Mike the Mechanic and their team fix all of our I-cant-believe-we-bought-this-broken-trash-heap. My wife and I have handed them several check-engine-light-shines-brighter-than-the-headlights and they went the extra mile to fix them into I-really-love-driving-this-car. They are always honest and provide options when we hand the keys over to our this-should-really-be-trash-compacted and turn it to this-is-our-new-roadtrip-car.

Got $18 emissions done here. Quick, professional and friendly. In and out in literally 10 minutes. Dont even have to get out of car if you dont want to! Definitely recommend! Will return.

Took my Honda Civic car for AC check. They checked for leaks and operation and charged me $128 for service which they claimed it was low on freon so they recharge it. However It didnt fix my AC problem at all. They provided estimate of $1388 for replacement AC kit with condenser. Parts $767 + labor $567. Advance auto sells this kit for $ 300. What a rip-off ?? I would never take to them again.

Came in the shop because my check engine and lightening bolt lights came on in my caliber. I also had problems with the engine overheating. Id looked around for a mobile mechanic since the car was shaking, but struck out with prices and availability. Id taken the car to AutoZone for a reading for the check engine light and was told the water pump needed to be replaced. I looked up the lightening bolt signal on Google (cant go wrong there right?) and it appeared the most common cause was the throttle body. Spoke with Ray when I brought it into the shop and he did an inspection. He allowed me to come into the repair area and pointed out the problems he found with the car. He stated the water pump was fine (I appreciated the honesty) but the throttle body would need to be replaced. In addition there was a crack in the coolant reservoir. He replaced the throttle body and pointed out that the cost for the reservoir was a bit higher than hed expected. I told him Id priced it at another location and it was half the price and he allowed me to go and purchase the part without charging me an additional labor fee. The price of the throttle body was slightly higher than Id seen in a quick Google search, but I chose to move forward with repairs because I needed the car fixed that day. Overall, I didnt leave feeling like I was cheated. He was honest about the costs and I didnt feel as though he was making me get repairs I didnt need. Ill definitely use the service again in the future if (or when) I need repairs.

This is the best shop I have ever been to. I will always go here over any other location even if it is a 45 min drive from me.They make sure you are taken care of, they give a fair price, and are upfront and honest about problems with your vehicle. Love this shop. You get great service on your vehicle and great customer service too, they are always friendly and welcoming!

5 Star experience. Im from out of town and was looking at a used car in the area. On short notice, these guys were able to get the potential vehicle in for inspection and give me really down to earth and honest feedback on the condition, issues, and expected sale price of the car. David was especially helpful, courteous, and patient with me. I stumbled across these guys on Google, but feel like I landed in the right place. Although my experience with them was limited, I can attest to their honesty, thorough nature, and straight forward communication. Its hard to find a mechanic you trust, but these guys seem to be one of the good ones.

My check engine light suddenly came on. I pulled into the shop and had never been there before. Cruz the mechanic was super nice and explained everything to me step by step. Explained pricing and I didnt feel ripped of. They worked in a timely matter for which I was grateful as they were closing when I pulled up. I highly recommend them.

Went here just a couple weeks ago, this location was highly recommended due to its honest and hard workin staff. I kept hearing a rattling noise that sounded like it was coming from the front of the car, I had already taken it into a few other places and was told nothing was wrong.. after looking it over and taking it for a drive the guys at Mike the Mechanic said I needed new motor mounts. After they replaced the mounts, at an unbeatable cost, I haven’t heard the noise at all! I am highly satisfied with Mike the Mechanic on Bells Ferry and will be going there from now on. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for good honest mechanics.

Had to replace a transmission, and Gerry was more than helpful with the entire process. They were super fast. I had the car there on Wednesday and they had the transmission completely replaced by Friday. Service was awesome! Definitely will recommend to others.

It is hard to find an honest reliable mechanic, and I searched long and hard for one when I moved to Georgia, until I came across Mike The Mechanic (MTM) quite a few years ago. I would either drive up to an hour, or have my car towed 20-30 miles at my expense to his shop because his service, prices and reputation were so good. Since my first visit, he has expanded from that one shop to a bunch more which makes it easier for me and every one I know to experience the same great service I always get.

Went there and they finished my car in an hour. I got an oil change done and paid under $40. That is a good deal.

All the guys there are nice and seem as though they have knowledge of vehicles, but I took my 92 chevy pickup in and got nearly $1500 dollars worth of work done, was told it was running like a dream just to get the truck back with more problems than when i came in. Not sure how to feel other than bummed out.

Prompt service, clear explanation of problems and options. Unlike some repair shops, they will patiently answer follow-up questions regarding the details of the proposed repair.

My car stalled near the shop and I was able to get my car started long enough to pull into the shop. Ray assisted me and he was very nice and helpful. My car needed a starter and a sensor. I was offered a loaner car, I did not need it but very convenient if I did. My car was repaired by the next day. It has ran perfectly and I the cost was reasonable. I will use them in the future. Thank you for being so helpful and caring during a moment of panic and stress for me. I live in Paulding County and will drive the 33 miles to get my car serviced by them.

Theyre as expeditious as they can be for a shop with only 3 bays and they have great employees. I work for Terminix and we take all our work trucks there for maintenance. Theyre right on the corner of a busy intersection so its easy to spot and they have an emissions place attached.

Ray has done a lot of work on my car, my husbands car, and I have sent all my family members to him for their car needs. Ray is professional, promt, and knowledgable. Highly recommend this auto shop!

Paid $1500 for a head gasket repair. After a few months, the problem doesnt seem to have been fixed. I took it back hoping to have the issue resolved. Instead, he told me I needed a new radiator.Im now $1800 in the hole with a busted head gasket. Ive added two jugs of coolant since November.... BUT AT LEAST IVE GOT A NEW RADIATOR.

These people use your cars when you leave it overnight. I got a call from a police officer that the employee got pulled over. Very friendly guy though. Later I spoke to them and was contacted later by an employee that quiet because of that. He told me the owner encouraged workers to take Customers cars on trips, dates, or whatever. The employee who was pulled over was extremely apologetic but the manager there was a completely disrespectful and did not seem it was a big deal. I was spending 3,000$ there for work on my car and they wouldn’t take anything off the price at all! They just offered a free oil changes! Never go here!

After picking my daughter up from daycare I realized that I had a flat tire. To shorten my commute, I chose to take a back road home from where I was and ended up looking straight at MTM at the intersection. It was like a gift from God! I slowly made my way there, asked for help and without skipping a beat, a very kind gentleman took my keys and patched what I later learned was a nail in my tire. Another staff member, Brett and the pretty receptionist offered my daughter and I refreshments and were nothing short of professional, respectful and kind throughout my wait. I was sent on my way with a patched tire and didnt have to pay a dime. I was so humbled and grateful for their blessing to me today. We got home safe and sound and I intend to use MTM for my automobile needs going forward. Youve found a loyal patron and friend in me. Thank you for rescuing us today in more ways than one. Getting my car done for ANY service has always been a stressful thing for me, but ever since finding this location,, it’s amazing! Very fast, professional and customer oriented!

Our daughters car broke down right on front of this place. So, we decided to have them do a diagnostic on it. They told us it needed a new motor because it ceased up and it would be thousands to replace it. So, we had it towed to our regular mechanic (Wilsons Auto Service) and all it needed was a new starter. A $200 FIX! AVOID Mike The Mechanic UNLESS YOURE LOOKING TO BE SCAMMED!

Ray is definitely a mechanic you can trust with your car, he is very honest and prices are reasonable, but most importantly does a great job. Forget the dealership take it to Mike the Mechanic on Barrett Pkwy.

Our Sienna had a punctured gas tank, and I had failed 2x to make a permanent patch. New tanks from Toyota were around $1,000 + $400-700 in labor from everywhere else. Guy at MTM Marietta found a salvaged tank for a few hundred and installed it for about the same. 3 months now, no problems.

They said the engine is dead and we went to other mechanic and the engine was fined and they had to replace engine coolant... mike the Mech guy said they been working it all week charge us 100$ to check it out and then they check it again and charge a 50$. Such a rip off location.

They are so nice and helpful! I wont take my car any where else!
