Went in to get a PPI on a Porsche Cayenne. Everyone was very nice and very knowledgeable on these cars. They pointed out all the items that I needed to be aware of before going through and purchasing the vehicle. They even gave me estimates on what all the repairs would cost. This gave me a great idea one what my expectations are once I purchase the vehicle. Highly recommend European Import Specialists!

I stopped by here with no appointment due to a check engine light. Despite their fully booked schedule, they diagnosed my vehicle and let me know that the repair was covered under the manufacturers warranty under a service bulletin. They even verified that the repair was under warranty by checking with Global BMW. I paid a very reasonable diagnostic fee and was on my way. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Kelly is great with fully informing you during all aspects from drop to completion. I have some car knowledge and the shop feels honest. As long as they can maintain the honest credibility with their customer base, I will always bring my car here.

The best experience that I have had with a German/import repair shop in Atlanta, that simple! I replaced the valve cover gasket of my 2010 BMW 328xi at another shop, and after that my car was giving me a cylinder misfire. After the original shop couldn’t figure what was wrong, I took my car to European Import Specialists. Kelly and their customer service are outstanding. They game an affordable and clear quote of the things that could be wrong, and they were able to fix the car. The best part, no charge. They told me they were not charging me since they didn’t replace any parts, even though they spent some hours with the car. I am super grateful with them. I highly recommend this place for all your car services, you wont be disappointed!

I didnt think anyone still did diagnostics at no charge and let you know theres approximately 30% left on your brake pads.3 months later...I have found EIS to be a breath of fresh air when it comes to service. I thought old fashioned customer service was dead. They preformed diagonistics on our car, told us what was needed but that our brakes did not have to be replaIced at the time. Then we found out it was N/C for the diagonistic, REALLY! When it was time for the brake work and a tune up they were thourough and I was shocked as to how quick our car was serviced. In other words, they dont overbook.We are more than pleased with EIS!

Honesty is everything for me when it comes to service. These people are 100%! They diligently worked to find the issue and kept me in the loop with cause, solution, price and time frame. Very professional and kind. They are not the closest repair shop to me but their service level is why I make the drive and will continue to be a loyal customer. I HIGHLY recommend them!

This place is a gift from God! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them. My BMW X5 was sagging in the back and they performed surgery. Not only are they great, their prices are reasonable. My only problem is that I didn’t find them sooner. If your car is in trouble, get it to them ASAP. You won’t be sorry.

I was referred to European Import by a lady who had the identical VW bug convertible as I did and I had recently moved back to Atlanta needing a wonderful place to take my car. She referred Jesse, to me and I called to make an appointment to take my little car in to get the air-conditioning fixed since it was not blowing cold or cool during this hot 2020 summer we are having at present . My AC had been not properly working for about three months and I was so happy to find European Imports to take my car for all my repairs. Jesse, did a wonderful job with my car and like a miracle worker with his Midas touch he repaired my air conditioner at a wonderful price! I will be referring my clients and friends who have their German made cars to see Jesse, at European import. After moving to Atlanta, GA from Chattanooga, TN I had to find a new indy shop for my Porsche Cayenne GTS. After reading all of the great reviews and speaking with Kelly I felt assured that European Import Specislist would do a great job. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and arrived 20 minutes early. Without delay Kelly greeted me and got my car in immediately for my oil change. I took my wifes Audi A4 3.0L Cabriolet to EIS last year to have a timing belt job performed. This was no small job. I do most of my own work but knew better than to take this on. EIS was fantastic to work with, they accommodated all my picky requests and clearly knew what they were doing. A year later the car has never run better. Saved a bundle with EIS.

15 hours of labor took them 4 months on my car. I am not exaggerating. To top it off, my car wouldnt start when they told me I could pick it up. Maybe if you are a regular customer it is different, but this was my experience. I was later told that other cars kept getting pushed ahead of me. I personally felt that my bill should have been significantly discounted based on the excessive time alone. In short, this was a bad experience for me.

On my last visit my vehicle was not ready when promised and the work was not good. It was hard for me to get information and status reports on what was taking so long to complete the repair. I am taking another vehicle in today to see if things will be better.A G Elder

Great people! Jesse is my VW tech and he did a great job on an engine swap. My poor 2010 GTI died on me but he got it going again. He also answered all my questions and concerns. Ive been treated great and have found my place for VW service in Atlanta!
