Very high quality products that connect you directly with not only local producers and small businesses, but also educate you about those products and businesses! Everything I have tried, from the flours to the bagel sandwiches and pretzel snacks has been excellent. My sourdough starters love to be fed the rye flour in particular! I used their pancake flour this morning to make malted chocolate chip pancakes (I added malt and substituted almond milk) and they came out perfect.

Got three sandwiches here this morning and all three were insanely good!! The spicy salmon bagel sandwich is one of the best bagel sandwiches Ive ever had, and probably one of the best bagel sandwiches you can get on the north shore. If youre in the area and looking for a delicious breakfast or lunch option, Id highly recommend this place!

The biscotti and dessert bagels are good but unfortunately they could use a little more improvement & variety to be as delicious as the bagels 😋

Delicious toast - crunchy but soft with great texture. Spreads are distinct. Hot feta and strawberry combo is amazing. Veg sandwich is fresh. Totally recommend One Mighty Mill.

In my opinion, you cant get a better bagel anywhere else! One Mighty Mill is my favorite place to get bagels in Boston. Before regulations, it was a great place to sit down, watch the bakers, and enjoy your food and drink. The staff is always very welcoming and even though we cant dine in, they always make you feel at home when you pick up your order.

These bagels are delicious, first and most importantly. Second, these are made with wheat grown in Maine and milled onsite (in a mill built for One Mighty Mill), and thus minimally processed. The owners launched B.Good some years ago so that should give you an idea of their commitment to locally sourced food. These bagels have a lighter, less dense makeup than what you are used to, and that is just fine. They have just enough chew and they house made cream cheeses are are great accompaniment. One Mighty Mill will tempt you with other offerings like quesedillas, Biscottis, and frittatas in addition to the premade and packaged cookie dough, tortillas, and wheat pasta. Local Lynn residents get a 15% discount too so not bad. The pricing is okay but can get more expensive when adding some other goods (cookie dough is $9.99!) And the fresh pasta was nearly as much! Parking can be a squeeze and the seating is limited, but totally worth the visit.

We brought a group of high school students for a field trip because we are studying bread. We were given an amazing tour then ate in the cafe. The bagels are delicious and digestible. The staff is friendly and kind. The team is truly committed to their mission: Bring back the local food systems that help our communities be healthy and thrive. After eating these bagels, you cannot go back to eating the primarily starch, commercially milled ones. These people care about your health and the health of the Earth! This is the way all food should be!

They take long to serve your food and you can’t call over the phone to make a order which is strange to me but okay other than that their coffee taste a little funny even asking for 3 sugars it still doesn’t taste right but their food is pretty okay

One Mighty Mill has excellent baked goods! I had a sesame bagel and a vanilla biscotti which both had great texture and flavor. The flavor is really where this place stands out, you can really taste the freshness of the grains in the end product. Next time Im definitely going to be purchasing some of the flour and fresh pasta to bring home with me.Also great customer service! Everyone was so friendly.

Tried the tortillas and pretzels yesterday. Absolutely delicious and I didnt feel sick afterward. I get blood sugar problems from white foods. These were hearty, filling, had kind of a nutty, whole grain taste. The pretzel didnt have a ton of salt, just a little bit, plus sesame seeds. Im definitely going to add One Mighty Mill to my grocery shopping. Plus, your shop is beautiful and your staff is friendly and right on the ball!

Amazing fresh baked bagels, the bagel selection is really good and the size is generous.I tried 3 different flavors; everything, onion and sesame. All of them are really good, you can taste the freshness of the ingredients and you can add hummus or avocado to them. Totally recommend!
