I am traveling from Missouri to Florida to see family. While driving through Tennessee I was stuck in traffic for an hour. During this time my check engine light came on. Went to a shop recommend by ORileys. Had to get hotel that night as it was 7 pm. Went said shop at 7am. This shop said, care is fine to drive to Florida. Also this shop could not get the part take & it would take 2 days to repair. I left that shop and went to Freedom. Joe got my part ordered within an hour that morning . Joe replaced my Catalytic converter and had me back on road by 1pm today 7/28. The service and price was great. I can not say enough nice things. I was upset and and trying not to cry. Joe and another guy ( sorry didnt get his name ) was extremely nice and explained everything. I would totally recommend these guys at this shop . Honest and extremely nice. Thank you so much guys. Car is running great ! If I could give them 10 stars I would. They so deserve it. If I lived in area this would be my machanic.

They do real custom exhaust. Not just bolt together kits. They did a great job on my Mustang.

Had a slow leak in a tire. I was outand about and had used them before. They found the small screw in the tire, fixed it with no charge. I was suprised and pleased. I have used them before for oil change and was pleased then also.

We were traveling from Florida to Illinois. We had hit some bad pot holes in Atlanta Georgia, which made the car drive funny. We stopped here & these gentleman for us rite in & fixed the issue & we were back on the road in less than an hour. Everyone was really polite & helpful. Excellent tire and wheel shop that puts the customer first. Quality over quantity here. They have state of the art hunter tire mounting and alignment rack. The ONLY place I bring my expensive wheels with low profile tires.

I am SO impressed with Freedom Automotive. I needed two new tires and they fixed me up with four new tires for the same price (including labor) I was quoted for two somewhere else! Everyone there is so friendly and willing to help with anything you need!! They also fit me in right then to change my tires and took less than an hour! I HIGHLY recommend this company! These guys are awsome - - had tire trouble on the I24 Sat. - - was directed to their store - - however they had just closed at noon time - - but one of them saw me, asked how they could help - - looked at the tire - - found the problem (sidewall had tore due to pothole) - - but they change me to my spare checked everything and got me back on my way - - - they did not have to do that - - but they chose to - - THANK YOU SO MUCH

Stopped here because my flex pipe broke. The have quick, affordable service. Ended up having to get 2 gaskets fixed and they went ahead and did that also.

Caldwells gave me a bad diagnostics. This cost me $1300 and the truck ran exactly the same. No big deal Ill let them Now redeem there self as freedom. No big deal, I call set up appointment time. Get up there to find out it cost 100 bucks to weld one glasspack. Then tried to feed me a line! What?=0

Way over priced charged me 145 to change oil on a 1995 chevy suburban. Fixed a brake line brakes are worse now then when they started. Said the hydro boost was leaking power steering fluid so shouldnt have anything to do with brakes . Figuring they didnt even bleed the brakes after they replaced the line. Will never go back and sure will not recommend them to anyone unless you just want to blow some cash. 302 and dollar bill for a oil change and 2 feet of brake line will be going back to chevy dealer from now on
