AMAZING SERVICE, NICE POLITE STAFF. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE. NO COMPLAINTS HERE.
Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. Worse experience coming from a daughter of a late pharmacist and I had to experience the pharmacist EMILY there at CVS roll her eyes due to me voicing my opinion to my company and say “you dont have to fill your medicine here” reminds me why I normally go to small family owned pharmacies who value their customers much more.
I arrived at 12:05 PM to pick up a prescription from the drive-through. There were two cars ahead of me. It took them 25 minutes to deal with the car at the window. It took five minutes for the car ahead of me. While I was waiting, two cars pulled up in the second lane and we’re helped. In the numerous years I have been coming here, the second lane has never been in use.It would have been nice to see a sign letting people know that you could use it now. I finally got to the window at around 12:35 PM and gave them my info. By 12:45 PM, I still had not received my prescriptions. I got the technicians attention and asked what the wait was. She then tells me that she mixed up the prescriptions and that it would be a few minutes more. I inquired about the second lane & was told that they opened it today because of COVID tests. Strange that when I came for a Covid test, we had to wait on the long line at the window. Needless to say, I didn’t pull out of the drive-through until 12:55 PM. With all the negative reviews on here, you would think that management would try to improve the store.
THEY DO NOT HAVE CERTAIN ITEMS THEY ONCE HAD !! FOR INSTANCE THEY RAN OUT OF MANY THINGS ! FOR INSTANCE THEY HAVE NO SURE OPERANT !!
This store use to be very organized.. Its a circus now. They need better management.
I can NEVER get ahold of the pharmacy. In a time when covid tests, are needed, i just wish someone would pick up the phone, and not let it ring all day
The Pharmacy staff is absolutely horrid!! They don’t understand English names at all and will make you repeat yourself a lot of times! The only names they can hear are Shaniqua. Wait time in drive through is 45 mins to an hour because they can’t hear and does not understand English!
This is my favorite CVS in the area. Someone wrote below that this is the worst CVS. Maybe they have never been to the CVS at 1 Merrick in Valley Stream. That CVS has rude employees who stand and talk to each other at the front while just pointing you in the vague direction of what you’re trying to find. Also the last time I was at 1 Merrick doing self check out, one of the employees hovered over me so closely it was beyond inappropriate. THIS CVS however, has friendly employees, especially the red head gentleman with the glasses, and the Latina lady who usually wears her hair in a low ponytail. I’m sorry, I don’t know their names. The store is clean and neat and nicely lit. I like it.
Pain in the you know what. never coming back. Disorganized, chaotic.
I had a awesome experience coming here Bradley was awesome very helpful, even though he was busy with the store he still went above and beyond to help me and other customers. Companies need to see that employees like Bradley will keep customers coming back and feel good to come back and shop that I ended up coming back again . Thanks Bradley for helping. The cashier in the front with a bun in her hair she was very nice as well .
Worst cvs in Lynbrook! The drive thru barely ever works. If you come in to pick up your prescription it is a 20 plus minute wait no matter what time of day. And if you need to call and speak to a pharmacist you better have at least an hour to waste on hold. I ONLY choose this cvs for the drive thru, not service. And since the drive thru works randomly I may need to find another cvs. Let me not forget about the times they are out of stock on medication for days at a time! It was so bad I had to get a new prescription written to Rite Aid.
Still holding on for pharmacy....28 minutes later nobody has picked up the phone. How is this place in business!!!
I was there picking up medication today. I couldnt believe while I was waiting at the pharmacy line. An employee was purchasing 2 cans of Lysol spray, a container of wipes, and bottle of hand sanitizer. How is it we dont see it on shelves but the employees get it. Thats completely unfair.
Not like those CVSs in heavily populated areas where the workers are talking about some vulgar topics, or are loud and rowdy. This location is very calm. Pharmacists are very kind. Theres a cashier up at the front with ruby colored hair, who just seemed like she was in a positive mood. Just from her energy alone, it brightened up my day.
This CVS pharmacy by FAR is the worst. The staff is RUDE and when you call you are on hold for an average of 30 minutes on their recording. When someone picks up the phone they have no clue what you are talking about and put you back on hold. I received a text message from cvs my prescription was ready and when i went to pick it up they had no clue what was going on.... THEY SERIOUSLY NEED SOME MANAGEMENT THERE.
Pharmacy line runs 10 deep every day! One cashier and two pharmacist....not enough for the volume of customers. 30 minute wait to pick up a prescription they texted was ready!GO ELSEWHERE IF POSSIBLE!
On hold for over 45 minutes NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES. Poor customer service,. No call back, lack of communication.

This place is terrible. Cvs put all the local pharmacies out of business. This place is dirty and there pharmacy takes forever!
Very disappointed in the customer service. Pharmacist was not helpful in directing me to over the counter medication. There was noone on the floor to assist. I was in the store for 1/2 hour and just left. I will not ever have my prescriptions sent to this location.
This store is never stocked,has one cashier it’s ridiculous such a nice store with lines down the store...what’s up with this it’s awful
Always a big line with long 1 cashier checking out. No self check out kiosks either.
Clean. But if you need something forget about it. Passport machine hasnt been working since November. They give you the excuse its the system. Its now March. Still the system excuse.
Staff told me theres no passport photo service while the shop has the ad for that. Wasting my time wait in line.
