Every one that works here is always so sweet and accommodating! I loved every second from trying on dresses to my fittings. My consultant was so patient with me as I tried on a million dresses to find the one I loved. I love the small town feel & small business aspect of the shop. I was the only one in there whenever I went, due to COVID obviously, but I felt so special and taken care of.

Phenomenal experience with my bridesmaids dresses as well as my bridal gown! They have a great selection of bridal gowns at an affordable price. They also have the BEST staff. Taylor was amazing to work with not even to mention the first dress she gave me to try on was the one! 10/10 would recommend.

These ladies were SO helpful and fun while I tried on dresses. They have a great selection and were able to help me find options I loved with only a little bit of guidance. We found my dress in about an hour. I felt so elegant in my dress on my wedding day, and I owe it to you guys! :)

My experience with Madison Town & Country was amazing! Taylor was my bridal consultant and she did a terrific job learning and finding out what I wanted, which is a very hard job with me because I’m so indecisive. I went in with no idea what I wanted and she listened and paid attention to the things I mentioned I liked about each dress. She kept picking out dresses that better suited me until we had the perfect combo of what I liked! She was patient and caring and made sure my experience was fun and memorable! I would highly recommend Madison Town & Country and Taylor, to anyone looking for the perfect dress! They had tons of options and a great staff to help! So happy with my experience!

I came to Madison T&C after having a HORRIBLE experience at another bridal shop about 15 minutes down the road. I let the consultant know about my previous appointment and she went above and beyond to help me find my perfect dress. I was greeted with a welcome sign that had my name on it when I walked in the door and shown to a private dressing area for me and my family. I came in very hesitant and close minded after my previous appointment. Taylor encouraged me throughout my appointment and even encouraged me to try styles I would have never chosen for myself. I ended up choosing a dress in the exact style she picked out! My overall experience exceeded all my expectations. My mom is even going to make an appointment to come back and look for her MOB dress.

If youre a future bride on the hunt for the perfect dress this is the place to go! All of their products are unique and beautiful. The consultants are extremely helpful and sweet. They make that stressful decision as easy as possible for you. Highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased with my experience even during the covid pandemic! Everyone was so nice and made me feel special. Taylor was my bridal consult. She was very thoughtful and patient with me, she listened to me and picked out dresses that I was interested in. Taylor worked her magic and she actually ended up picking out my dress that I fell in love with. She is very experienced and pulled the perfect dress. The seamstress was great and did a wonderful job altering my dress. I highly recommend with shop and Taylor!

We entered this shop with intent to purchase bridal accessories for a wedding we were attending. As a customer, I was extremely disappointed with the snotty service we received. We were told within two minutes of being inside the shop, that she would only be able to assist my Mom and I for five minutes and acted as though we were intruding- and said that she had anappointment that was arriving. I understand that there are some Bridal shops that are by appt. only... but her tone and attitude made my mom and I feel very unwelcome- and I will never spend a dime at this place.We were then told that we were not allowed to, browse the merchandise, without her being present. It was almost as if she was implying something about our character- or at least that was the impression we received, due to her tone. She also said it was not a, browsing location. Tone and attitude is EVERYTHING.I cant believe that this type of business is allowed to stay open. I am truly dissatisfied and my Mom and I were very offended.

They have the most beautiful dresses! They are much more affordable than the other places I went as well. I felt very comfortable when I was trying on dresses, not pressured or rushed or asked too many questions. They accommodated my every need! They also have bridesmaid dresses which are discounted if you buy your gown there. They have a seamstress who is very kind and amazing! Her prices are very reasonable as well. I could not imagine better customer service here. I always get phone call reminders for appointments, everyone is always kind and will answer any questions you have! Definitely recommend this business.

Taylor was amazing from start to finish.

I normally NEVER do reviews but in this case I felt it was necessary so that no one has to experience complete unprofessional and rudeness with dealt with during the purchase of my daughters wedding gown. We scheduled an appointment and purchased a custom gown from Casablanca all before the outbreak of Covid19, they were rude and and acted extremely snooty but we had ordered the gown and figured we would just deal with them. I called during the quarantine and ask if there was any delays or any information I needed to be notified of since there was a pandemic going on. My daughter also emailed them to which they responded wit a rude email. I was told no and everything thing was on schedule. About a week till our next appointment I called again ( not them calling me as it should have been) to follow up and make sure the dress would arrive and to confirm my daughters appointment. During the call they young girl stated she had 40 brides and could not keep up with everything and everyone’s orders and dresses and pretty much rude and didn’t care that they had never notify us of the delay and change. I told her I didn’t care about her other 39 brides I’m was only concerned with the 1. The dress arrives and we scheduled an appointment with the seamstress who is extremely kind but terrified of the owner. I was told I could not come in during the fitting which I did because we followed CDC guidelines. But the breaking point was our last visit to the dress shop when the owner slammed and locked the door in my face after we had been told at the last appointment for me to come in to learn how bustle the dress for the reception which was the only reason I went in the shop. Once she slammed and locked the door in my face she then tried to convince my daughter I was the problem to which she quickly learn my daughters shared my same opinion as myself and had no problem expressing it to her. With all of this being said I share our experience so one one else has to go through this while planning such a joyous occasion. If I had taken the time to read the reviews before going in We would have never chose this dress shop. Save yourself a lot of frustration and find a place that has pleasant servants heart. Ultimately they are here to serve the bride and make the dress shopping and buying a wonderful experience we pay them hefty prices for this and sadly this shop and it’s staff falls way below on acceptable behavior to allow them to be a part of that experience.

Fabulous wedding dress boutique!

I came in with no appointment because I saw only one car parked so I figured at the very least I could browse. As soon as I walked in a woman rushed to the door and said I needed an appointment. I believe they had one customer but they had two employees including the lady that rushed to the door. I could tell she was eager for me to leave and set me up with an appointment two weeks out. It was not their closing time or lunch either. Their dress selection is very small. I suggest going elsewhere

I highly recommend Madison Town & Country for anyone looking for a wedding gown! They were extremely helpful and had a wide variety of dresses to pick from. I had gone to a couple of other bridal boutiques but this was the first place that had a wide range of gowns in my budget. This was also the only place I found that includes all of your alterations in the price and it also includes the steaming of your dress. They made the process so easy for me! I cant express how truly happy I am with my overall experience!

Love this bridal shop as i have been to quite a few before. The ladies knew their stuff, they were so sweet to my mom and i. I really appreciated the attention i received here. Getting my wedding dress from here for my wedding in July 2019 so i am very very excited about that! I’d definitely recommend this to someone else.

I hate to see some of the negative reviews of this store. I am not implying that the women did not experience what they were describing in their reviews. I am simply saying that I hate to see that they have had a bad experience in this bridal store. I can see why some brides to be are frustrated about that they are only allowed to bring up to 4 guests. This is a fairly small store and it may be necessary to only allow a limited number of guests to the fittings. My review is positive, I have always been treated nicely by the friendly staff. They have been very helpful. I live in Arkansas and only rarely travel to Huntsville (the wedding is in Huntsville where my fiance is from and therefore I chose to purchase a dress from Huntsville/Madison area). They have been very understanding of my situation and willing to work with my schedule. I was also able to find a dress that was in my budget, which was under $1000. I had my first fitting of my gown and am going back in few weeks to try it on after the alterations so I may be able to tell you more about my experience with the alterations, but so far the seamstress has been professional and helpful as well. I would give this bridal store a 5 star rating.

Great service, a little pricey in my opinion, but daughter loved the dress, and that’s what was important to me. Offer free layaway and pack the dresses for abroad weddings for flying complementary. Note alterations is NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF DRESSES, minimum $300.00 and up is a downside

My bridesmaids bought their bridesmaids dresses from here and the groom and groomsmen rented their suits for the wedding here. The service here is stunning! For what looks like a small store on the outside, they have a very large selection and the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Their only downside is that they only have one line for their phone, so if you get a busy tone, just call back again in a few minutes and get some of the best service in the business!

The dresses were nice but I felt rushed. I was limited to the dresses that I could try on due to the size but then was allowed to try on another dress that was even bigger. They werent friendly when my bridesmaid called to make an appointment and they made it seem like they were super busy when we were the only ones there. Limit your time to an hour because as we came up on the end of an hour she stopped picking dresses for me to try. I also felt like I wasnt allowed to explore all or the dress options.

The older woman argued with me about alterations and kept telling me most people have someone they can take their dress to to alter it. Well I’m not most people and I don’t have anyone and I just felt like she could have handled that a lot better. Instead I feel ripped off. The dresses are high priced and alterations are high.

Terrible experience. I had an appointment to try on bridal gowns there, and it was by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The workers were very unfriendly and smug. They only spoke to the men that came in to fit their tuxes. The only associate that was willing to assist me with my appointment was Riley. She was very helpful.The only positive thing I could say about that store is that the prices were excellent. I am a size 6. There wasnt much to choose from. Most of the dresses were too big or dated. They didnt have dress clips to gather the extra material, therefore making it hard to imagine what the gown would look like in my size.I would NOT recommend this store to any bride in search of their dream gown. That store was far from the beginning of a fairy tale experience. I would recommend White Dresses or Modern Bride.

This place is awesome!! Super Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff. I loved getting my bridal gown there so much I decided to get my bridesmaids dresses there too.

The consultants at the shop were extremely nice and actually picked out my gorgeous wedding gown. I had issues because I ordered a gown from somewhere else that didnt fit. I ended up having to get another gown at the last minute and the ladies at Madison Town & Country helped me pick out a gown that I liked WAY better than the gown I had chosen originally.

I was at wits end last Friday. I had shopped in Birmingham, Huntsville, and Anniston for a dress for my stepsons wedding. The selection was very limited. So I went to Town and Country. They had a fabulous selection. I tried on five gowns and really liked all five. The sales person could not have been more helpful. She was very honest when I asked her opinion. She was very patient as I retried on three of the dresses.I could not have asked for a better experience. I left there with a very positive feeling about the dress and my experience.I highly recommend this store.

I had the BEST experience at Madison Town and Country. It was the very first place I tried on dresses and Kelsey couldnt have been more helpful. She was so patient and very professional. Loved her!!! I went to several other bridal shops after visiting here and none of them compared. I loved the experience so much that even if I dont find THE dress here, I plan to get bridesmaids dresses and tuxes from them because they have been so great!!! I would recommend this shop to any bride!!!

The young ladies working there dont know how to measure and didnt listen to me when I told them I have a 36 waist instead of the 40 they measured. Same thing happened on the coat and shirt I rented. All three main parts didnt fit and it was too close to the wedding to get a replacement. Ill never recommend them. The owner made excuses for the girls and didnt have any suggestions on how to resolve the misfit clothes. I had to buy a white shirt to replace the shirt I rented and suspenders to hold my pants up. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Savannah picked out beautiful dresses almost as though She read my mind and the prices were very reasonable. I honestly dont know how anyone could have had a bad experience at this store.Unless you plan on not booking as recommended on the website or on being disrespectful towards the staff, then I highly recommend booking a consultation at this store!

I normally write only positive reviews, but your place is refusing to refund me the half of the money I paid for a bridesmaid dress and I had no idea that would be an issue. The wedding is off so I no longer need this dress. I havent even picked it up much less seen it or tried it on even. Why would you not refund it? On top of that you are saying I owe the other half still! Now technically I know the bride owes it even though this dress has not been altered or worn so you can still sell it. I would understand if I had already picked it up and you wouldnt refund it, but its never left your store. This is absolutely ridiculous! My best friend who was the bride has been through enough and now you are placing this burden of having her pay for everyones dresses too. I wish you would do the right thing and refund us all, but after the phone conversation I had the other day, sadly I dont think that will happen.

My name is Christina Armstrong Coy (I am writing this review under my husbands account). I had such a wonderful experience at Madison Town and Country Bridal. All of the staff were very polite and friendly. Not only did they have the dress that I was looking for that I couldnt find any where else, they also had a ton of other amazing dresses. When the designer of my dress did not send my dress on time, the staff and the owner worked tirelessly to make sure that I got my dress in time for my wedding. The alterations seamstress also worked very hard to get everything done in time. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had my dress and looked amazing on my special day!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! They have wonderful customer service, a beautiful selection, and the prices are great as well!

THE WORST. I made an account, just so I could write a review on them. How many characters do I have? They measured my Mom and order a size too small. Mom asked that they double check with the sizing chart, because she doesnt usually wear a 12, more like 14-16. They acted insulted and would not remeasure her. She called later and asked that they order a size larger anyway (easier to take in that out). They wouldnt change the order. When she went for her first fitting, of course, it was way too small. They BLAMED HER FOR GAINING WEIGHT. Shed actually lost 8 lbs (because she was so stressed she wouldnt have a dress for her daughters wedding) and it was still too tight. They charged her >$100 for alterations to try to let it out. Second fitting, again too small, and they again accused her of gaining weight. They refused to take the dress back, or even use it as credit towards a second. She had to eat the cost of the dress and alterations, and buy another dress (from another store, of course). My Mom NEVER complains, but this added a load of stress that she didnt need while planning her daughters wedding. PITIFUL service.

DO NOT order from this shop! They were going to charge us $40 extra for express shipping because they quoted us the wrong shipping dates. Apparently, they only get shipments every few months, so our dresses were not going to be here until a week before the wedding! Not to mention, they still werent even sure if that would be the ship date! We found our dresses somewhere else for HALF the cost. Still waiting for my refund too....

The absolute rudest staff I have ever come across. She was condescending and a complete nightmare to talk to. Wouldnt even allow me to try any gowns on because in her opinion I was shopping too early for a dress. She looked at and treated us as though we had no money (or our money was not welcome there). It is the only shop in the area that carries the collection I was looking for, and I will not travel to nashville for my dress as I refuse to give this shop any business. I absolutely would not recommend to anyone and I have no idea how they are still in business.

Lots of variety for bridesmaid dresses and a little less variety for the wedding dress but I still was able to find my dress there and it was stunning! Wayyy better than davids bridal factory. Lol

I normally dont leave reviews but had a surprising experience here. The staff working were unhelpful when I asked about the dresses and suggested they wouldnt show the dresses to my type of client. The staff working implied that they only serve wealthy clients, perhaps because I look young (21 and an engineer here!). Was planning on purchasing a dress when I walked in but changed my mind over the experience. Will not return and will not recommend. (This experience/review was in 2017, so hopefully they have new management or staff by now)

Terrible phone service owner was incredibly SNOTTY and sounded STUCK UP. I had asked of they had anything less than 1000 because Im on a.strict budget. And the lady says only are informals start at that because wedding gowns and lace are higher priced. Then proceeds to telle i cannot have more than 4 guests with me Seriously?I know this.I know lace is more expensive then chiffon.And its terrible that I cannot have my bridal party with me . Its sad because this is a store several people had recommended to me. I will say yes to my dress somewhere else!

These were the rudest people I have ever spoken with. My nonprofit organization wanted to do business with them for a teen purity ball is held at the Westin Hotel in Huntsville so I called to speak with someone. I asked for owner or manager. They asked who was calling and told me she would not be interested AND HUNG THE PHONE UP! I did not even have the opportunity to provide any details.. I called back to insure they were not under the impression that I was selling, etc the response was the same.. As a PhDc in Business Psychology and as a hair salon owner in Huntsville Alabama its really a tragedy to know some people can call themselves professionals but act so ugly! Im thankful God allows our organization to collaborate and build rapport with other great and truly professional business that operate with integrity like Marcos Pizza, Target Shopping Center, Alabama Universities, The Harris Home FOR Children, the Christian women job Corp, olive Garden and more.. Just from their phone presents I would not want their names anywhere on our PURITY ball for the Tennessee Valleys Youth...
