This is a small store, they had really cool things. I havent been in a Hot Topic in forever, Ill go back for sure. Staff was awesome.

I took my son there for some shirts, and we couldnt see the sizes too good cause our glasses kept fogging with our masks so the lady was nice enough to help us read them. Definitely our new hot topic location

The sales associates were very friendly and helpful, and not overly pushy. Good stock in store before Christmas, and they even have ship to store and a good return policy.

I just found my new favorite Hot Topic! This store had exactly what I was looking for piercing wise in stock in the right size with enough of that size to give me a great variety. Not only that, but i ended up saving $40!! Meredith was super helpful, sweet and kind enough to wish me an early birthday when I used my coupon. I will definitely be coming back to use my Hot Cash next month for sure!

Everyone was friendly and the guy with gauges and a full right arm sleeve (didnt catch his name). he had to deal with a rude costomer about the covid rules and he handled it perfectly and respectful.

Just had a great Christmas shopping experience with salesperson, Aurora! Very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise in the store. ( popular trends, anime, memes, etc) Super nice. Ill be visiting store again to buy gifts for my teenage grandaughter!!! Cudos to Aurora. Many thanks.

Used to go here as a kid seems kinda quiet in this area its a shame.

This is not for this specific location.It’s about the jewelry they sell, they shouldn’t.Every time I buy jewelry there, the ball to my septum constantly falls off. Rusts easy, i get it. It’s hot topic and it’s cheap but it’s really the only place to purchase anything on sundays.

Went there to get cloths for my 14 yr old daughter. They had a decent selection and were actually decently price for what we were looking for. There was only one person working while we were there but she was very helpful and very nice.

The woman with the blue hair was quite rude with me today. I did not buy a hot topic item but I do frequent it many times and have bought many things there in the past. When I walked in she saw me and became alert (I have dark skin) and asked what I was doing. I told her I needed the fitting room and she told me I couldn’t use it (which is understandable since I did not intend to try out their clothes but my own clothes). But then her tone of voice changed and she told me to use the bathrooms outside because I was not allowed to do so on their store. I felt very uncomfortable and she looked at me so rudely. I was about to cry of frustration but I decided to leave; she was one of the weirdest and rudest people I’ve met. I hope y’all don’t bump into her.

The lady was working only, but she was the sweetest person ever!!! Best store in the world!!

I visited this store today and the employee was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I went to check out the two nail Polish I was going to purchase she ID me for a $5.00 purchase with a debit card. She did not ID the customer before but then again they werent Hispanic like me. I do not recommend this location.

I went for septum rings, told the lady helping me that its hard for me to find ones that fit and theyre always too small . she convinced me to buy these hoops . none of them fit, they were all different sized but still had a extremely tiny gap .. felt like i wasted money cause you cant return jewelry .
