other hand the staff was very polite and very quick.

They do decent work at affordable rates. Very customer focused. Only complaint is the Latino employee cuba is careless and on his phone socializing more than working on your vehicle. He left parts off my vehicle, that had to be pointed out to him.

Needed my Wife’s SQ5 serviced for a long weekend trip to my In-Laws. Went to the Audi Dealership closest to my Home and they were booked. The last thing I wanted to hear was my Wife’s complaining about how, I’m making excuses about seeing my In-Laws. So, I asked my neighbor Jerry if he knew of a convenient place. That was when I discovered piece on earth, Prestige Auto Care and Tires got me in and out. This was the most easiest and friendliest service centers; I’ve ever experience. I went here for a routine oil change because of the low price I found on Groupon... why did I do that?? The customer service was great but while changing the oil they told me that I needed a cv axel, mind you my car had no problems and no signs of the need for a new axel. There was no clicking and my car ran excellent before I allowed them to perform work on it. After they performed the service my car was making this scrubbing noise when I accelerate and there is this knocking noise that I did not have before they touched my car. I am very displeased with the service and although they tried to fix the problem it’s still there so whatever they did or the Hispanic guy who actually worked on my car it seems as though it’s irreversible. I am not happy and would not advise anyone to patronize their service. Nine times out of ten you won’t be satisfied.

The front desk lady is amazing I wish I could remember her name they are very thorough explain everything to you to not sideswipe you with a price and say they’ve already done it they make sure you know before they do anything what they’re doing what it’s gonna cost very caring and if you need your headlights restored absolutely recommend this place he is amazing at doing it my car looks like it’s a brand new car I have no complaints at all everybody was extremely friendly extremely thorough and I did not get any bad vibes from this place.

I dont know where to begin, but I will start off by saying I DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE YOUR CAR TO PRESTIGE AUTO CARE & TIRE. Previous I had met the owner promise at auto zone i needed my head light bulb replaced and he fixed it he had given me his card if in the future I needed work done on my car so later I did, My car was in an accident I had a insurance claim and i took my car to Prestige auto care, promise state that the he would view my car take pictures for the insurance company my car needs a lower control arm fixed. Promise told me that this type of work would be done in two days remind you the insurance company provided me with a rental, the work ended up taken a week so that insurance company extended the rental, a few more days later while my car was supposedly being worked on, Promise texted me on cinco de mayo asking how was my day i was sceptical about responding he began flirting saying disrespect things and sending pictures of his private area, told him how rude and disrespectful this was and I thought he was texting letting me know when my car would be done so he immediately apologized for sending the pictures of his private area, the next day I had to return the rental, he still wasnt done with my car he had told the insurance company that he had finished my car so i return the rental car but my car was not fixed so he let me use one of the cars he had at the shop until he finished with my car, I kept the car promise let me use for two days he text me on the 3rd day saying he needed the car because he was selling it I asked was my car dont he said yes everything was good on my car and ready for me to pick it up. promise never showed me what parts he took off or the new parts he had put on .when I received my car I noticed that they had broken the front face tag of the on my car which he never mentioned I also noticed that he REMOVED the damaged rims to the back passenger side told me he had to order it and that would take two days, I drove my car and immediately noticed that it was still having the same problems I questioned him about it he told me to calm down have a drink I told him that I dont drink and this is not how to handle business he said the customers was always right phrase and that he would take care of it he kept giving me the run around left me stuck without my car being fixed, Im in the process of filling a law suit for giving me the run around about my car and sexual harassment please stay away from promise and Prestige auto care & tire if I could upload the text message and photos he sent I would very unprofessional this is not how you conduct business I wish I could give a zero.

Very happy with the shop. Took my Nissan Murano in for maintenance. Oil change, tire rotation and brake replacement. My understanding was that the owner is a certified mechanic in different brands which made me feel more at ease with the process. I dropped it and it was done the same day much better than servicing at the dealer where they want to upsell you unnecessary work. Highly recommended shop. Thats basically it.

Would recommend this place even for the simplest mechanic work say a tire rotation.I dont who even gave this guy a certification to open up a mechanic shop cus he obviously dont know what hidoing. Word to a wise is sufficient please dont risk taking your car to this shop he wouldnt even give you the right diognisis. You will end up buying a new tire where your car needs a win shield thats how bad of a mechanic he is. His always alone cus he doesnt pay his workers aswell.

I GOOGLE THE CLOSET AUTO SHOP..I FOUND PRESTIGE AUTO CARE..THE YOUNG MAN CAME & TOLD ME TO STEP ON THE BRAKE LIGHT..I LEARNED SOMETHING NEW THAT DAY.HE STATED TO ME. NISSAN PRODUCT BEEN HAVE BRAKE SWITCH ISSUE FOR YEARS.HE REPLACE MY BRAKE SWITCH ONLY CHARGE ME $50.00. HIS PRICE WAS FAIR N NOBLE .THANK U AGAIN PROMISE

Fast and reasonable service

The absolute Worst service. 2 months ago I bought my vehicle in and was diagnosed with a gasket issue. Paid 1200. A week later car is sputtering. Promise, the owner says it needs a engine. Paid 4800. 1 month and a half later Im hearing every lie in the book. Ive been told my car will be ready for 6 fridays in a row. Even lied and says hes going to get a new engine 3 times. Bottomline is Im going to file suit today. Nobody deserves this. STAYAWAY.
