I was recommended Sandrof by my insurance for collision repairs. They took about three weeks to repair my car. On the day I picked my car up, it drove fine until I parked it for a few hours. It wouldnt start after three tries and finally on the 4th try it barely started. I called Sandrof and brought my car back. They looked at the car and I was told, This is normal. All car batteries die after we unhook everything and they sit for a little bit. Its all fine. I said okay thank you and was on my way in ten minutes. The rest of the week my car continued to barely start and flash battery warnings and say it was conserving battery power. Finally on Sunday, I didnt drive my car all day and Monday morning it completely died and would not start at all. I immediately called Sandrof and was told they did not check the year of my battery and therefore, my battery just needed replaced. When I pointed out I did not have this problem ever, before dropping off my car and I was told the battery dying always happened I was told to take it up with my insurance.

Sandrof did an amazing job with my car after an accident, the repairs were done early and they kept me updated through the entire process via messaging system. They even helped me by repairing a few minor things from a previous accident that was left half completed by an auto shop out of state (via insurance). The customer service was equally impressive, the women that worked with me were both professional and knowledgeable and kind.

This is not a review as much as a testimony. My daughter is a student at LU. We are from PA so we went on a recommendation from her coach to fix a bumper. We received a initial estimate that we agreed to only to find out there was more extensive damge that cost more than I could afford.I called them telling them I would need to get the car to which they told me they couldnt return the parts ordered. I informed them I wouldnt be able to afford that and I had a guy here in PA who could do the work for me.Kristen was a life saver and tirelessly worked to get the manufacturer to take back the part, and even did not charge us to reassemble the car, but asked us ti make a donation to a charity on whatever we thought we were going to pay for the reassmbly!I am so thankful for their work and understanding.Nothing but class!

The shop went above and beyond on the customer service side to help me move the stuff in my car to the rental and they even help me move my car seats which is a hassle and a half. They were great with my kids when they were being crazy and the quality of their work is above par. I would definitely recommend the shop

I appreciated both their automated and traditional communication about the process. I was a bit disappointed with the time required for repairs, but I loved the inherent integrity that they held the car an extra 6 days to make sure a detail I would never see was repaired to factory specs. I drive a MINI for which parts are difficult to get promptly in Lynchburg. The front office staff walked the extra mile to make me feel seen, heard, and understood. They let me leave my rental car at their shop and took care of getting it back to Enterprise.

Hood repaired by Sandrof. Small perfection noticed a few months ago. They fixed the issue no questions asked for free! Extremely pleased with their work and dedication to quality work.

I brought my car in to get a small dent in the hood repaired. The customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I picked up my car, not only was the price exactly what I was quoted, but the entire hood looked brand new. Not only was the damage area repaired, but it was obvious they had put extra effort into removing other chips, dents, and scratches that were unrelated to the dent. The paint matches the rest of the car perfectly. I am incredibly pleased and impressed with my experience with Sandrof.

Mixed experience for me. When I took my car for repair, the repair wasnt that great. Had a long weekend so took my car back. I did complain and after that they repaired it to my liking without charging a penny. Would have been great if it was repaired on first go. Staff are courteous and polite though.

I went into Sandrof after the plastic sheild on the bottom of my car came loose. I explained the problem to the man at the front desk and he quickly got up, followed me to the parking lot, and secured the part free of charge. They could have made it into an expensive fix, but did the exact opposite. Fantastic service and so helpful! 5/5.

I got rear ended and it tore my trunk and bumper and a whole lot of other things up. Brought it to Sandrofs and they got my car going good as new def recommend

Smh took my range rove to get back bump fixed went to pick it up an wouldnt start they all under to hood thinking they mechanics I thought they a body shop trying to tell me it was already like that #### it was fine before it got there then I talked to the ####### owner I should of just talk to a brick wall basically called me a lair it aint about da money its the principle so I had fix it my self so at da end of the day I wouldnt let them paint my grandson bicycle! So sandrol #######! An da reason why I gave them a 1 star is thats the only way you can post sumthang More like -1
