I had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica at NTB. She greeted me with a smile in the parking lot as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. She was eager to help me and advise me on the best course of action. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This is the first time Ive had exceptional service at a large corporate location of any kind in the tire industry. Loved the service with Ms Williams and Mr Page! It was an overwhelming day where I felt in total crisis. I’m a teacher and went to my car during my planning period to find that my tire was completely flat. I was able to drive it carefully to their site. They knew I was in a time crunch and on my own - Mr Page was kind enough to drive me back to school before my students returned and they had the tire replaced by the time the school day ended! Great place. I needed all new tires, and the worker (his name is Blake) went through my options with me thoroughly. He didnt pressure me to buy the most expensive ones or anything like that, he just helped me pick the ones that had the most value for me based on my vehicle and driving habits. He was also just super friendly and pleasant to talk to, and on a personal level, I just liked him. They were getting close to closing time when I got there, but Blake went ahead and had them change my tires and do the state inspection anyway, even though he could have just asked me to me back another day. He had two people working on it to try to get it done as soon as they could. The work they did was excellent, and Im very pleased with the experience. Blake is a great employee and an asset to the company. He definitely deserves a raise. And maybe even a bonus too. And ladies, Blake is recently single 😁 He is funny, smart, charming, and not bad to look at either. You might even say hes fly as f... so if youre feeling lonely, stop by NTB and holla at him.

Check before you show up even if you buy tires from there before. They dont have a tire I need, (I bought 2 from them couple months ago and a pay insurance for them)they say we dont keep them on stock, so Im paying insurance on a tire that they dont have and now a need to drive around with a big ball on my tire and buy another one somewhere else...

Set an appointment for this morning which they said they didnt have. Between their complaining to one another and personal joking they took in my car.I asked them to fix a slow leak in one tire and check all of the tires for the proper pressure which they said they would do.Upon handing me the bill without explanation I asked what was done.That man behind that desk looked at me like I was the last person he wanted to see.He explained the bill and the tech produced a nail which he said was causing my tire to lose air.I checked the tire they fixed for pressure and it was way off as some of the other tires were.Without apology the manager told me to drive to the side of the building.+it only took 1 1/2 hour+cheep-rude-very questionable qualityThe tech said he was sorry that he forgot to fill the tires correctly.Theres a tire shop just a few doors down. I would highly recommend going to them.

I purchased 4 tires and they did a good job with service, they were also very thorough with full car inspection of other items.

My car was totaled after having brake work at this shop. Later that evening I took the car to go pick up some dinner. I had driven the car only 12 miles since leaving their shop. The back wheel locked up and broke off at the axle. I was going 70 mph down hwy 287 south when my wheel came off causing me to go into a spin and slide off the highway into some trees. They will not accept any liability until their insurance looks at the car. It has been several weeks and their insurance company has yet to send anyone to look at it. The manager said it was just a freak accident. Had the oil changed, tires balanced and rotated (except they forgot to rotate them), and new rotors and pads installed on the rear. Checked in on time at 1:30 and was out after 5 pm. They said it was taking so long because they did not have the right tool and were waiting for it to be delivered.My insurance totaled my car and paid me what they thought was the market value. It was an older mustang gt in exception condition. I could not find another one as nice as mine for the amount my insurance company paid me for it.Nearly two months later they denied my claim. NTBs insurance companys investigator, claimed that the wheel had broken off due to impact (as if I had hit something). He never spoke with me, looked at the crash site, or reviewed the police report. The wheel was intact except for a minor scratch where I had rubbed a curb pulling out of a parking spot.Photos of the crash site show a wide open highway with nothing there to hit.Gotta love the generic response from the owner. Hey, they were fully aware of the situation. However, all I got was complete denial of any wrong doing or responsibility.

Labor per hour is exorbitant. Beware of lower skilled mechanics who might break things. Sometimes they do find things that need to be fixed. If its an emergency or you need an oil change, no problem going here. Anything else, be prepared to pay a lot and wait 8 hours or longer.

Best experience at a car place that I have EVER had. Alein Nichols and his team were AMAZING. I tend to be a difficult customer when it comes to my car, and they handled everything perfectly! I will never go anywhere else again. I am very appreciative of this location and the people that work there. I could never thank them enough. They have saved me so much time and money. I will recommend all of my friends & family of this company & this location!!

I came in to have some service done on my Lexus SUV. At the counter, I was met by a very kind and polite young lady. While we were talking, the manager came up and began being very rude towards her employees. When I was done speaking with the counter lady, she asked if I had any questions. I asked the few questions that I had and then was rudely interrupted by the manager who began demeaning me. I’m unsure as to how she became a manager but I will not be returning to this location as long as she is there. I understand being the “boss” and how things need to be run a certain way but it doesn’t excuse you being rude towards the employees who are only trying to help paying customers. And then to be rude towards the customers as well! No thank you.

I usually hate doing anything car related but Savannah and Julia at this location made my visit easy and stress free. I found a forever home for my future repairs. They let me know what was going on without making me feel taken advantage of. I’m very very happy with this store.

I had excellent customer service at this location . Took my car in for an oil change and rotate, had it done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Savannah as your service writer. She took great care of me while I was there getting my service done.

Family friendly environment. Employees are helpful gave my kiddos some crayons, paper, and let them watch a cartoon. My tire service went way faster than I anticipated. First time visit and I think I found a forever home in this location for my vehicles. Thank you !

No service at the desk for over 10 minutes on arrival and then they kept the car for 6 hours for an oil change even tho I had an appointment. 2 others just took their car and left with no service. Bad....

NTB hasn’t changed one bit. They try to charge me $40 dollars to put in a headlight?! I understand people need to make commission but that is just ripping people off. Then get an attitude with me when I question the price. If I didn’t have my tire warranty here, I would have stopped coming here long ago. One of many reasons why I quit many years ago!

Crooks blatantly damaged my Lexus with oil on my white leather interior and deep scratches on my paint near my wheel well while rotating my tires. They used Sedgwick to investigate and they are even bigger crooks. Never using NTB ever again and advising all of my corporate and veteran buddies to stay away also 👍🏼

They did a great job with the alignment for my truck! Definitely going to use this NTB in Mansfield from now on. Customer service was also a great experience!

I really enjoy getting my car serviced here because Savannah has the best customer service. She’s friendly and always has a smile on her face. She keeps me updated on my cars repairs. I recommend all my friends and family to see savannah for any car needs!

This shop is a bit understaffed at this moment. (Covid) With that said the did a fairly good job at getting me in and out. Watch your bill when you leave. I asked them to change wiper blades and they did not. The blades they had wouldnt fit my vehicle. So they left the old ones on. They forgot to tell me they didnt install and left the charge on me bill. They removed the charge after I said something.

They sometimes are running behind... my question is with 8 bays & multiple mechanics, & I have an appointment. Then you should not have appointments if youre not going to stick to them. I was told well were busy, the appointment that was an hour before mine they were still working on. No excuse thats why you make an appointment 4 days in advance & not walk in and they tell you their running behind... not my problem I have a scheduled time for you to do my car... start it on time or dont offer a web check in/ slash appointment if your not going to stick to it.... whats the use?

Horrible customer service. We have been going to this location for years, but management has changed. The woman at the front desk is downright rude. We will be not go back.

Ive never dealt with NTB, but someone recommended them to me for a vehicle front end alignment. I got online to schedule an appointment to have my front end alignment done and tires rotated for today (9/27/2020) and all was good until I drove all the way up there for them to tell me they dont have an alignment technician on Sundays. Look if there is never an alignment tech at the facility on Sundays then I should not be able to schedule the service online, it should prevent me from doing that or at least someone at the desk should call and notify my that that service is not available on Sundays, so I could reschedule instead of wasting my time. I was trying to save time by not having to sit and wait. They still offered to rotate my tires which is pointless really when I need an alignment done. I can rotate the tires myself I just was going to have them do it while the front end was being aligned. Now I have to miss work to have it aligned on Monday. I have taken my business elsewhere and this was not a good first experience at all with NTB.

The employees are great. Unfortunately management is absolutely terrible.There was a relatively simple mistake made by their front end employees and management was far more interested in collecting their $89 than making a customer happy, ensuring return business, or doing the right thing and owning their mistake.Would not recommend and will never return.Edit: NTB corporate did make this right after I called. Would still recommend avoiding this location.

Most useless pathetic shop ive been to,made an appointment for 3:30 for alligment and oil change they 1:30 min for changing the oil in a 4cyl car,after that they told me the alligment guy leaves at 5pm,ive been waiting for 1hours for a tire to be changed. Definitely wont come back

Fantastic service. Came in asking for alignment and tires and a oil change. Brad spoke with me frequently about my services and kept me up to date on anything that I would need. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my other cars.

Waited over a hour and half for tires to be balanced even though I had a 3 pm appointment, and watched people get their alignment done and leave and have later appointment times... also watched walk in customers get taken care of before me as well.

NTB is totally a rip off. I bought a set of tires that had a 50,000 mile warranty and two of them just wore out. So I went to replace them under warranty when I was told I have to rebuy the NTB warranty that I already bought and had nothing to do with the Cooper tire warranty. Totally a rip off will never go back to NTB should have stayed with Discount Tire

My FIL has been ripped off by this location twice. And they tried to rip me off. The last time they ripped my FIL off, who is almost 80, I made my FIL and my husband promise to never go back. They don’t just sell tires, they try to tell you that all these things are wrong with your car. They gave me a long list of things that needed to be fixed but I take my car to the dealership and it was a well maintained car. Those things did not need to be fixed, as confirmed by a reputable car repair shop AND my dealership. BEWARE. We get our tires at Costco now.

Follow up it took an hour and 45 minutes from my appointment time to change four tires and an inspection. I am a cancer patient on chemo and have an impaired immune system from chemo and a bone marrow transplant. This is the first public building I have been in since mid-February. Being in that building is the last place I needed to be but I had to get my car registered and tires so my wife can drive safely and legally. I appreciate the salesman upfront wearing masks but I saw no one getting in and out of my car wearing gloves or masks. I made the appointment to reduce my time of exposure and not to have to wait excessively with the walk-ins. With several negative reviews on appointments obviously there is a problem with how NTB IS presenting the appointment process. NTB needs to update or explain that the appointment process gets one nothing!

Just purchased 4 new tires w/ alignment. Everything went very smooth. Staff very friendly and technicians had good craftsmanship. Normally i got to Discount Tire, but needed the alignment and NTB was having a buy 2 get 2 free sale. Looking at other reviews I felt this needed to be said as my experience there was very good.

Exceptional service!!! I am always wowed by the service here because they just go above and beyond every single time! This morning i brought my car in because the battery was dead and i had the oil changed at another business yesterday and suspected they had drained the battery. NTB checked my battery and starter and alternator and reset my radio for me at no charge!! 15 minutes and I was back on the road!! They have great mechanics that can do almost everything!! Not just a tire and battery store!!:).

Pricing was ok... but no recognition when walking in the door, a simple hello goes a long way.

It saddens me to write this review. I was referred by my husband. I went in on yesterday for an alignment. I feel I was taken fast. I paid them for a wheel alignment when honestly after viewing their results I felt I only needed a front wheel alignment if that. The guy even told me I had minor repair. I guess I wish he would have informed me after they viewed my car a full alignment wasnt needed on my 2015 ford Fusion only a front wheel alignment. I left with my son, my car was still parked they hadnt started on it. We were barely gone 30 minutes and I received a call that my car was ready. I was so shocked because we barely had left and my car was still parked. I rated them 2 stars because I dont feel I needed a alignment and I was not informed otherwise.

I made an appointment for an oil change and state inspection. Arrived about 5 minutes early and it ended up taking over 2 1/2 hours! Not due to my car, but I have no idea why it would take so long. None of the guys in the garage seem to move very fast. I was then told my car was done and told my total was around $25.00. I asked if that was including the state inspection that I asked for twice when I checked in and the guy up front said no and that they hadnt done it. So then I had to wait more. In total it took two an half hours to change my oil and do a state inspection. I was running late to an appointment by then so I hurried and paid and left but noticed there was a HUGE oil stain and grit on my floor mat. I was so mad but because they took their sweet time doing the work that any other place can do in 45 minutes or less, I didnt have time to go back in and ask for a manager.I wouldnt waste your time with this location. The price is appealing but this is the second time theyve jerked us around. Last time they forgot to put a cap back on and all the oil drained out of my roommates car. They didnt apologize or anything. Told her to drive it back in and they would get to it when they could. I guess good service isnt cheap and cheap service isnt good.Maybe other locations arent so bad but this one SUCKS.

I came in for an oil change, even made an appointment. Arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and waited nearly 2 hours, just so they could try to sell me new tires, some kind of kit to go on the tires and a new battery because mine was close to half life. Im not a stupid woman I know when things need to be updated and taken care of. I understand that its part of your job, but give me a break... I came in for an oil change that should have taken 30 minutes... Never would I dream that I would have to wait two hours. Not happy with the service this time. Dont know if Ill be back.

Ive been to this location a few times and as of today I wont go back. Every time Ive been there, theyve forgotten to put the wheel lock key back in the glove box and call me after I get home. Now today, they basically destroyed a fairly new, aftermarket wheel. 3 different areas on one rim were scratched BADLY from the mounting arm. I had just washed the truck and taken the center caps off before I went a few blocks up there, so I know they did it.

Brad,Tommy,Blake and all the staff were friendly .The customer service was exceptional. They installed the tires on my vehical and also repaired the valve stem on my RV. They were extremely efficient and professional. I will be using them in the future.

Just got my alignment done and my oil change in matter of 45 mins great place great service brad the store manager attended me great person and polite. Definitely coming back here.

I came in for an oil change appointment at 10am and arrived 10 min earlier. I had to wait and 1hr and 30 min before they told me that I needed a new air filter. They said they were done with the oil change so I expected it to not take a another hour before I had to talk to them to see if they were done. I was told that my car was finished so I paid and went to get my car with my four children and we were about to head home before we were stopped by a worker saying that my new air filter was not put in yet. Their excuse was that the guy I paid didn’t know that the air filter wasn’t put in. Poor communication. If I left a few minutes earlier, I would’ve left and had to come back later to get the filter in. This is the second time in a row this has happened where I’ve waited an extensive amount of time. Luckily, last time I got my oil change for free after waiting almost 4 hours.

Somebody give Roger a raise! Best personality!

Walked in and completely ignored, fellow at counter didnt acknowledge me entering . He was busy with what appeared to be two other customers. There was one person in front and two people behind me . There were 3 other employees in an office to the left and fellow at counter asked for help and none was forth coming .I stopped there because of fleet required for vehicle Im assigned, I left and paid for services down the street out of my own pocket . Will never return to this NTB.

Terrible service. Called beforehand to make sure an alignment could be done in which the lady said we currently have one getting done and to come in an hour and a half and that they didnt need an appointment. Showed up and spoke with the same lady in which she walked away and another employee came out without her in sight saying that they can not do it. Disappointed in this place.

Took my sisters car in for a tire repair. Wait was a little long but that was expected. They were fast once they got to the vehicle & staff was friendly.

So incredibly rude for no reason whatsoever. I stayed for over an hour waiting for service to be completed. I waited patiently but had to get up and find out for myself that my car had been completed. Mind you they didn’t realize the work was done already. I asked how long has it been done and Drake refused to answer. He was smirking and condescending. I asked what his name was and he told me three times that I didn’t need to know. It is blatant rudeness for no reason whatsoever. He was on his cell phone and resting his head at the computers so I don’t understand if the work environment is that laid back why he has such a poor attitude.

Waste of my time. After being ignored for at least 5 or more minutes by an NTB worker who was on the phone, i was eventually greeted by another guy. I explained the reason for my stop in today, which was to find out what the crazy noise coming from the front driver side wheel was. I suspected it was a bad shock. The guy said that they would be glad to help me out, but that a new policy, which coincidentally started today, mandated that i pay 20 bucks for them to get me an estimate for repair.I never heard of such a thing, so I tried mentioning that i had an NTB account. He didnt care though, and i left irritated. I wont be recommending NTB Mansfield to anyone, and i wont be back either. Maybe the other locations in Arlington do a better job.

I had an appointment for 2 pm. When I arrived they said the wait will be about 1 hour. I left and came back 30 minutes later . . . the wait was still going to be an hour.Why make an appointment if I have to wait foe an hour. I can go ANYWHERE and wait for an oil change.I rescheduled for the next day for a 10 am appointment. I arrived on time and I sat and waited for over 25 minutes while two techs drank coffee and chit chatted. They did not even pull my car in to the bay until I said something. Two other men were working on two vehicles in the shop.Not Pleased with your scheduling system.

In and out in 15 minutes. Tire warning light was on, gentleman aired up tires and sent me on my way with a smile & handshake. Outstanding.

Went for a simple oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 8:30am, didn’t end up leaving until right before 12...a few days later I started smelling something funny, so I popped my hood. Turns out that they never put the oil cap back on, and there was oil splattered on my engine. Needless to say, I will not be going back...I get that they can get busy, but forgetting something as simple as that? Cmon...

I want to give NTB 4 stars, but the nickel and diming to make money is pathetic. Dont play games with prices to get people in your store. What do I mean? A tire listed at $83 should not cost $105 to $135 to get it on a rim and out of the door walking or rolling. I know there are taxes, disposal fees, but tell me there isnt money being squeezed out of the customer. I like the base price and service, but this has become a sad business.

Why do I have to identify the services I want done when registering an appointment online, and then have to define all the same services when I check in at the storefront?Also, with my most recent service, I had to call (twice) to confirm when my car was ready.

Got a flat tire on the 287 service road and pulled into the parking lot. Luckily there was an NTB and a Discount Tire in the same parking lot. The NTB was closer so I pulled in there at 5:15pm. Asked if they could do a quick tire change and the guy said he could get to it before 7pm. I suggested that was too long and I could go to the Discount Tire and he said he had people come *from* the discount tire saying the wait was too long. So I relented. While checking in I called Discount Tire and they said they were busy but could get to it in an hour and 20 minutes (which would have put me at 6:50pm). The time was roughly the same so I figured Id stay. Big mistake. Two and a half hours later my car hasnt moved and they are making no progress 9n any of the cars 8In the bays. Only 1 has been moved out and there is no one working on most of the other cars. The attendants are completely unconcerned with customer service. Asked for a coupon to be applied and was told there are none. Ive NEVER been denied a coupon at a car service shop. Two attendants sitting 9n the office working on the computer having a casual conversation while 7 cars sit in bays with only 2 being worked on. It 9s maddening that they can care so little about customer service. You KNOW youre giving a bad customer service experience and still you refuse to put a coupon on the ticket? Ive gotten better service at the DMV.I do think its just *this* location because the one in Frisco where I live is great and theyre super friendly and concerned with customer service. Here they told me multiple times Im free to leave if I wanted AND 8 HAVE A FLAT TIRE.0/10 would not recommend.

I typically do not leave reviews unless I received amazing service or the worst. This is not one of those amazing times. I have been to this location a few times and each time it seems to get worse. The wait time is ridiculous. Even when you have an appointment, however I am only going to review based on my last 24 hour experience. I called then before I brought in a GOLF CART TIRE, and asked if they could patch it. They said they were short handed and it would be a wait. That was fine, I was willing to drop it off and come back when it’s ready. This was at 11:55 am. I call at 1:55 still not ready. They said it would be another two hours. 4:00 still no tire. 5:00 still not ready. I call this morning at 11:27 am and the tire is still not ready. They said another 30 mins. So this 24 hours they have had this small GOLF CART TIRE. 12:15 and I still has not received a call that my tire was ready. I had to call them again and they finally have my tire ready. That is beyond my understanding. I will still consider NTB for future needs, but I will not use this location again.

2 hours to get 2 tires on. All of the men who came in were in and out in 30-45 minutes. 2 women were 2-3 hours for the same service. I left and my tires had either 29 pounds and 39 pounds, 2 of each, alternately!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR AN INSPECTION!!!When I first walked in, I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before I was helped, and that was after I said very loudly Can someone help me please. They took care of the inspection quickly but started naming things off that failed. They even offered to give me quotes on all the parts they recommended. My car is in pretty great condition and I keep up with the maintenance regularly. There was no way I believed them! I took my car to another place in Mansfield and my car passed 100%. Seems like NTB tries to jerk you around.

I have purchased tires from them for over 5 years and will NEVER return again! Had some issues in the past but nothing worth writing a bad review until my experience today. I went in to pick up a wheel I left for repair last week. The guy brought it out, set it on the floor after I paid for it ($170) and said here you go. When I asked why they cant put it on for me he said they were too busy. So I had to change the tire myself outside their store. They cant spend 5 minutes to change a tire for me?!!?? Talk about bad service! I WILL NEVER RETURN! Save your money and go someplace else.
