This is an honest mechanic business with fair prices. They have done a few services on my vehicle and each time went well. The customer service is always great. The prices I paid were decent and worth the money. I was told the cost ahead of time and the cost never changed. There is limited waiting area inside if you do wait, although there is some good walking area and stores close by.

This shop is the shop that will go above and beyond with making sure your car is right and that you are safe in your vehicle! When our vehicle broke down in NH and towed to this shop due to a shop in NY putting in bad part the team went above and beyond to fix and communicate with us all while we were back in NY . Couldn’t ask for better service!

Brought my car for inspection and an oil change but needed brakes as well. They stayed past closing to get it all done same day. Reasonable pricing, very professional, and was respectful about social distancing! Will be back for next service!

Honest, clean shop. Brought my car in with a tire puncture. They took it in right away. Spent some time looking at it but then brought the tire in to show that it is beyond repair. Even patch won’t fix it. But in the end they did not charge for it. Even after I insisted to pay for the time they spent, they would not take the money. Thanks.

Good place for inexpensive vehicle inspections, however to compensate they are Very thorough in anticipation of finding something to make up for it. $180 to replace a serpentine belt and license plate bulb is a little rich for me. Took me 30min to do it myself, belt was $25.

Recommended by a friend, I went to Dynatune for some failed tail lights. They have some great availability for reservations and I was in and out.Unfortunately it was not fixed on the first try. I noticed that night that my lights were out again. I went back in and got them fixed finally. It would have been nice if they had covered the bill for the first attempt but the fix was quick and it has been a non issue months later. Saved tons of money vs one of the corporate chains. Ill be back in the future.

If its not a new car dont go there. They will see a problem in the parking lot on your vehicle take your money fail you and then tell you yeah we noticed it before we got it. Now thats a nice customer service right there.

I have been going to dynatune for years. Their service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I find them to be honest and very efficient. The work is always done on time. The drop off and pick up service is always a big help with my busy work schedule.

All the employees are always nice every time Im here which is usually for state inspections. There is almost always a coupon online too so the prices are great. Some people go to more expensive places that look at your car for a second and slap a sticker on it. I actually want to know if my car is safe. I know people dont like getting lies about work needed to be done to pass but Dynatune is honest and puts the customer first. When my brake pads were almost completely worn out they took me out back and actually showed me on the lift. Even though they were busy they wanted to prove I needed new pads. And they didnt even push the service costs on me. They first asked if I knew how to replace them myself, which I did, but the tech still gave me a quick refresher on how to do it.Because of this Dynatune is where Ill be going for any needed future service. A+

I can’t say enough incredible things about Dynatune. After getting my car inspected at my dealership, I had a suspicion that I was being swindled. I was told by my dealership that I needed to pay $144.95 to have my REAR brakes cleaned and adjusted. They prompted me to do this immediately because I would be in danger but I refused and took my car to Dynatune to compare prices. Dynatune actually took me out back, showed me my brakes, and educated me about my vehicle. They told me I had disk brakes in the rear that didnt need to be adjusted. They actually informed me that DRUM brakes sometimes need to be cleaned and adjusted and if that was the case it wouldnt have cost me nearly $150!! Dynatune didnt charge me a dime for any of this! Dynatune is the only shop I trust because not only do they have fair prices, but they take their time to educate you about your vehicle even if that includes taking you out back to show you what they are talking about. These guys are hardworking and honest people and they have saved me and many of my friends and family from being conned out of money! The employees at Dynatune are truly there to help you and educate you. You don’t have to take my word for it, but the next time you feel like you might be paying too much for your service I HIGHLY recommend you at least stop by and talk to someone at Dynatune.

Out of nowhere our vehicle was vibrating with a check engine light. I found this company through AAA. They were extremely helpful, answered my questions, professional and super responsive. Upon walking into the lobby/office/waiting area, we immediately noticed how clean everything was. We left our vehicle for the day with the expectation that it would be worked on the following day. We got a call SAME DAY that it was ready. We will have other vehicles worked on here in the future.
