Best car buying experience I have had in a long time. I live in New Mexico roughly 6 hours from Lubbock. Found a truck priced just over budget. The salesman Mr. Bailey Hughes, worked hard to send me extra photographs, details on the truck and worked with me on my trade-in. We came into Premier to look at a specific vehicle and Cody took care of us immediately! He was very personable and easy to interact with. We purchased the vehicle we wanted in a very timely manner without the back and forth of typical dealerships. These guys went above and beyond and we plan on using them for our next purchase as well. The car I bought looked good in the pictures and on the video from the salesperson, I bought the car and paid $9,000.00 down payment, I bought am offered extended warranty for 60 months or 60,000 miles more, the car was delivered directly to my home Night time and unfortunately was driven around 400 miles, can’t have a very good opportunity to detail check on the car and at that time seems to be ok, I put the car inside the garage and two days later when I wanted to take it to get washed and detailed one tire was flat, I put some air and noticed the tires had small cracks on the wall of the tire, you will never be able to see those at night and the car all Derry, and took it to detail, on the way up to the car detailing I noticed when start to accelerated or every time I want to increase speed the car seems to get extra gas that the sound of the exhaust is noticeable, something has be wrong, I called the sales person and he was not very helpful and act like he didn’t understand what I was telling him, definitely I’ll raise the issue one later to get a response, you cannot pay 9,000 down and then payments for 7 years and receive a car that to my eye should not pass state inspection as stated by the salesperson.
