Steer clear of parts department, HIGH HIGH HIGH shipping.Absolutely un-called for 18$ for a 2.5 ounces.The below answer was not an answer, just a marketing person for Ag-Pro trying to make it look like there was an answer from the owner.Said she was not aware of the situation and I should take it up with the store.Good luck, we would have purchased on Amazon and got it within 3 days. if we knew what we wee getting into with these people, took them 15 days.

My experience with a certain salesperson leads me to advise anyone making a purchase from here to do your homework first. The particular salesperson that I encountered attempted to get me to believe that they no longer manufactured the mower that I was inquiring about & attempted to direct me to a mower that they currently had on the floor. When I informed him that I had already researched it, he stated that he would look into it. He eventually emailed me with with a price on the mower that I wanted, that had recently arrived. I responded and asked if that was the lowest price he could offer. He stated that the price offered was the best he could do. As I mentioned earlier, I researched the mower before contacting them & knew that John Deere offered $500 off on that particular mower. I asked why he never mentioned that & to my surprise, this guy stopped responding. At any rate, I ended up making the purchase online to receive the $500 reduction but this establishment is the one to handle the transaction.I spoke with the GM via phone & again when I finalized the purchase. He apologized but proceeding to try to sell a couple accessories which I declined. I stated that he should have thrown those two items in after the treatment by his salesperson but nonetheless, he felt that the $500 deduction given by John Deere, not AgPro was sufficient. Cmon man, you couldnt even throw in a seat cover for the purchase of my new X590? Overall, not a great experience for me as, I saw the salesperson as being deceptive.

Top notch sales and service teams. Even when things go sideways unexpectedly, they proactively find mutually equitable solutions for all parties. Ive bought 3 machines from these guys in 4 years and wont go anywhere else.

Toby and his staff were very courteous and professional while fixing my z355e 0 turn mower. The belt snapped after 19hrs and his team repaired and replaced a bolt that may have caused the malfunction. Very happy with their quick responsive service. Appreciate it.Paul RajnishWarner Robins

They were charging double for a coil pack for a lawn mower. Price quoted initially $116For a $38 part. They also charge about $285For a carburetor which was broght to my attention it should have been around $100.Will not recommend Ag pro of Macon to any landscaping pro or homeowner. Definitely NO!! Always compare prices with competition firstPri

Poor customer service. never returned any calls, simple status checks went unanswered . Returning a call is easy. To top it off, repairs were not completed. Still having the same issue. 2 weeks No return calls, no updates, no communication

Very unhappy with this location, I took my mower in for a electrical problem, explained to them what it was doing and he agreed it had to be electrical. They charge me a total of $61.63 for parts and $796.00 in labor, total bill $904.52They said they had to clean the inside of fuel tank and add 2 qt’s of oil. I know this is a lie, I checked all fluids and grease everything before I loaded on my trailer. I have been having a problem with this mower for 3 years or more. I pull the fuel tank myself and cleaned it one month before, along with replacing brake handle switch. These people have lied to me and over charge, Next steps are BBB and social media.
