They went above and beyond my expectations. We went in an hour before closing just to see some options not expecting to leave with a new vehicle just had some inquiries. They were quick and pulled some strings for us to get the banks staying later just to get us into what we needed. We did not expected that but it was very much appreciated. All of them work as a team and treated each other and us respectfully. We are very grateful. Also family friendly. Management greeted us as soon as we pulled up. Anna was a wonderful sales rep and really helped our family get what we needed. Tanner is thorough with what you’re getting too. This place gets 2 stars because they have nice people working there. Otherwise dont waste your time going there. They will try to sell you a vehicle at a higher price than the value. Yes I know they have to make a profit but not at the expense of the customer using scare tactics. Then if you cannot reach a deal with them they will make fun of you. Even though I had a pre-scheduled appointment, my truck sat at the dealership for 24 hours before anyone even looked at it. A part under warranty then had to be delivered from Dallas, which caused an additional 2 days they had my truck (not their fault). Repair seems to be working. I would have appreciated at least a wash due to the fact I was without my truck for 4 days with a manufacturer defect covered under warranty, but it was returned dirty.

I entered my information on their website. I pretty much knew what I wanted. I arrived late after getting off of work. Luis met me at the door with the exact car my wife wanted waiting for us. Before they closed they had my trade-in appraised and my wife had her new Grand Cherokee L. The whole crew at Spirit was absolutely wonderful to us.

Bought a 2018 sxt challenger here back in April 2018 under the name Brittney Haas. Rodney was our salesman. We both agreed that a spare tire would come with the car along with a jack and lug nut wrench. The tire that they gave us did not fit the lug nut pattern, so they have us the wrong tire. No big deal right? Just call the store and I’ll get it situated... It has been 3.5 years and I am still yet to get my tire. I have had two blow outs since then, and that spare tire would have saved me a lot of money. I have fought with this dealership for years about this situation. Long story short do not buy a car from here.

They gave me quote over the phone . When I got there and it was 350 over the quote. I went in at 10am left at 2:45pm. No one was around in the shop to answer questions. All I got was a vacuum and a recharge on a ac unit for a 2017 charger. They told me we usually don’t take peoples vehicles with out a appointment. I called before I went and told me to just pull up! So I did and they gave me a attitude about not having a appointment.

The service Dept at spirit Chrysler dodge needs alittle more help. I scheduled an oil change appt assuming It would be serviced at that time. That was not the case I waited well over an hour finally getting to drive off the dealership.apart from that the bill was extremely to high, 75% of the 100.00 dollar price tag was labor cost. With all the competitors out there I was better off at a chain oil change service location and am confident the price would have been cheaper. I don’t recommend spirit Chrysler dodge service Dept as a first choice. They didn’t wow me for the price I paid and customer service is lacking from their associates.

We had a wonderful experience. Sales was very nice and helpful but mostly they were very understanding and respectful of A)What I wanted and most importantly B)What my budget was. We were not shown anything we didnt ask to see or anything or anything outside of our budget. Finance department was just as helpful and amazing. All our options were presented to us always keeping my budget in mind and letting me know how each option would change my payment. I never felt pressured to purchase something I didnt want and my wishes were listened to. Would definitely reccomend.

Service department couldnt find the problem with my Jeep. Claimed I needed front end alignment. Which they cant do! Took it to McWhorter and they found the issue and it wasnt just an alignment problem. You would think a Jeep dealership would know how to repair what they sell.

Amazing group of workers. I went in because my ac was not blowing cold air and the mechanic, Miguel I believe his name was, found other things that were wrong and fixed them as well! They call you to keep you updated in what is going on with you car. Also I was unable to pick it up when it was ready and they let me keep it there for 5 days without charging me extra. Had to get a new vehicle quickly, didnt have much time to shop around. I had visited 2 other dealerships in town but left disappointed, felt like their only goal was to sell me whatever they could. Sent a request through the Spirit website to look at a vehicle I really wanted. Kelly called me within 2 hours asking when I would be available to come in and look at the vehicle. Let him know Id be there shortly, as soon as I arrived I was able to look at the used vehicle it was a little pricey for the mileage. Wasnt sure I wanted to invest that much money into it. Kelly offered to show me 2 similar vehicles, I test drove one and knew that was it for me. And price was very reasonable for a new vehicle. Kelly was very helpful through it all knew the vehicles well, answered all my questions. If I have to make another vehicle purchase Spirit will be my first stop!!

Bad service and unfriendly: had an appointment for 8:30am. At 1:50pm I called to get an update. A lady told me that they had not had a chance to look at the car, but that they would call me right back. No call. I called back at 2:20pm and was told that they started to work on it just now. I instructed them to not work on it and that I will pick the car up. When I arrived, the car was fixed (required an electronic reset, $25, covered by warrantee). No apologies issued, but arguments and justifications instead. Bad experience.

Johnny was great and very helpful! Did a majority of the leg work for us and all we had to do was go in to sign paperwork! Spirit was so great to us and willing to help us find what we needed.

Prepare for a bait and switch, they post multiple good deal vehicles that state online that are available this includes direct message confirmation. The only truck that looked like the one in the picture was the managers truck. Even the sales man was unaware what trucks we were talking about and tried selling us ones 8-15k more. I dont know how they have a 4.5 star review I feel those positive reviews are fakes from the staff or paid for.

Took three days to put a radiator in. I could see maybe 2 because they had to order it. The guy at service desk is rude and very short with you. Will go to frontier from now on. Service is much better

I had replaced the TIMP in my van and didn’t know about the anti-theft security code and locked up my car. I called Spirit and they said that if I got it towed they should be able to get it fixed. I dealt with Tyrone in the service department and he got me on the road again in time for my daughters birthday 🥳 party! Fast, Friendly, and helpful I highly recommend Spirit’s service department!

I always take my Jeep to this dealership because they have lots of experience working on Jeeps. I know the job will be done correctly here. Everyone is super friendly. I am not a car fanatic or expert and it shows. The people in the service department have never tried to overcharge me or up-sell me. Ordering parts is super easy and they always come in quick. My new truck was missing floormates and he found some fast, was missing the owners manual and he immediately put one on order for us, the radio was on spanish and he was able to help with that as well, and my truck was missing a piece of window trim; and like a magician he put that on order as well. The only thing he wasnt able to go over the trucks features due to the missing manual and time restraints of getting back to Odessa. All in all a great experience and great people, and will continue to have my business from here on out. Thanks Justin and the rest of the staff there.

You guys need to update your inventories everyday because its misleading to post all your inventories online and have your auto respond assistant reply to us on messages saying its available only to be told when we get there that they were no longer available. We travelled far to lubbock to check up on some trucks the we saw on your listings. This was a waste of time, effort and money for us. Even the dealer have no idea about the truck and giving us excuses that it got sold yesterday blah blah... Stop with this false advertising.
