They did exactly what they said they would do and everything was scheduled quickly and done in a professional manner.I went in asking for a specific tire, he didnt have them at that time, but said he would try to get them for that day or Monday. A few hours later he had them and an hour after that they were on my car.Great experience.

Ive had to pick up parts for my hubby from auto stores, junk yards, and tire shops for 20 years. Last week, I went to Katz for first time because they were the only ones that had trailer tires we needed. I have never had such friendly service from one of these auto shops. ALL of the gentleman smiled and seemed genuinely happy! I felt welcomed. Most places I visit may have that one nice one but Im voting for Katz Tires as the friendliest. I will be using them for all my tire needs from here on out! I will be back!!!

Got a good deal on tires for my f150. Install took 20 mins. Customer service is great. The only ding i have is because of the way my lug nuts were torqued. The nuts were ran down tight with an impact first and then clicked with the torque wrench. For example, the impact tightened them to 150ft/lbs and then they clicked the torque wrench at 120ft/lbs. I had to loosen them all and properly torque them. Hopefully they do some training to do it correctly in the future.

They got me right in and patched my tire quickly. A lot of places will tell you it can not be patched to get you to spend more money so I appreciate the honesty. Will def go there again!

My husband, my little dog, and I were pulling a camper when, when the camper tire blew. It was 4:30 in the afternoon and we could not find anybody to tow us or come and change the tire, plus we were 3 hours from home. Someone finally recommended katz. We contacted the manager who recommended we drive very slowly and come to their location we did so and got 4 new camper tires at a great price! It was a hot day and the manager even allowed me to bring my well behaved dog into his shop so he didnt have to stay in the truck. We drove off the lot and noticed a noise, we only made it a block or two when we got out to see what was making the noise. We found that there was a part of the fender digging into the tire that apparently had been missed when the tires were put on. I called their location hoping someone would be there since they technically were closed and had been locking up behind us as we left. The manager answered and we told him what we saw. We offered to return to the shop but he said he would come to us. He arrived at our location quickly identified the problem and fixed it for no charge apologizing that it hadnt been caught earlier! This was a great experience and we will be back again for any tires we need!

They were all very nice and helpful! Very quick service. They didnt try to over sell me something, as a single Mom that is def helpful because I dont know much about cars! They offered good advice on other things that could be wrong with my car and gave me a couple resources of places they trust (since they didnt do that type of work)... Excellent service, I was going to Ashland Road Kroger for a Pneumonia Vaccination, and my right rear tire blew out. They were the “luck of the draw” (I googled the closest tire shop to Ashland Road Kroger), right behind the Richland County Sheriff’s Office. Seeing I had a wheelchair in the car, and a Service Dog in Training in the back seat, they had me stay in the car. For $80 plus tax, they jacked up the right rear quarter of my car, pulled the wheel, mounted a new tire on the wheel, balanced the wheel, and used a torque wrench to set the lug nuts on properly. Very friendly, very quick, and went above and beyond. I would go out of my way to go to them the next time I need a tire. They fully earned me as a customer. I am not one to give “five stars” most of the time, usually at the most 4…because any business has room for improvement. But not Katz Tire, they earned all 5 stars and they could not have done one thing more. The service was excellent.

The guys at Katz Tires always take care of us and gives us the best quality tires and excellent service. If anything ever happens to the tires, even a nail it in, they will plug it for free. They even rotate the tires every so often free of charge too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

I can say with 100% sincerity that the owner is the highest quality human being Ive ever met and I dont say that lightly. I never wrote a review in my life but after my experience here I quickly made an account just to share my story. My tire blew up on the highway after working a grueling 11 hour shift. I called in AFTER HE WAS CLOSED. I was an emotional mess; but he quickly took initiative and calmed me down. He agreed to STAY LATE just to get my car up and running. He fixed my car at a lightening fast pace for an absurdly low price. I kept offering to give him more money but each time he refused. Keep in mind this post excludes a lot of the personal experiences about the owners mind-blowingly positive & upbeat demeanor he displayed during my short visit; I simply wouldnt have the room to write them all down. Ive lived in many states across this country and Ive honestly never been treated with so much humanity before.In short; I would absolutely recommend this place.

They were courteous, personable, and immediately accommodated us. Our tires blew out on the highway from debri from a car accident in the middle of the highway.....traveling from Nebraska, going thru Ohio, with the destination of Pennsylvania. We were towed and they had us back on the road in a bout an hour or so. Definitely recommend them!!

Bought four new Goodyear for my explorer. Next day low tire pressure, replace valve stem. Two days later, low pressure, replace valve stem. Two weeks later, low pressure, replace valve stem. Three times I was late to work because they didnt replace the valve stems when they done my tires.

Called ahead to make sure they had the tires needed for my car, (they didnt but had them transferred from another location within an hour) work was done in a timely and professional manner. They have the best prices Ive seen anywhere, quality of the tires, is great and all of their tires come with a tire warranty. All of this guarantees I will be back to use their service next time I need new tires.

Great job. This was a great referral. I wanted a place for tires, nothing else. I didn’t want anyone identifying things that might need done with my car. I went there for tires and got exactly that. In 2020 they helped me with an air loss issue in 3 of 4 tires in my SUV. Low cost and handy on the spot that day. I was singing their praises. Today, I called and asked about getting my tires balanced and they said come right over. When I arrived there was only one truck in the bay. I was waiting 4-5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. So I sat and waited. Another guy comes in whos phone went off and I then realized I left mine in the truck. No sooner I went to retrieve my phone two more people jump ahead of me. So instead of 1st in line I am now 4th. After waiting 45 minutes another gentleman comes in and he says just pull it in. All this time the counter guy was more interested of what was on his phone and hooking his buddy up (behind the counter) with a set of $2100 tires for his truck. I guess money talks. he only reason they get 2 stars today is from how they helped me last summer. No more word of mouth praise from me. They wasted an hour of my time on a Saturday.
