If you have on your website (Available Now) It should be on your lot. Asked about this vehicle for 3 days.1. We have a truck coming in this we with a white one. (me) No I’m asking about the black one on your website.2. It’s a executive demo and manger is driving it. We will have it back at the end of the week.I would think an executive demo would be a 2022 not a 2021. Seeing how the 2022 are out.3. Then I was told. It will be next week or so before we have it back.Wow…. I will be shopping somewhere else for my New GLE!

We bought a used car from Audi, with the change in ownership things have been a little rough with getting the inspection done so the car can be registered. We finally got help from the Sales Manager and things seem to be going smooth. The Sales Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was done and personally brought my car to me. Thank you for taking care of us.

I love the fact that i never have to wait for service. Im immediately greeted. If you make an appt., they stick to it. Very knowledgeable & welcoming staff. The sales agent made me feel like i was talking to a friend.

Paul Verkamp, whom is over the service department at Alderson Cadillac, could not have been more unqualified from an interpersonal perspective. He gave off the energy that he knows everything and everyone else knows nothing. He didn’t act remorseful that it took him so long to get back to me via phone call to make my appointment in the first place. My entire family has bought from Alderson for generations. He made no effort to explain anything but the generic basics. It really was pitiful. In the end I felt sorry for him. He looked miserable.To expect a smile and a little remorse is not asking for a lot. I realize it may not come easy for some... but if you are going to take a job that calls for customer service, make sure you at least make an effort towards doing the right thing. It doesn’t take that much effort to smile or show understanding. A little will go a long way in my book.

I had an amazingly good experience purchasing a 2018 GMC Sierra Denali from via the internet from North Carolina. Mona was my sales representative, she was excellent through out the process;- which looking back, - overall Alderson made it pretty simple for me, even though it was long distance. Our salesman was super pushy and obnoxious. Not the dealership’s fault, they have great vehicles but this guy was just too much. I live 20 mins away and don’t like traveling back and forth to deal with ignorant people. Hmm, maybe he should get a job not in customer service.

I purchased a 2012 Lexus LS460 last July 2018 because of the black interior. I previously owned 2008 Lexus LS460 with beige interior. After receiving several text and walk around video from Salesman Michael Reed, I thought I was receiving my ideal dream machine. I paid over $1K for the car to be shipped. WRONG THING. This vehicle was ding and scratch up all over. The passenger front and rear door has been painted by a less superior body shop, over sprayed on the bottom chrome, door jabs, seal between the doors. Just got both doors fixed and painted. The trade value of my car just plummeted. SMH I could not believe it since I read the review of such an exceptional dealership. Reed informed me that he had took extra step to enhance the interior headliner and attached components. Every time I look at it, it disgusts me. The driver side door pillar had been taped up and painted with black paint. Now, it is peeling and cracking. Just terrible for Lexus! I paid over $25,000.00 for this car. Dont buy online from this dealership or you will get a Texas snow job.

This dealership, and specifically Preowned Sales Consultant - Michael Reed, were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Any questions about the car were thoroughly answered, and Michael made sure to find us a vehicle that fit our needs and more! The entire process was quick, and the pricing was incredibly fair.A few days after purchasing, we had a couple of hiccups with the paperwork as the car was going to be driven by a family member who lived out of state. Michael helped fix the issue really quickly and just made the whole process painless and efficient! Thanks Michael!

Never get your car serviced here, I sent my Audi A4 in to get an oil and was lied to and charged $400 for an oil change. Before I took my Audi in I called to get a quote for the oil change and they said they couldnt. Which was weird but I decided to go there anyways because I was recommended by a friend. Sent my car in Monday, Tuesday rolls around I call in no answer so I left a voicemail. Here comes I call Wednesday because no call back for an oil change. I get ahold of someone and they once again cant give me a direct price and said they would call back with in 15-30mins. 3 hours later I call back and have to get the receptionist to give me response. Finally they tell me it is $400 for the oil change! $400! They just said they use high end parts when doing an oil change. This place is waiting to still your money do not buy or get your car serviced here. Only after I get upset they offer it for $180 still the most I have ever paid for an oil change. Ridiculous, save yourself time and money go somewhere else other then here for any of your car needs.Theifs and just looking for your dollar not customer experience.
