After getting a balloon refilled after a half hour it was depleting. Could have been the balloon I agree but I wasn’t informed of the refund policy but understandable what is not understandable is rude customer service and when it comes from the manager of the store that is uncalled for. I honestly felt her being not customer friendly from the beginning. When I called to let her know what happened she was defensive and then silent and after agreeing to give my refund she did one of the rude action of hanging up on me before I even gave her my name or anything. I called back because I do not like being treated rudely. You don’t have to like me or agree with me but when you are in customer service you should be customer friendly. Of course she denied hanging up and said she had my name from the first person that answered. I shared with her that in my thoughts what you did was rude and not customer friendly. I wasn’t asking for anything free I just wanted what I paid for. I hope she considers what she did because I think if one of her staff member did this they would have been reprimanded. ✌🏽

So sad this place is going out of businesses. I really loved it.

This is the only real pay store the area, I think. I visited at the last minute ( day before and day of) to find some things for the person throwing the party... they had what I needed. (I needed an obnoxious mariachi hat in March)I was impressed with the staff, all of whom were very helpful, and in fact, offered to order a novelty item for me.The only reason I had 4 stars, instead of five is because their selection of cards is horrible.The store was clean, airy, and well organized. The staff was knowledgeable.

Beth is such a wonderful lady! I always enjoy coming into this store when shes there! She always has a smile on her face and is full of sunshine!

This is a surprising store. From the outside it doesnt look like much but when you get inside its huge! Fantastic selection for a party store. At halloween time, they had costumes for cheaper than Party City and other places. I dont mean cheaper quality costumes, I mean the same costumes for lower prices (in some cases). Their big thing seems to be balloons, which I havent used their services for yet, but they seem to have an excellent selection.

This is my go to store for Halloween and party items. Some things are a bit pricey but you definitely get your moneys worth. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

I started going here after I had a horrible experience at a Party City location. The people here are amazing and so helpful. Every person I interacted with was very kind and put the costumers first. There are a few things that they dont carry but to me the happiness of this store makes up for that. My kids love going here too. It is so much less stressful. Plus their prices are so much better than most Party stores.

On a good day real nice service, only thing is nvr knew balloons could be so pricey. But this is my go to for decorations and what not

I spent $250 on party decor including a $60 balloon banner that was supposed to read happy birthday Hannah. When I arrived at the house )which is out of town from the store) it read HAPPY GIRTHDAY. When I called the store and asked to speak to a manager the gentleman that picked up said that he was the manager. When I gave him the scenario he said it would actually be something the general manager would have to handle. I asked him to provide me his information but instead he said he would take mine and give it to him and have him call me back. Its been almost an entire month and I havent heard anything via phone or email. Lack of attention to detail, lack of customer service and apparently lack of follow up from the management team. Dont shop here if you actually care about getting the item you paid for or having them fix it after he fact.
