Wifes car broke down in Atlanta, so we called for a tow through our insurance at about 1 oclock. The ETA was about 2 hours later, 3:20pm. 5:15 rolls around, no sign of the tow truck. So, I give them a call, and they tell me itll be another 30-40 minutes, theyre stuck in traffic. Now, Atlanta can be bad...but I made the trip up here to get her to work in roughly 30 minutes, we placed the call well before rush hour, and the ETA was before rush hour. So, I looked up their address, to see about where they must be coming from. Its taken them 4 hours and counting, when my GPS says its 55 minutes away now, during rush hour. Thaaats a little ridiculous.Additionally, we were having it towed to the mexhanic near us, someone we trust enough to use often. With the original ETA, the mechanic was going to look at it today, so we could hopefully have it back to use tomorrow. Taken so long for tow, mechanic is closed now.

After an accident caused by another driver, D & D Autows left my 80 year old mother stranded for over 3 hours waiting for them and never showed up in spite of several calls to them during this time. Each time, they indicated it would be about 20 minutes. We had to find an alternative way to get her vehicle to the collision center and my mother home to safety. Never use them...ever!Whats additionally frustrating is that they were contracted via Agero after my mother contacted State Farm. Agero handles national roadside assistance for many insurance companies. And, since it seems impossible to lodge a complaint directly with Agero, this fly by night company will likely continue to put accident victims through additional and needless emotional trauma. Its a shame.

Horrible service. The owner likes to yell at customers and then cancel a tow if you object to that treatment. Oh, and they will be late. Not worth engaging. In response to Zottis: The weather wasnt bad, it wasnt Christmas and you just started yelling and screaming when I called to see about the considerable delay since this was on a guaranteed time schedule. This isnt about forgiveness, its about how you treat your customers. Be aware that the owner/management who responds to these posts always has an excuse and continues to blame the customer.

I called Roadside Assistance through my insurance company and they dispatched Zottis Towing Company and so the company called me to confirm (I guess), and when the owner (or whoever) called, he tried to tell me that the repair shop, where my car was to be towed, was 24 miles away when both my GPS and my insurance companys calculations were saying that the repair shop was just 14 miles away. Now, my insurance company pays for up to 13 miles of towing, so I would only have to pay for approx 1 mile of towing out of pocket. However, the foreign man on the other end of the phone was arguing with me that both me and my insurance company were wrong and I owed him around $100.00 (versus around $8.00)!! I asked him to clarify the address with me and it was correct, and he was SERIOUSLY trying to dispute how far away the repair shop was..... He was very unprofessional on the phone and when I corrected him several times (because I am a college student living on my own, I dont want to be scammed out of $100+), he actually HUNG UP ON ME! Ha!! It was so unprofessional that I called my insurance company back and had another towing company dispatched to me. Luckily I never had to deal with this sorry company in person. After reading all these terrible reviews I really do not know how this scamming and rude company is still in business!!!

The worst scamming tow service Ive ever seen. I had a brand new mustang towed by them thru Ford to a dealer and they held the car hostage for 24 hours because the tow was 2.7 miles over what Ford covers and then tried to charge over $900 for that 2.7 miles because of overnight storage fees. They are total scammers and a terrible business.
