Needed starter on car replaced. Call around and was told by most places 2 weeks wait! Found Birdsong Automotive through google search. Drop the car off on Wednesday afternoon and got it back on Friday morning. Just took the wife’s car to get her brakes replaced. My new goto mechanics in The Hub. Wife Car received a full tune up and new breaks! Overall satisfied!

I had taken my vehicle to another place of business twice and they could not figure out the problem with my air conditioning. Brought my vehicle over on a Thursday afternoon, it was looked at Friday and diagnosed. My vehicle was ready Monday morning! They were very professional and efficient.

Had my F250 in the shop to correct a death wobble and an oil change while it was there. Super professional to talk to and got me out of the shop fast. Death wobble was corrected but I noticed the engine sounded louder on acceleration. I disregarded it as I hadn’t driven that vehicle in a while. It lost all power later that day on the farm and had no response. I opened the hood and the air filter box was open and the engine air filter was just laying in the engine bay. I put it back and the truck sounded and ran fine. Simple mistake I probably should have checked for before leaving the parking lot

I had an intake manifold exhaust leak and they replaced it along with a bolt that had broke loose that had to be replaced. Brad and his team did an outstanding job and got my truck back in shape and running in pristine condition!!! The pricing was great and I would recommend them to anyone that needs anything done on any vehicle!!!

Brad’s team did a great job finding and repairing a oil leak on my motor home. They normally do not work on motor homes, but we’re able to repair mine. Cost was very reasonable and my motor home was ready in two days. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

My mustang needed a total engine replacement and Mr. Birdsong and his staff were great throughout the whole process. They worked hard to find a replacement engine for it and got the job done fast. They were friendly and helpful each time I spoke to them. My car is my baby and I am so thankful for their help in getting it back up and running.

Birdsong Automotive was recommended to us by our local mechanics shop (Beldens of Boerne Texas) to deal with a replacement transmission that was under warranty. They were professional, and explained the process involved up front. Heath and Joel were great to work with, and worked well with my 20 year old son on the vehicle in question. The process was followed, the timeline was met and they were able to resolve everything very satisfactorily for us! Will definitely go back to them if necessary for repairs in the future.

Birdsong Auto did a great job of repairs on our Motorhome and installed anti sway bars and shock absorbers. They were good at communicating with me on where they stood on the repair. It was not only a joy to deal with them but also a good price for the repairs done. I will be back more for our other cars as well.

Brad not only gave me a far more reasonable quote than the Chevrolet dealership in town, he got it done faster than they would have and warrantied the work as well.After this I took my truck to Birdsong for every problem that I had with it no matter how big or small. Whether it was installing new parts or having current parts worked on or replaced, there wasn’t anything that they couldn’t get done at the shop. Over the course of my time at Texas Tech I owned two different trucks and I would not have had them serviced at any other mechanic in Lubbock. Customer Service was great! Friendly, great staff, accommodating... Until the end.They did not fix the problem after diagnosis, repair, and test driving on a $1,300.00 Bill!Took it back the next day with the same problem that could have been found by turning the truck off and back on, test driving it, and letting it idle.They lastly said it was a clogged cad converter and that they did not work on that.Another $200-$400 fix.If they had solved the problem or acted like they would have made it right I could of 5 starred and recommended them.

They deserve more than a 5 star rating, 10 still doesnt seem like enough. This company did so much for me when my car broke down back at the beginning of October!! They did everything in their power to fix damage that had been going on for over two Yeats that every other mechanic failed to fix. Such a friendly place and they really do try to make you feel apart of their family. They will definitely be getting some sort of bake good from me for thanksgiving.

I am a DIY guy, for reasons of budget and some degree of having fun, I do my best to maintain our older household vehicles. My Suburban had a brake line leak that I had been struggling with for a long stretch of time, working on it here and there, having all the right tools, but was unable to do a line splice that doesnt leak.Reluctantly, I took it to Birdsong Automotive, but already knowing Joel, one of the technicians there from his past work on a couple of my vehicles while he was at a previous shop. The facility is very nice, clean and organized. The staff was friendly and courteous.I decided to have the Burb brought there. I was out of cars that run and just wanted to drive it again, but, as usual, dreading what it might cost me for what seemed like a simple task -especially in the hands of professionals. Heath was the tech who looked at it, then called me with a range of what he thought the repair would cost. The numbers were a little scary, but he said he would do his best. I said OK for Heath to work on it. When it was all said and done, my total was the lower number and the repair was done that same day.Heath and these guys do good work, and I believe can be counted on to be honest and fair. I can say the same about the other shop where I brought my vehicles, and still might, depending on circumstances; but Birdsong seems to be more affordable. Hopefully, they are understanding that many of their customers are guys like me who will do what they can on their own, but its good to know that we can take something there that we either couldnt get to or just cant waste more time with, and time is money.BTW, the brake line repair was done 2/25/2020. As of the date of this review, 6/12/2020, there is no issues. I wanted to take my time to write my opinion of this shop to allow enough time to pass.Keep up the good work, guys, and thanks again!

My problem was mis diagnosed and I paid approximately 189.00 for a transmission leak. A week later it’s still leaking. I return my vehicle . They openly admit they missed the problem yet they charged me labor to fix the problem . I was ok with paying for parts but feel I shouldn’t have to pay for labor. Won’t go back. I chose this shop because I used to attend church with the owner and assumed I would get a fair deal .

I was having a hard time finding someone to change all fluids in our 32 ft C Class RV, I stopped in at Birdsong Automotive and spoke to Brad, he said he would take on the job and completed the job the following day. Horrible customer service. They are out at 130st and told my mom they couldnt take her home or pick her up because and I quote its too far!!! As if they deliver pizza! The parts were only 250 and labor was double that. It took 3 days of her not having a vehicle. With as much as she paid and given the fact she chose their business and also the fact that they have a car with a big decal saying my car is being fixed by birdsong automotive, they couldve at least given her a courtesy ride. I say shop around before you decide on this automotive shop.

AGAIN..... It’s an Absolutely Perfect Place . Trying to leave on our family vacation, on Friday, a ten hour drive to the mountains, and I found a CV Boot torn wide open. I drove to Birdsong at 10AM, and they repaired my truck that same day.

Brad and crew have been taking care of my vehicles for a long time. Birdsong has fair prices, and honest business practices. He uses quality parts, too, which makes a huge difference in the longevity of a repair. This is a fine example of what a family business can be. I highly recommend Birdsong.

Owner and Operator Brad sealed the deal by identifying the issue with my SUV. Lupe completed the work with attention to detail and with a smile > I was in and out within an hour!
