Please get away from these people, they sold me a car with full of problems, I talked to them to get the problems and they blocked my number.... the reason i didnt see the engine ligth on dash, its because they broke the ligth from the motherboard

However the selection of BMWs at Northstar auto was large for having low price German cars. I ended up purchasing a 2006 BMW three series for my grandson he loves it has had no issues. And the people at Norstar were very helpful in finding me a vehicle in my price range that is reliable and has no rust. Thanks guys!

Northstar has a large selection and variety of vehicles. I got a 1989 Volvo From Brandon it needed nothing and was in mint condition which is hard to find. The prices are extremely reasonable there. The crew there really knows their stuff and are there to help. So to everyone getting tax returns, Check out northstar cause you won’t be disappointed, cause I wasn’t. Even my wife loves it, thanks!

I had bought a car from another dealer and the engine ceased and they did everything they could to make it right and took their time to help me figure something out. They go out of their way for people and gave me a good deal on a safe car for school that is reliable. Highly recommend coming here for a first car if your going off to college.

I drove up from Massachusetts to go to northstar to look at a 2008 Ford Focus last December, and I brought it home with me. This is by far my favorite car I’ve ever owned. I went there and talked to Brandon. I told him I was looking for an automatic car told him my price range and he showed me the focus. Worst customer experience here I’ve ever seen. You try to give them business and it’s like they just don’t want it. Even if they have your dream car here, it’s not worth going through them to try and get it, keep looking. I was lied to and ignored when trying to purchase a car.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Brandon is NOT a reputable dealer. I am a veteran with a family and do not have a lot of money to spare. I went to Northstar because it looked like a great deal I admittedly do not know a lot about motor vehicles. When I went to see them about the car they told me it was just recently inspected and the car was completely clean. When I got there the cars inspection was up in 30 days. I asked if he could get a new inspection sticker and he said there was no time and it would take at least a week. He said what he would do instead was if the car did not pass inspection he would get all the parts needed at cost and labor for $15/hr. Sure enough I bought a car from them and within 15 days the head gasket blew and the car needed a new engine, exhaust and turbo line. When I called Brandon he told me there was nothing I could do and never call him again! When I spoke to my mechanic he said there was no way Brandon did not know this was an issue there was residue in the engine from stop leak. Also a head gasket does not just happen overnight. He knowingly sold me a car that was complete junk and lasted only 15 days. Then when asked to help me and make good on his promise he hung up on me. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!

Go to northstar, I was looking for a new work truck last November before the Winter. This place has a lot of great options for decent prices. I spoke with Brandon and when the ranger I originally wanted was already sold. So he told me he had several others in my same price range. I love my 2009 ford ranger, all thanks to northstar.

I didnt directly buy a vehicle from this business, but after working on the vehicle and searching the VIN I discovered the vehicle was sold at this business and let me just say the car was a mess, so after seeing the reviews I figured I should give a one-star as well, I cant say for sure that the issues were from this business but it wouldnt surprise me if some were. (Faulty turbo wastegate) along with other issues that a non-car person would not notice right away. From what I see from the low star reviews this man does not have quality cars.

Last fall, I originally went to J’s auto exchange in Derry and got a 2008 Ford Focus not even 5 minutes after leaving there the car started smoking. I bought a 2007 Chevy Aveo, this is my second car ive bought from Brandon, i also ow a Chevy Colbalt which is amazing on gas, clean interior, clean title and no check engine, both cars run very well, ive never had a problem with either cars and Brandon is a business professional i trust!

After going to 4 other used dealer ships I landed myself at Northstar Auto, Brandon greated me on arrival and talked about what would suit my needs, he was able to pick 3 different cars that were low milage zero body rot that were in my price range. I bought a 2004 Volvo xc70, it was well kept and he was avle to sell me on the price, ive had no problems with it, it was maintained very well, if in the future I need another car or a friend is looking I will definitely go back there!

This is my second time buying a car from Northstar Auto located out of Goffstown on mast Rd, Brandon is a known local dealer with many cars in stock for a reasonable price. I bought a 2000 GMC sierra for my grandson, it was spotless inside and had 112,000 miles, no check engine and only 2 owners, I feel like i got the best bang for my buck and that people should definitely go check out whats in stock or visit the page to find something thats good for you.

You could not even possibly try to be a worse salesman than Brandon. Lists cars as private party on Craigslist. Messaged him on one I was geniunely interested in, come to find that the number I’ve been texting is the same as this dump of an auto lot. Doesn’t respond timely to any correspondence. Drive by. Car is a pile of junk. I’ve have about a dozen of these cars and race and rally them and this one isn’t even fit for the road. Tried to set up a time to come see it, he says he’s too busy.

Should have read the reviews before buying a p.o.s. suv from these guys. We went here in a desperate situation, after our previous vehicles engine blew, after only 2 months of owning it. We told them our situation, that we were borrowing money to buy another car, that we have a 5 year old to get to and from school, and that we use the vehicle for work every day. The only reason we bought this car is because we were told by both owner and mechanic, that it was inspectable, that it would take a sticker no problem. As soon as we drove away we realized we made a mistake. They gave us a junk battery, which had to be replaced the first day. Then the check engine light immediately came on. 2 out of 8 cylinders were not firing. So we spent over $400 more dollars on spark plugs, and coil packs, and having them installed. (We scheduled an appointment with the owner to install the coil packs, and the morning of the appointment, after waiting an hour at their shop, the owner said we would have to go pick up his mechanic, 20 minutes away, if we wanted the work done. Then he says his mechanic would not come in at all that day.) So we ended up spending $100 extra dollars at a different mechanic that day. After the work, cylinder 8 still isnt firing. All of the text messages from the owner very rude, like i was annoying him for trying to ask for help. Now, over a month later, cylinder 8 still not firing, and the car is leaking oil and coolant badly, as well as a variety of other issues, and the owner and mechanic will not respond at all. So now were having to consider selling this vehicle for whatever we can get, to try to get a different vehicle that doesnt have a blinking check engine light and a growing list of serious issues. I cant beleive I got swindled like this! You really want to trust people, and their word, especially when youre in a tough situation, and you believe they are helping you. Once again, Ive learned my lesson about trusting anyone out here. Sorry for long story, but I thought it was appropriate given the situation. People like this need to be put out of business

Feel like I just barely escaped with my life

Beware of fraud I was checking a car online that says it has 160kmiles when I checked the Vin number car has over 298k miles no services record over 2 years and 3 open recalls when I asked them about it they said no thats not our car! Please dont even go to this place not worth it.

Brandon is a joke how he still has his dealers license idk but the vehicles are junk i know people who have either worked for him or bought cars off of him they are junk he smashes all the warning lights like the check engine lights and plays with the odometer so the vehicles read less milage then what they actually have bought a 03 GMC Yukon off him traded in a 96 expedition for it was told it would pull my trailer which weighs 3600 empty hooked it up dragged it on the ground he tried telling me it needed heavy duty springs which he told me it had when I bought it which was a lie then wanted to charge to have done month later took it to a different place to trade it in they ran a Carfax on it found out it had over 300,000 miles on it with a salvage title when we bought it the odometer read 167,000 none of the cars he has move they are over priced pieces of junk would of had better luck at buying a vehicle from the junk yard then him

Recently bought a vehicle here and paid them do break work in order to take it home. My husband test drove it and a little after we left the abs acted up and almost caused an accident with our child in the vehicle. We took it to our regular shop and the work had to be redone bc of the improper repair. At least safety is a concern for our mechanic, by personally test driving and refusing to let a family drive an unsafe vehicle.

I gave the owner a deposit for a car that I was purchasing a red Mercedes Benz he was supposed to repair it call them back 3 days later is sold the car it took me 5 months to get my deposit back from him . I know Im stupid but I called him on another car and he I waited I asked him 5 times if the air conditioning worked. It became all upset with me and said the way your talking to me and I want to sell you the car so I told him gfy II wouldnt take any business to him whatsoever have the car checked out real good most of them a jonques if you look underneath you going to find the rust is so bad the most of the subframes of the Mainframe or control arms are rotted out it gets him for three and $500 at the auctions and then sells them for three and five thousand
