Even if you can sleep, please oh please wake up and give Insomnia Cookies a try! A dozen varieties of traditional cookies from the chocolate chip to snickerdoodles and everything in-between along with a rotating selection of 6-8 specials like strawberry shortcake or dreamsicle, you are sure to find a soft-baked delight youll enjoy by the dozen! We were greeted by a friendly, helpful gentleman who gave thoughtful suggestions on which cookies he favored. What a treat!

Their diverse selection of cookies makes it so hard to choose! Every cookie looks amazing and tastes even better. If you are in Madison you have to stop by here to grab a cookie or two. My favorite was the oatmeal raisin cookie, it was so warm, soft, and tasted great.

Just walked in and two employees were maskless despite a local mandate and one was wiping her runny nose with her hand and not washing it, before packaging an order. Definitely don’t recommend stopping here as staff clearly don’t care about basic sanitization.

We made a order for them to deliver to us, and on one of the ice cream dishes we asked for cookie dough and it didn’t come with it and neither did the milk with our cookie combo. The other ice cream was a completely different ice cream flavor than we order. Not to mention it took them more than 40 minutes to deliver two cookies and two ice cream dishes when we were 4 minutes away. When we called to maybe get our money back or new ice cream nobody would pick up the phone and when they did they just said there was nothing they could do! This is an awful establishment, has awful staff, and I personally just had an awful experience there!

The customer service was excellent and these cookies are amazing.

Stopped in after a long work night and my man Drew hooked it up. I had no clue what I wanted so he whipped up something delicious for me. Ill be going back for sure.

How do I post my picture so that I can warn people to not go there on Thursday nights. I bought a box of 12 to share with the fam. Each one rolled up like a dough burrito.

Please don’t go here. We hindered the Colorful hair lady’s phone time by walking in and she made sure to let us know she was not pleased to see us. She also didn’t wear a mask while serving us which was definitely a health concern. It was way to over priced for the tiny little things we got. Please don’t go when this person is working you will regret it.

The cookies are tasty. But the bathroom was absolutely revolting. I didnt even use it - there were several flies flitting around the toilet preventing me from doing so. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks.

The worker was horribly rude. Change your hours to midnight if you’re gonna close an hour before closing time. Really just a bad experience.

The best cookies in Madison by far. It is also a huge plus that the place is open really late (I got my cookies at 2am). A little pricey, but definitely worth trying if you find yourself in the area. The location is a little small, but that is to be expected for a Madison store. I had the oatmeal raisin cookie.

Cookies dont matter if they cant respect their customers. A friend of mine was purposefully, outrageously, and maliciously mis-gendered by their staff. Mistakes happen but this was no mistake. This was done with the intention to harm her. Apparently, insomnia is the tiniest of your problems. Find yourselves a little honor, integrity, and respect for others who dont fit in your dumb little box.

The cookies were fine, but the service and establishment were sorely lacking. The concept is cool and I’m sure is a hit with college students. The bathroom was so disgusting that I wished I hadn’t eaten the cookie. There was actual blood on the floor of the bathroom...

The production costs for cookies cant be that high because other similar establishments charge far less. Also, you definitely are not paying for the ambiance, because the inside is a little sad.Overall, it was pretty good, but not great. If youre in the mood, go ahead and stop by, but dont go out of your way to come here.

Over an hour wait for a cookie they ran out of to be baked. Of course they couldnt say that outright or beforehand. Just oh itll be another ten minutes everyone you ask for an update The cookies are decent, the service is horrid.

Past experiences here along with the cost reflecting the quality of the overall product forces me to rate this only a 1 star. Have been to this location multiple times, and have left without satisfaction every time. Seems as if every employee Ive dealt with here has some sort of an attitude problem. The last time I was here, my friend (who was a first timer) asked the kid behind the counter a legitimate question, where he then replied with Sorry, I dont answer stupid questions. Besides the customer service, was not particularly pleased with the quality and freshness of my order, compared to how expensive it was! Not very pleased.

Ridiculous. If you actually want cookies. Go to a store and buy some. Because this place decides if they want to deliver your order or not. After 2 hours I went to the store only to find they didnt even process my order, but was able to charge my credit card. Refused a refund unless I contacted the main office. I paid 12$ to wait for 2 hours for something that never came. Dont even try ordering. Its not worth it.

I had nothing but a positive experience with Insomnia cookies. They were fairly quick and the delivery person was very pleasant. The cookies were no longer warm, but it didnt take away from them at all. My only complaint is that the milk is out of this world pricey. Would and will do business with again

Oshkosh Store- we had cookies delivered as a gift and they were delivered with the receipt taped to the top including how much they were. It was incredibly tacky looking. Heads up to maybe come up with a different receipt method if you are delivering to someone from someone else!

We were looking for some dessert on state street around 9pm, and this was the only place that was open. their cookies are good and still warm! a regular cookie costs about $1.50, which is reasonable.

It took an hour and a half and two phone calls to a corporate call center for my cookies to arrive. When they did, they were cold. Even if they had arrived warm, it is hard to imagine they would have been worth what I had paid.

Last night I saw a commercial for this on TV and remembered that there was a location near me so I ordered a 6 pack of cookies just to try it out. I ordered them at 8:05PM and by 8:20PM I was eating these warm delicious cookies. They were fantastic and the service/delivery was perfect. I would recommend this to anyone that loves cookies!

I have never really had issues here until recently when my boyfriend ordered me cookies for sweetest day. He was going to keep it a surprise, but was confused after no cookies had arrived after an hour. When we tracked the cookies, they still said baking- after 2 hours of waiting we called to see if something was wrong, only to learn they had RUN OUT OF COOKIES. The delivery man didnt say anything when he got there/ no refund was given, but I was able to get in touch with customer service who gave us some coupons. It was very bizarre- but I will still order the cookies here for friends/ myself on special occasions. They are good and quick!

Got the deluxe peanut butter cup cookie and that was by far the best cookie Ive ever had! Very warm, fresh, and gooey all the way through. If youre getting a deluxe cookie make sure they are bagged separately and you have plenty of napkins!

Waited way too long for two cookies to go. Wasnt said hi to, asked for two cookies, while guy proceeded to answer his cell phone for what seemed to be an unrelated non work call. Waited.. Cookies were in a bag in front of us, and guy went to back counter on call while we were left waiting. Walked out the door. Completely unprofessional and rude. Was super excited to try, and will not be back. Bringing my insomnia elsewhere.

Two stars because the cookies are yummy. No more than two because it took nearly two hours to get them. When I called to ask what was taking so long, the customer service was unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful. Im fairly sure the driver was stoned once he finally showed up. Too bad I prepaid the tip. Not going to order from Insomnia Cookies again. Too bad.

The cookies Insomnia Cookies serves are delicious. However, on two occasions now they have screwed up my online order. My first order was placed the day before a meeting. The cookies did not arrive until an HOUR after the meeting had ENDED. They then sent me a coupons to buy $6 worth of cookies to get 6 free cookies. This is a mediocre coupon since it still makes you spend money despite them having been completely at fault.When attempting to use this promo code from when they messed up the FIRST time, it did not go through website somehow even though I saw it be submitted. They REFUSED to send me the free cookies they owed me unless I resubmitted the order and promo code. Which1. Meant I would have to spend MORE MONEY to get what should have been there a long time ago and2. The promo code didnt work the first time why would it work the second time?!?!Also, their customer service is completely useless. There is no phone number to directly call the store you are ordering from. You can only call customer service and then they call the store for you which is ridiculous.Good cookies but horrendous service. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

I placed an online order and after an hour and a half I called the customer service number to check on the status. They informed me there was a system error and the order was going through momentarily. I work fairly close to the store, so i walked over to find the only worker in the store sitting on his phone, with no orders. The only option I had was to place another order and pay again, (even though i had the online receipt to where I paid) and call the customer service to get the refund for the last order. He apologized, and i decided to just cancel the order (after over two hours of no cookies).

I am developing a love/hate relationship with Insomnia delivery.LOVE: Cookies are still warm when they arrive, ice cream is still frozen when it arrives! The website and app are super easy to use! Wide selection and variety.HATE: the way I feel after I stuff my face.The only reason for the 4 stars was the attitude of the delivery driver. We ordered around 10pm, so not super late, but we were treated like we ordered after hours. He was pretty short with us when he arrived. I understand being tired and having a bad day, so his attitude wont prevent me from ordering again!

Got a 6 box sampler to try a bunch of flavors and so far all have been delicious! Soft and gooey mmm. I didnt care for the mocha madness ice cream myself but the bf liked it. Ill give it another chance maybe I was overwhelmed w/the cookie flavors but it didnt seem to have much flavor itself. Love that they deliver too. Just what this night shifter needed! Sure my waist line may disagree but my brain and belly love this new Madison addition :)

Not a fan of this location. If youve never been, it still is a worthy place to experience around 2am when youre hammered. For the majority of you who are sober reading this, the professionalism, food quality, and prices are debilitating enough to drive your business away elsewhere.

We ordered the Sugar Rush pack which is a box of 12 cookies but there were so many issues! We only got 11 cookies, they were cold, and they were not even the ones we ordered. When I called and let them know they said they couldn’t give us the right cookies and only gave us a coupon to use in the future and 10% off my current order. Horrible cookie experience!

I decided to place an order despite the negative reviews I read about their service. The online order was delivered over an hour later with a cookie missing. The delivery guy seemed very confused and made me run through all the cookies to see which one was missing. He did this after I literally just told him which one was missing. Im not sure how new to the job he was as he seemed very confused and he struggled to even identify the cookies he DID deliver. After all this, I called customer service who didnt seem to give two s**t about the order in general. And here I thought people in the reviews were just exaggerating about poor service!

Insomnia cookies are the bombest of the bomb yo . The boy with the dreads is super hard working and helpful and funny. If hes not already in a management position then yall slackinnn. Just, get on that.

Cookies were delicious. When I walked in I think the cashier was playing WoW, which was hilarious.

I looked up hours online to see what time they opened, it said 11 am. Walked by tried opening the door and it was locked. I called and they said they open at 11. Tried going back again cause it was 11:30 and still the doors were locked. So I called again and said I tried coming In and the doors were locked and asked what time they opened again and I got hung up on. The people are very unprofessional and rude. Sat in line the day before and once I got up there only 3 kinds of cookies were left.

I have ordered online several times. 2nd time, delivery unsuccessful so I called the store and my delivery was here within 5 minutes, 3rd time I ordered online, there was some internet issues so I filled out an online inquiry form, 2 minutes later I received an email stating why there was an issue, plus a coupon for 6 free cookies!! My orders have ALWAYS been on time and the cookies are ALWAYS delish... even cold. My only complaint is the delivery guy. He doesnt say Hi, thank you, or anything but thats minor...so 5 stars.

Ive ordered here twice, and both times were very frustrating. The site said a 30-45 minute wait time both times.The first time, I waited over an hour before I called them (which redirects to a national customer service line), and they told me that my cookies were on the way, and then I waited another hour before calling back, at which point they realized my order had somehow been missed. They sent it out and it arrived in 5 minutes, 2.5 hours and 2 phone calls after I ordered it.The second time, I ordered at 1:30 am. Around 2:30 I called and was told that they wouldnt be able to deliver the cookies with so little time left in the night and so would refund me.So, if you want cookies but dont really care if you get them or not, this place works well.
