The staff has no customer service at all. I owe nothing to RAC, exceed income requirements and I put in an application online and was told “it was with the home office” I called several times and was brushed of by Michele who is just rude. Period. I want to Aaron’s and was easily put through the process. Wouldn’t recommend RAC. I would rather spend more money to get food service.

Absolute waste of time. Miscommunication about a previous account. The managers are very rude. Alan and all of them are absolutely disrespectful. Do not recommend this company.

Ive rented AND rented all the way out to purchase several times from this rent-a-center location. Allan, Chad, and the guys are extremely helpful. If theres a question, problem, concern--they handle it. Customer service and satisfaction are their goal and I give them a 5-star rating because my dealings with them over the years has always been TOP NOTCH!!

Waste your time by asking you to do an application and then never submit said application and then when I came in told me I needed to fill out another one the same day.

Rent a center has a lot of things to choose from like laptops an washer and dryers. Customer service was great they help you find anything you need and if they dont have it in store you can order it online and pick it up at a store near you!

Got a couch & love seat. Ended up with bed bugs! Do not rent from them

(Beca) very rude person. Id rather not deal with her again . . I owe like less than 300 on my stuff . Soo as its paid off . I will never go back . Ill go else wear . Seems like alot of people have problems with her . The mang . A amazing person ! But ( beca) you suck a a employee and a person !

Very rude and over bearing (Beca) one day then that call you 5-8 times a day leaving very unprofessional messages. The staff is unqualified with no repour for people, never again will I get from them ever, Arrons here I come.

Thugs without guns extremely rude underqualified pieces of poop. They literally told my personal financial information to somebody that was on my porch that is very unprofessional never buy anything from them trust me
