Mark and the crew at Firestone in Louisville saved our bacon this weekend. My son took my car to town to visit friends and was stranded when it wouldn’t start. We had it towed to Firestone (all the GM dealers were 4-10 out to even LOOK at the car) and Mark had us back in business in 24 hours. Really appreciate the prompt service.

The gentlemen at this shop fit us in for tire replacement and alignment after a scary pothole on I-65 shredd3d our tire and wrecked the alignment. Many thanks for the very professional service.

Highly recommend this Firestone! Great service from a friendly and professional staff. I was visiting from out of town and had a piece of metal in my tire. They were very busy, but the manager personally fixed my tire so I could rejoin my group. 5+++ stars!!

The tires are wonderful however Im not too fond of the staff and their work ethic and respect for the customer. They glued weights on the inside of my rims on my corvette which rubbed, I had to bring it back the next morning and was told I could be in and out in half hour if I was there at opening, so I wake up early and bring the car back and was told it would be an hour or two at most despite being told something different the night before, I flippantly said fine whatever and walked outside to call an uber and luckily the front desk clerk said he could make it a half hour. I got the car back and noticed the tires werent balanced and I had a wobble, but I wasnt going to turn back and spend another day without my car. Upon inspection two weeks later while cleaning the car, I see they removed the glued weights that were rubbing and just left the messy adhesive inside the rims. I called this morning and they said I would have to leave the car again as they are short staffed and I informed them I would let them i know when I could make room for a 3rd trip. Its disappointing to see the glue left. I worked hard for my things and expect them to be treated with respect when in the hands of a service tech but this was not the case.

I was driving through Louisville and had an issue with my car. They got me in right away and for free did a diagnostic test on my Hyundai Tucson. They were very honest, friendly and worked quickly!!! I’ve always had good experiences with Firestone auto and this was no exception.

This place put my Ford Edge on a lift to put tires on it, but in the process pinched my fuel line and damaged the relay. Then they priced a fuel pump for $713. We took the bed off the truck and inspected the damage and fixed it ourself for practically nothing. Dont bring your truck here they will screw it up on their lift.

I went there to get air and my tires and they were very accommodating. I hate it nowadays if theyre actually charging for air so they really help me out.

This is only place ive taken my cars mark is great always the friendly face as well as helpful and curtious andre who went above and beyond I feel in helping me with Firestone account as well as a follow up call to the credit check company. They have done right by me always thats why theyve had my business in 2000😍

I made an appointment for an inspection and instead of doing an inspection one of you employees just had a look at my car and just made a guess on what could be wrong and how much it could be. I needed a full body inspection and wanted to know what exactly is the problem and how much would it be so that i can plan accordingly. Your employee thought i just came in for a free inspection and might leave without doing anything. Well you just lost a customer as i went somewhere else and the other auto store not only inspected my car but also fixed it for a very reasonable price.You need to work on your customer service.Poor experience.

The person who inspected my car was very polite and generous. He checked everything thoroughly and refilled the fluids in my car. Definitely will come back.

Went in thinking I needed an alignment turned out I needed 2 new tires and they explained that something else needs to be fixed also but I can do that myself super helpful and friendly I will definitely recommend them and take my car back if needed thanks guys

The service here is amazing! They took care of a problem caused by repair work done by the Outer Loop store (you can read my review comments about them on Google). They fixed my issue the very next day, and Im completely satisfied. So much so that I bought a set of tires that I hadnt planned on but the sale they told me about was too good to pass up. They are now the only place I will be taking my car for repairs from now on.

Oil and filter change, wiper replacement. Dropped my car off right before work it was ready in a couple of hours, walked over at lunch and picked it up. Quality, friendly service.

Drop my car off at 10:30am and the guy told me in 2hours, came back in 3hour they haven’t even started the car, also there is no communication or greetings skill within the staff, was a unpleasant experience.

I keep trying to like this place but I have now given up. I have the lifetime balance and rotation and still could not get a simple appointment days later to get the work finished. The main manager when he is here is fine but the other guy totally sucks and I just cannot keep dealing with him.

Ive been to Firestone 3 times and today was the first day they charged me. The first 2 times the low tire pressure light came on so I stopped in to have them check. They didnt find anything wrong but did fill up my tires free of charge. The 3rd time there was a screw in my tire but they were able to repair it. My total came to $20! Theyve always been fast and caring work excellent service. I told them I was amazed they werent trying to charge me an arm and a leg. The managers response was we cant always do that but we like to if we can. What a great and refreshing mentality! I would recommend anyone bring their vehicle here.

Dont trust their warranty,this shop wont stand behind it. Our alignment job was poorly done,and when we took it back, they evidently did nothing, then called us to pick it up. When my husband called again to tell them the problem wasnt corrected,they pretty much told him to take a flying leap. We had used this shop in the past with good results, but never again. Save yourself money and hassle,and go somewhere else. Very disappointed

They have great service here. Quick. Knowledgeable. They got some grease on my floormats, but they are trying to fix it. Whether its them cleaning at the shop with what they have or sending it out to be cleaned. I would recommend anyone to come here and get tires or what not.

The boss and a couple mechanics stayed late to help me not have to leave my car over night.I walked in at 5:45 and made it to dinner at 6:30 on time with a new tire! Amazingly great service!

I went here because I needed a tire, it was close to me and it was open on a Sunday; they provided excellent customer service and took really good care of us.

Thought I was going to need all 4 tires only needed 2. They was so honest. Anywhere else I would have bought all 4 tires for no reason. Jesse is the best. Wait time wasnt to bad. Even tho they were packed. Good job you guys.

One of the few places in town I feel is honest and does good work. Always goes above and beyond to explain what my car needs, and they give discounts to hospital employees, which is great. Fair prices, clean bathroom, well lit waiting room, professional and polite front desk people.One thing to know is they, like any good shop, are always busy. I drop my car off in the morning, and its done when I get off. If you need work done right now your experience may be different.

Got a basic oil change today they tried charging me twice as much as all the other times Ive been there. But I give the service technician Crispin 5 stars, I definitely recommend requesting him. I got him the first time I was there and trust his work completely, does great work, and is very fast, and honest, which is hard to find in that line of business.

Three of the four tires they sold me were already five years old and by law could not be sold? They told me this after I waited for 3 hours and was ready to pay for them ? I was told I would get 4 tires and an alignment for an agreed price that was not true they tried to charge me an additional $70 to make a minor adjustment. Out of a total of 7 tires that were put on my vehicle in 48 hours the tire pressure ranged from 35 to 45 lb? they damaged the bolts holding on my center caps. At the end of the day after saving for three weeks I do have four brand new Firestone Destination 2 all-terrain tires but I never did get the alignment and would never take my vehicle back to that shop again.

They were very nice. I went in for a oil change. I made a appointment for that day. They were cheaper and have a special, on oil change and other items.

I hit a nail about 30 miles outside of Louisville and decided to use tire slime for a quick fix to get into the city. My car was riding a little rough and I was concerned about the tire being that I’ve never used the “slime” product before.When I arrived I spoke with Andre who educated me about the use of that slime product and the potential damage it could incur on rims/pressures sensors. My tread was pretty worn so we decided to replace the tire. I was quoted about 2 hours but it only took about 45 minutes.Andre, you are the man. Thank you for your professionalism and speed of service. Firestone is lucky to have you.

Scheduled my appointment online, showed up on time only to find out that the store never knew about it. They were fully booked, with walk-ins coming through the door, on a Sunday morning. Despite that, I was offered a chance to have my car done, it would just be a while (I was getting 4 new tires). I set myself up for a 3 hour wait, a personal guess based on how many cars were ahead of me and the fact that they only had 2 techs that day. I was gone in just over 2 hours with the best tire balancing Ive ever had on this car - no vibrations anywhere up to highway speeds. All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. Considering how slammed they were that day, Im pleased that: 1) I was served at all; and 2) that my car was done perfectly, nothing forgotten or skipped. Id definitely recommend them.

Best tire rotation experience so far. I have slept through my appointment by 30 min. Called Firestone and the guy has said that he would still be able to get me in. The rotation was fast and the guys working there very nice and courteous.

Good staff, very friendly and professional. However, they are uncomfortable in unfamiliar situations. Do not go out of the way to help/ share knowledge. For example, had my washer fluid refilled but it wasn’t pumping. They least bothered.

This is the only place in Louisville I will take my car. They are honest and the customer service is great! It’s easy to feel like a car place is ripping you off or lying to you, but I have never felt that here.

My son had to be taken to the ER and on our way there the low tire warning came on. After we got him checked into the hospital and everything was fine I had to deal with the tire before we went back home. I stopped by the Firestone and they seemed really busy but were able to take the time to check and put air in my tires for free. Thank you!

A HOT MESS!!!! Never take your car to this dump unless you are desperate. Will try to charge hundreds of dollars for simple work. Some of the employees are incompetent, unprofessional and just ignorant. I will not return to this location. Take your car to someone else.

I took my car up here and dropped it off with a list of stuff around $800, The guy calls me an hour later and says and I quote I dont wanna do $1000 worth of work and its not gonna fix your problem.. The problem i had was that the guy didnt want to do the work. I know he was concerned about one big problem, which was there was no heat in my car; I told him that. he said he spent 3 hours trying to figure out my problem, which was the heater core. He said by fixing this, it will put heat in my car. I also told him about the antifreeze leaks and other stuff that were on the list. He said he would look at it after he fixed the heater core. He said he would call me when it is done before the end of the day. He didnt call at all, I had a friend drive me back up there, when i asked if my car was done, it took them 10 minutes to find my keys, and he said it had been ready a few hours earlier. They fixed the heater core which i paid for, and didnt get anything else fixed because the heater core was so damn costly. He should have fixed what was on the paper, and I could have worried about the heat later. I think they fix what they want to fix, and have you running back for your other problems.

So my boyfriend took his truck there to get alignment tire rotation and balance.. No balance and then we find a screw in the tire... Grease all over the truck and then to top it off it was straight up in the ghetto

My wife was heading to Louisville, KY from Chicago when she hit a pot hole on 65 just North of Indianapolis. The spare tire was installed by a road side service. I searched the internet for a OEM (Firestone FT140) tire for a 2016 Honda Civic. I called this Firestone store and spoke to Brian. He informed me the tire I needed is in stock and quoted a fair out the door price. My wife used the over night key drop service. Brian and his crew had the vehicle ready for pick up in no time. Brian followed up with a phone call to my wife indicating the car was ready for pick up. I want to give this Firestone store a shout out for a, JOB WELL DONE! Thank you!

Waited for 48 minutes for a vehicle inspection and finally decided to leave w/o it. They had multiple people come in after me, in the bay. Some had appointments and others did not. i would rather pay 3x the amout then to have my time wasted.

Worst service Ive ever experienced in my life. It took them 6 hours to do absolutely nothing on my car. I was basically forced to leave my car there over night because of their inability to put on 4 tires (that they also tried to overprice me on by 100$) on within 6 hours. Trust me when I say to Avoid this place at all cost.

Called up there today to set up a time to have my tire patched. I recently bought the tires here and purchased the guarantee at the time of purchase. They told me on the phone that they could get me in am hour to hour and a half. If I show up in the next hour. 45 min later, I pull in and they tell me it will be at least another 1.5 hours till they can see me or can schedule me in So much for a guarantee, if you have to wait days for a tire patch. Im losing air now.

By far the dumbest group of professionals Ive come across. I asked three questions. 1. Can you fill out a Uber form. 2. Do you have access to email. 3. Do you have access to a printer. I was told I dont know 17 times while he asked the manager for help and the manager repeated I dont know as well. How do you not know what you are capable of?

Twice they repaired a slow leak in a tire, and twice did not take the tire off the rim. Instead they inflated the tire and called it good. Go to the Outer Loop store if you need Firestone.

They can put on a tire, aside from that stay far far away.Alignment, nope.Press in bushings, nope they used a hammer! (The only reason I took it to a shop is because I dont own a press).Torque lugs to 80 lb/ft, not a chance (I watched the guy crank past 80 by no less than 30°).Clean up after themselves, not so much, I found a wrench under the hood rattling (how it didnt fall out is just luck), scuffed up some paint in the process.Save yourself the headache, find another place to do work on your vehicle.I concur with the reviews stating this Firestone tries to up sell anything and everything.Maurice

Worst car service ever!!!! Originally cane her to getmu brakes fixed and now two months later it has escalated from brakes to rooters to caliper to missing brake cap to no heat. The employees and managers claim to have done quality work but keep tepairsing their mistakes. I will NEVER visit this location again. Poor service. If I could give zero stars I would.

This was a decent place. The manager gave me a discount but took way longer than expected. They tried to tell me there was suspension problems but gave me a ridiculously overpriced quote. Then I later found out that one of my lug nuts was stripped by them, but they didnt want to accept the blame for it until I spent a bunch of time pissed off on the phone.

Just a sad, pitiful and an unprofessional place of business in my opinion!! Took my car for repairs. Spent almost 1000.00 for tires, oil change and a so called alignment. However, I noticed that my car is still doing the same thing even after getting an alignment. Noticed that the caps on my car wheels are all missing, except one. Called to complain, the manager never said Can you bring it back in? He never said Let me see what happen to the caps. All he did was make excuses for the unprofessional job they did to my car. I took my car to them a year ago or so for an alignment, and after waiting 2 and a half hours, I was told an alignment could not be performed. However, this past month, they did a so called alignment and charged 89.00. Now if you looked at my car a year ago and said you could not do an alignment, how in the world were you able to perform one now??? Also noticed they changed oil. No sign in car telling me when to come back for my next one, nor was it on the receipt, and I am now wondering if the oil was even changed. When I went to pick up car, the representative never went over bill, just folded the receipt up and said Thanks. Wow!!!! Unbelievable. Oh, and by the way, when you complete the customer satisfaction survey, the manger will call you ONE time and then youre forgotten about. If you are really concerned about the experience of your customers, you would call more than once. But I guess thats what you do to make yourself look good. Oh, and one last thing, the representative that day kept calling me with other issues that were going on my with my car, and said it was necessary for it to get fixed. He then called back an hour later saying my car was experiencing starting problems, and after taking the key out, it seemed as if it didnt want to shut off. He said the tow truck driver said the same thing. This is false, because I have never had an issue with my car doing that at all. When I told him that wasnt true, he then called back to say it wasnt what he thought. If I did not have a Firestone credit card, I wouldnt go to this place at all. Its horrible. I think I will find me a local mechanic, and cancel my Firestone credit card. My advice to many of you reading my review would be to find you a mechanic you can trust and depend on to do things right and honest. And I would even shop around for tires before going to this place. Use this place only IF you really have to. I know everyones experiences are different, but this was MY experience.
