So, first of all, I am quite happy with my car that I bought here. It was a good price and has been reliable. That said...DO A CARFAX!More than likely, the car has been in an accident, and has been bought cheap by them at an auction, then repaired. They did not tell me this until I ran a car fax on the VIN and it showed the car had been totaled. Thankfully the damage wasn’t that bad, just more than the insurance wanted to pay for it, I guess. Either way. I got a good car, for a good price BUT buyer beware.I took a risk and it paid off, it might not go so well for you so do your homework.

Hands down best place to buy a car or fix the one you own. I bought my first car here and I’ve never had a problem with it. The cars are so well priced!! When my friend’s Honda blew up (275k miles on it) I brought her to Mirsad and he gave us a good Honda one for a great price. 8 months in and she hasn’t had one single problem with it - and that Honda had 130k on the odometer! You’ll never hear that about any other car from any other used car dealership. Very impressed!!

I bought a car from here a few weeks ago, and the check engine light came up the same night, so i went to them the very next day . They said they have to order the part, so come back again after a week. After I got my Registration Plates, I went back, which was exactly after a week. and they said its not our problem and we never promised you anything ! They cheat on every little thing, they tamper the odometer and make it look like a car with less miles . The guy who sits in the front, talks out loud, and when we ask a question he does not answer to the point but beats around the bush and makes it look like he knows everything. He told me he changed the oil and serviced everything, and i took it to a friend who knows about cars, and he checked the oil, there was zero oil in there . This could have blow my car if I hadnt checked. Very disappointed with them. I would definitely never recommend anybody here. if you ever end up buying a car from them, make sure you get it checked with another mechanic the very next day, so you can go to them and ask them to return your money if there is any major .DO NOT GET YOUR REGISTRATION PLATES FIXED UNTIL EVERYTHING IS CLEAN AND CLEAR.This Above post, I posted before they called me and asked me remove the post and the guy tried to scare me saying, he’s going to sue me just because I was a student . then they agreed to take back my car and pay $2200 cash . Then their third version of the story is I have to trade in the car with them and buy another car . Which is a total loss for me. If they sell me a good car I can buy it, they always try to sell bad cars. I don’t know how the cars pass state inspection when the car smokes green smoke ! They are just ugly dealers. Anybody who does not know about cars please get it checked with another mechanic before you buy a car from them, or else just find a better reliable dealer. I am writing this review as an international student where $3000 is a huge money and losing $3000 is a lot of money as well, and I don’t want anyone else going through the same.

They tell us to come in one day for inspection, we go all the way there and they left for the day. We drive all the way there the next day and they tell us theyre not able to do the inspection. He told us one day he was able to do it, then all of a sudden he wasnt the guy to do it.

I saw a man come out of the shop as soon as I started walking to the vehicle I had seen online. He asked me what my price range was and what I was looking for. Luckily I knew just what I wanted. I came in search of my perfect Jetta. These men helped me get my dream car. He was straight to the point, sold me a vehicle in excellent condition, and well under Kelly blue book vehicle. He let me test drive and promptly answered all questions I had. Im looking forward to doing business with these gentlemen in the future.

Bought a car from here and the check engine light started flashing in three months and I havent even really put too many miles on it. They did charge me to fix it and did not look into the other problems I asked them to fix. Like - the heat doesnt turn on !! So I had to take it back again but they asked me to come another day saying they were busy. I am freezing here in New England. They did not answer calls when they had to deliver the car after the first repair and I would say it was a horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place !

WARNING! please DO NOT waste your time and money with this place. They’re scammers making you sign and “as is” document so they wont have to give you an inspection sticker and wont tell you whats wrong with the vehicle like our experience and others on here. After we asked about an inspection sticker they said the inspection person is on “vacation”. The same day they sold us the vehicle “as is” the CHECK ENGINE light comes on. After I took it back to them they said we had sign “as is” the vehicle might have an electrical issue refused to show me or even a copy of any receipts. ALSO their customer service is HORRIBLE rude and smoking in you face.

I love my new car I bought from them, although I did have some problems with the car and had to bring it back a few times. They fixed the problems,(check engine light kept coming on EVAP system) they did not charge me and was very friendly. Told me to bring it back if I have any other problems and they will try to fix it.

Sold me a brick, car broke down within a week, brought it for repairs and they charged me for brand new parts and come to find out they are scrap parts. Barely got a month out of the car before I had to see it for scrap metal.
