Valentines is already up! Not even New years! Well, the store is pretty old and out dated. Could you a good scrub down. The staff and customers arent the friendliest around. The believe the workers dont care for their jobs so much.

Almost every time my mother or I call the pharmacy, they give us a date our medications are due to be picked up. So we call that specific day, they then would tell us the medication will be ready another day. What’s wrong with these people? I went there in person three days ago to get my mothers prescription and asked when mine would be ready. A woman told me Saturday. So I called back up there today, and no, it’ll be ready on Tuesday, your sync date. Thank God I am not in desperate need for this medication. I’m more upset than anything. How utterly ridiculous.

There is one young girl here who does a very good job, she is very quick. Every other employee Ive encountered absolutely does not care if the store is busy. They usually only have 2 of the registers open no matter how many employees are in the store. Usually theres a guy at the cigarette counter pretending to do something but not actually working. Most of the cashiers take their time and arent sure what theyre doing. Its very very common to see 2 employees at one cash register trying to figure something out. Might help if they had technology from this century, or adequate training. I have no idea if there is even a store manager, havent seen anyone who resembles one. If there is, theyre either just as bad as the other employees and doesnt stand out, or they hide in a back office.I usually browse the store for less than 10 minutes, the time it takes to checkout is always much longer. And most people arent buying much. For whatever reason, it takes most cashiers a surprising amount of time to grab a couple items, scan them, and put them in a bag.Id like to think Im not wasting my time writing this, but I know I am. So many people have echoed my complaints... and worse - and replies from the owner are either excuses or typical generic replies promising to take it seriously. I shouldnt be surprised - Maple Heights is known for businesses who dont try and then leave. The few remaining know there arent many choices for people, so all they have to do is pay minimum wage to incompetent employees, and ignore the customers.

The pharmacy here is probably the most customer service oriented ever. The pharmacist Jim and pharmacy tech Toni are top notch employees who go over and above taking care of the customer. The other techs especially Betsy are also great. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Just walked out. After standing in line for a few minutes the cashier walked away. A second cashier told me to go to the back of her line of about 15 people, while her and another employee stood next to each other slowly checking one person out. A third employee was standing up front doing nothing. 1 register open, 4 employees. This place is a joke.

Never have what is on sale. Lack of good help.Apparently only one person knows how .to work in the deli. If they go to lunch you are supposed to wait 30 min until they get back. Dont waste your time go to Independance store.

So I eat inanimate object just to see if I can handle it. Last week I was eating dirt and I knew that I needed to throw it up. I immediately thought of my favorite drug store drug mart . They had syrup of ipecac and it was EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. Thank you drug mart! My next experiment is kleenex. Dont worry I will also buy it from drug mart !

It OK in if you need something and dont want to go out of your way to get it, but it is no where near as nice as the other store in Independence.

Avoid this store!Pricing and signage is inconsistent with Ads, and eventual checkout prices.. when they even have items stocked.Consistently mismark items and overcharge at antique checkouts.Poor food quality, freshness, and display.Pharmacy pricing is inconsistent, and staff apparently instructed to mislead consumer.Cheating the consumer is apparently their only goal way to compete locally..Management is rude and oblivious to any marketing integrity.This is a third world bodega on a good day.Close it.Take your business to the local gas station.

Sadly this store has gone down hill quite a bit in the last few years. The store is messy and the workers are rude and slow. They act like they’re doing you a favor by checking you out.

I love drug Mart not so much The cashier at checkout one in the morning and you are fine trust me

How do you call a pharmacy and ask about a medication and the pharmacist or pharmacy tech cant help you and they dont know...they are goofballs

Closest place to get a key made.However the WAIT for the customer service and how SLOW the workers are😵😵😔. Next time ill take my chances with Home Depot.They MUST hire some YOUTH in there..gheeeshh
