Can’t say good enough things about how friendly the staff was and how easy it was to schedule a delivery!

My daughter and I went in to get flowers for her teacher. We were welcomed as soon as we came in. The woman was so friendly and arranged such a beautiful bouquet. The gentleman was also very nice and gave my kids a balloon. We spent $50 on a dozen carnations a beautiful vase and a teddy bear. Money well spent.

They were able to provide an amazing spray at the last minute. It was exactly what we asked for and Keith was simply wonderful.

I had flowers delivered to me by a friend and they are the most beautiful roses I have ever received, they keep blooming and are now bigger then my hand and they smell amazing. Amazing ! They took over for Tony the florist ( my usual go to) and have done an AMAZING job ! Customer service is impeccable, I forgot to call back and confirm a drop off location for the roses 🌹 for my Nanas 75th birthday and by the time I knew it she had them ! Very professional and she LOVED her arrangement of Pink long stem roses ! Happy customer!

I have been going to Welchs for some time now. Today I walked in asking about wedding bouquet for my wedding next month and if she had any samples I could look at. The lady at the front desk was quick to tell me in a less-than nice tone she DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR ME so I decided to just leave. As I was waking out she told me I could make an appoiment. I wasnt planning on someone to sit with me and go over every sample one by one. She could have just said I needed an appoiment, I didnt need her nasty behavior when I was asking just a question.... Good luck with your customer service skills.
