I brought in three leather jackets for minor repairs. He had them for over four months and never worked on them. I called him three times to confirm if they were ready. Twice he didn’t answer or return my calls. Once he just gave me the run around, saying he’d work on them the following week (he didn’t). Finally, I just had to show up because he doesn’t answer his phone. As soon as he saw me he gave me a runaround that he was going to get to them that night or the next day (after having them for four months). I politely asked for my jackets and left. He didn’t apologize or make any attempt to retain my business. He just didn’t care. I’d rate him a zero if I could. He is a discredit to his profession.
