Very knowledgeable people they have a good inventory had trailer parts no one else could get definitely will be using them more

Difficulties receiving my order. the staff were helpful and placing my order but failed miserably to execute delivery of transferring products from their other locations to the Mansfield location. Twice for the same part never appeared have to Mansfield location. First time they said it was received into there inventory and ready for me to pick up. Went a couple of days later to pick up my item they could not find it. Have to driving 60 plus miles round-trip. I apologized and said that they located and will be in the following week. I called again before they said they could not find the order remember me being there. So they finally said they dont have the u bolt part that I was looking for. I ended up finding the part on Amazon and had it delivered to my house within 3 days.

They are expert on anything with an axel.

SAVED THE DAY!! I was supposed to leave on a camping trip. I developed a short that caused trailer brakes to engage when blinkers turned on. After calling dozens of other places someone recommended RH Scales. I called and they had the part NOBODY else had. I explained my situation and where i was coming from and they were willing to wait a few extra minutes for me to get there if needed.
