I live in Atlanta and was on Christmas break in Mansfield with my family. Toward the tail end of my Winter break my car started idling funny and showing some signs of what I thought was a serious problem. Being that the problem occured on a Friday around 3 and I needed to be back in Atlanta by Saturday night I was in a time crunch to get my car repaired. I ended up calling 4 different places that were all going to be closed for the entire weekend. So I figured Id try calling Norris Auto my last resort. The owner promptly picked up my phone call and I explained my problem to him. He told me that he normally does not stay open for the weekend, but since I was in a crunch he would make an exception. I figured he would have it done by Saturday morning and it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to have it done. To my surprise he called me 1 hour after his shop closed and told me exactly what was wrong with the car and how much it was going to cost ($140). By 6:15 that Friday night he had the car up and running in tip-top shape! Will be recommending this gentleman to anyone with a car problem!

Norris Auto Repair is a local small business and they do a great job. We take our Hondas and Subaru there but I think Tim Norris can work on just about any make and model including Nissan. Prices are fair and the work is done right without cutting any corners. Tim has years of experience and training at a local dealership and now has started his own family-run business. He is very knowledgeable and skilled.Also - before you buy a used car, make an appointment there to have the car thoroughly checked out. It will save you a lot of money and headaches. Whether it is a serious mechanical problem, major maintenance items, or a simple oil change, Norris Auto Repair will do the job for you, and do it well.
