Its hard to put into words how encouraging and refreshing it is to have these folks take care of my vehicles. But these words come to mind: polite, thorough, fair, honest, dependable, knowledgable, expert, generous, exceptional, outstanding, exemplary ... You get the idea. Im so thankful there is still a mechanic repair shop with people that you can trust implicitly.

Ron and Cyndi were amazing to work with. They were able to take my descriptions of what I was hearing and noticing and made great recommendations. Also they could have up-saled me on a few items and I wouldnt have been the wiser but instead said I only needed x instead of replacing all of my parts that I was accustom to hearing from other shops. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a full service mechanic shop in coffee county.

Great service! Had an emergency - my driver side wiper stopped working on a way to Florida in heavy rain, they fixed it in just 20 minutes. Very friendly place!

Had a remanufactured engine and transmission done great fast work and easy to deal with.

Came in thinking i needed a water pump, well instead of listening to me and doing what i thought it needed they pressure tested my system and dug deep to make sure they resolve my issue. Hard to find trusted mechanics now days but i have no doubt in them.

Travis is great, he talks to you like youre family. Trans went out of our van. We took it there and they not only replaced it but Travis also dealt with the warranty company to get paid instead of me having to spend all that time on the phone. Ill definitely use them again!

They did a good job fixing my starter and brought up my battery was not the right size for my car. I had them go ahead snd change it even though he told me it was a good battery and that may have solved a phantom issue Id been having. They are always honest and treat you like friends. Will definitely recommend them!!

Very family oriented business....Ive always taken my vehicles here along w my whole family you pay for what you get. Never had a issue and always in a timely fashion.

May not be the cheapest in town but always the nicest to me. And they may not be fast either but most of the time they tell us exactly whats wrong they either fix it or tell us we can get it cheaper somewhere else. Really nice people.

Very honest people and good at what they do. I took my car in to have it checked out before driving across the country, and instead of taking advantage of the situation and finding things that were wrong they were honest with me. They found and fixed a small oil leak on the cheap. Needless to say my car made the trip.

I was recommended this shop for an alignment and had my truck delivered on a Monday around lunchtime. Wednesday morning came and it hadnt been completedor even started on. I walked in and said I wanted my truck and without checking any identification, the guy gave me my keys which I didnt like. So I drove it to another local shop and it took them around a hour and a half to complete.

My radiator blew as I was passing through this small town. I broke down about a half mile away from the store and the guys went and picked up my car for free. Found out I needed my radiator fixed... shops closes at 5 and they stayed till 6 to fix it for me. Really down to earth crew!
