It took about a week for our new windshield to come in, but they were about half the price than the other windshield replacement facilities. After less than 3 hours, our new windshield was done. We were told to avoid car washes and pressure washing for a few days. I’ve inspected the windshield and the seals closely and they look great! Thank you for your fast and professional service. Stopped by 6 weeks ago to have 3 pieces of plate glass cut. Lady out front stated they wouldnt be ready for 10 days. I called at 10 days, was told they were still working on it. Waited another 3 days, still working on it. I havent checked back, and they never called. Apparently they arent equipped or lack the tools/knowledge on plate glass cutting and were just too cowardly to let me know instead of wasting my time.

They wont return your call. Ive been trying to get a windshield changed but they wont call you

My husband brought our car to this company after Walmart messed up our drivers side window during a oil change. The staff was extremely kind and immediately fixed the window and had us on our way quickly. The last two times I had service done here I had to return to have job done right now I have a motor home with seal coming off after windshield was replaced and they cant drive out with a ladder and fix it. Poor service.

Went there twice and both were terrible job. Save your money and headache, do not go this place. Ill have to take my car elsewhere to fix the screw up jobs that D&W did and probably will cost me more money.

My appointment was at 9:30, it took them until 10:30 to finally take my car. I had a chip in my windshield that needed fixed. If you look at the before and after pictures there is hardly any difference. I’m disappointed and I really wanted it to work.

Great job on the glass

Honda air conditioning work, they tore front end/grill off to work on compressor. After ruining many of the plastic grill parts and causing more issues with the a/c I had to have another company do the repairs. Found that removing the front grill is not needed or normal. It cost more to fix their mistakes than the compressor cost.
