This is my fifth time trying to leave a review but it keeps getting “moderated” and blocked because it’s a negative review.The sheets are very pretty in color, and very soft to the touch. I can’t wait to try them out. But I haven’t put them on our new mattress yet. Why you might ask? Well because I haven’t received it yet. It was meant to be delivered on September 2, and according to the system, they tried to deliver it. But there was never a knock on my door, nor a truck in my driveway. I was on the phone with customer “service” for 4 hours and they finally got me a new delivery date. A *month* later. Now I have to wait until October 1 for the bed, even though I’ve already thrown out my old one to make the delivery man’s job easier (last time I try to help someone else!) I’m stuck sleeping on the floor with my bad back and bad hips for a full month because one person couldn’t be bothered to do their job and get out of their truck or knock on the door. For eight grand, I would expect better service. We shall see in 30 days if I rewrite my review when I can actually give the sheets a chance.Let’s go over the checklist they keep sending me so the moderators are happy;- mentioned a competitor? No I did not.- included personally identifiable information of you or someone else? Just my google name- included inappropriate media? I haven’t included any media- contained a URL? Not here-was vague or needed more detail? I physically cannot go any more into detail than this- included profanity? Despite my better judgement, no I did not.Let’s see if this one takes. 👍🏼

We are full time RVers and placed an order for a mattress on 5/11 after confirming that it would be shipped within 10 business days. Our credit card was charged for this purchase on the same day. We just called to confirm the delivery and were told that these mattresses are ‘built to order’ and it would be delivered in 21-30 business days! So angry that the salesperson was not upfront with us. Originally, he said it would be delivered in 4-5 business days. He did call someone about the delivery time and they said it could take up to 10 business days. He never said that they are ‘built to order’ which would have raised a red flag. We canceled our order and were told it will take it take 7-10 business days to see the credit. If they had just put a hold for the amount of the purchase, and placed the charge when it was shipped (like most companies) we would have our credit sooner. We will look for an honest company for our new mattress.

Recently I purchased a sleep Number bed at the Manchester store. The sales woman was great. Helped me with all my needs and they had me in and out in a flash. Was a great experience! I would definitely buy from them again!

We had an issue with our order. On the day of delivery we find out that the base we had on our order wasnt with the order so the technician couldnt put the bed together. No one could tell me what happened, or who to speak to, or how to get the rest of the bed. Called the store, and Lisanny said that she would have corporate call me within 24 hours. And that they were on our side. I asked for an update, and had no response other then I see they did not deliver the base No one ever contacted us, no one called to reschedule delivery, nothing. I ended up calling customer service to get it squared away, this store was no help.

Lisanny, the store manager went above and beyond to assist me. There was an issue as to whether they could deliver to our address and she tracked down the issue over two days to ensure that we could get it delivered to our home. She keep me updated and was dogged in her pursuit of an answer! Excellent service--would give 10 stars if I could.

The young lady, Danielle Wilcott that helped us was very informative and easy to work with. We never felt pressured. Thai is second Sleep number bed. Differently looking forward to a better nights sleep on new technology!

Our sales representative, Jeff, was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with all the questions we had. We spent about two hours in the store with him and never felt pressured. In the end he left my wife and I alone to discuss our decision and we ended up buying a bed. We are very much looking forward to the delivery.

Called on Thursday and spoke with a woman named Paupely. She has by far been the most pleasant and helpful person Ive ever spoken to on the phone. She was very patient and answered all my questions very thoroughly.Went in to the store on Saturday and workedwith a woman named Marianna, also very helpful. We ended up purchasing a bed and at no point felt pressured to buy, or even make a decision on the spot. Marianna did not try to upsell anything, which was nice. Our new bed will be here Saturday and we are both so excited to give this pretty expensive bed a try! Overall, this was a great experience!!

As soon as we walked in the atmosphere was very relaxing and laid back. The girl that helped us out from start to finish made everything so easy not pushy at all. She very well explained everything about us and our new bed. I was very pleased with the first time experience.

The visit to the store was above my expectations, the store team showed me all the beds and the benefits of a Sleep number bed. I worked with Holly and she was very patient and professional. The team made me feel very welcomed and it was a fun environment! Definitely a unique shopping experience.We ended up buying one of the new 360 smart beds and I cant wait to get it!! My mom is an owner of a Sleep Number and had it for over 18 years and its still working great. GREAT INVESTEMENT!!!!!!

I am rating Sleep Number with one star because I never even got my bed home. I am an educated consumer, and I do good research before I spend $10,000 on a bed. I had concerns that I addressed with the GREAT saleswoman Danielle and she answered everything to the best of her ability. Sleep Number offers a 25 year warranty, and they say it covers everything. It sounds good, until you do your own research and read the fine print. The warranty is only good for TWO years, then you are paying large sums out of your pocket to fix the mattress. The manager of the store Steve, told me they have the BEST customer support around. He told me to PAY FOR THE BED, and PLACE MY ORDER and he will get me the list four days later on the weekend. I wanted a list of replacement parts for the bed, so even if I broke something and it was NOT covered, or 20 years down the road, I want to have a rough idea of what I would be paying out of my pocket to fix it. I knew better, returned on Saturday and he told me he could not give me the list. He then suggested that I was a mattress competitor seeking proprietary company information and told me he could not help me. My wifes first words when we left there was why was he acting so weird, why was he acting that way? I dont want to see him again. I went from very optimistic to looking at Tempurpedic and Purple beds. I advise anyone to do their research. I would not buy a bed that offers replaceable parts, but will NOT tell you what they currently cost to replace.

No pressure sales people. They explain all the options on the beds. They give you time to think about your purchase. Explain the difference in prices and financial options. You dont feel pressured to buy the best bed with all the options. They help you in what you feel will be best for your sleep (and budget) .

We love these beds. We bought one 15 years ago, it was time to upgrade. We went on a couple of weeks ago and were told when the limited edition ILE would be on display. We came back on the 19th to see it.The purchase process was fast and easy. Also was able to arrange delivery on a Saturday.

DO NOT BUY from the store in the mall. I purchased a floor model ILE Feb 02 2018(From Danielle, she is one ofthe nicest associates there), was told to be at the mall at 5 or 530pm(Whichever worked for me) on the 25th of Feb to pick up the mattress. I arrived at 5, was told i had to wait until the mall closed, so i had to waste an hour of my life, at the mall. Upon getting home and starting to build my new mattress(which took me an hour), i found out I was missing the right side air chamber. So i had to sleep on the floor. I went to the store the next day, spoke with Steve(the big bad manager, he isnt very professional and very conceded) he gave me a new air chamber, exclaimed how impossible it was that i was missing a piece(even though i checked every box and piece that i got)and I received no apologies or sympathy for what had happened, or for sleeping on the floor. As i walked out i noticed the air chamber he gave me was a left side air chamber,(which i had already)and i needed a right side. When i walked back in(i heard steve speaking poorly of me and being frustrated) i asked why i got a left side and that i needed a right. Steve told me it would be fine and just to put foam in between my air chambers(because i just have foam laying around for the off chance i need to jerry rig a mattress. NOT TO MENTION ITS A NEW MATTRESS I SHOULDNT HAVE TO MODIFY ANYTHING TO MAKE IT WORK) so after talking with sleep number Cust. Support, they expedited a right side air chamber which arrived 2 days later (3 days sleeping on the floor total). I absolutely appreciated the kindness and sympathy that Cust service showed me in the very frustrated state things were in, and they were lightning quick to fix the issue and made me a very happy customer thus why i rate 3 stars. This store also told me theyd be shipping a new mattress top to my address, and after 2 weeks owning the mattress, I yet again had to call Cust service because no one ordered it. This is by far the best mattress i slept on, but the worst experience i had buying a mattress, and I dont bash sleep number at all, just this store in particular. TLDR; Dont buy from the Manchester mall location. Missing pieces, unprofessional managers, and lying about pieces getting shipped.

Buyer Beware: I love the bed, got a memory foam m7 mattress. Only complaint is that I actually wish it could get a little firmer. but I keep it on 100 and its pretty good. My ex liked it soft and kept it around 50 so definitely good feature for sharing the bed.The reason I say buyer beware is that the delivery service was 1 or 2 stars, bad. Edson and Reuben showed up and started doing their thing. One of them spoke no english at all, the other one barely could. They began by dragging my old mattress across the floor to my spare bedroom, not cool. They didnt set up the old mattress in the other room, it was only a futon and it wouldnt have been too difficult. Anyways then they come in and begin to set up the sleep number bed. They start rudely just unplugging my things from outlets and plugging their own things in without even asking. They even turn on and start using my fan without asking at all, pretty rude, they also semi damaged the outlet adapter I have and the plug for the fan by crushing the bed up against it. The one who spoke no English was also picking/catapulting scraps of food out of his teeth with some kind of picking device throughout the experience.Then at the end they show me pretty much nothing except how the remote works, the one who kinda spoke english asked to use the bathroom, I said OK (At least he asked), he urinated, didnt wash his hands and then they left.Overall I like the bed a lot. The delivery service however was no good. Either lack of training or the company doesnt care but I would recommend to put the bed together yourself, I watched them and it looked pretty simple. Just set aside an hour on your day off. Hope this helps someone!
