I took my Alfa to Bluegrass for service since that is where I purchased it. I live about 3.5 hours away. They were very accommodating on the appointment time and kept me up to date about the necessary repairs. They provided a loaner car. Since they had to order a part, they allowed me to drive the loaner home and then came a couple days later to trade out my car and the loaner. I am very impressed with the attention to detail and how they treat their customers. I whole heartedly recommend them for both purchase and service.

The process of buying a car at Maserati of Louisville and Blue Grass Motorsport was great. Jeff Bricker was great. He was able to answer and take care of all questions. His knowledge of the cars was phenomenal. He explained every detail about the car.Mike Vine, the owner, was easy to work with and got me the exact car I wanted. He worked on the price with me and gave me a great deal.I highly recommend Maserati of Louisville. Also the car is a monster!

I had a recall and oil change done. You can book online or via phone call. It took a couple of days of leaving voicemails to get in touch with someone. Once I did, we were promptly scheduled. When scheduling by phone, I asked if I would receive a loaner vehicle. I was told that since the service would be only an hour or two, a loaner would not be necessary. We were instead informed of the available shuttle service.Once we arrived, we were greeted and went through regular protocol. They have proper Covid19 precautions in place. We were again assured that service would likely be an hour or two, and that we would be updated/ notified when it was ready.Luckily I had my husband take off work and come get me. We waited over four hours with no word or status updates from the dealership. We called the dealership to see what the status was, they checked and said it was being washed and we could come by and pick it up.The services were performed to our liking (as far as we know.) The staff was polite. Our car was washed.Overall it was an experience the same as all the other dealership service centers.Update 1: This particular service ( recall and oil change) ended up not being performed to our liking. The oil change ($300) was performed and we ended up with an oil leak shortly after. We scheduled another service appointment. They promptly got the car in and repaired the faulty oil filter that they had put on during our oil change. They apologized for the inconveniences and did not charge us any further.Update 2: They replaced our infotainment system that failed. It took several days. They did pay for a rental while it was being repaired.

Lee the service manager was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. The necessary part wasnt available for my Alfa Giulia that day for the brake line fix they provided a loner car no questions asked. I think its an advantage to have a combined Maserati Alfa dealership when you need service.

Could have lost 1 star on customer service due to something beyond their control. They had lost a sales person, and had not yet replaced him/her, and we came in on the first visit near the very end of the work day. Due to the experience other than that being above and beyond, we left it at 5 star. Outside of the initial lost time, this was definitely a 5+ star buying experience.

BUYER BEWARE - Do not trust quality or ethical standards.I almost made the mistake of purchasing a CERTIFIED pre-owned Maserati from Jeffrey Bricker at this Dealership. I was told the car was in perfect condition, but to be safe and especially out of state, I had a 3rd party inspector review the car and provide me pictures of the quality. Now... according to Maserati North America, the requirements for cars to qualify for their Certified Pre-Owned program by passing their Tough Criteria include paint quality, exterior body,.. scheduled maintenance and a history report. The car had deep gashes in the paint, damage to the exterior body, and an incomplete service history that was not going to be addressed. I was told one rim had light road rash that would be rubbed out, come to find out 3 of the 4 had significant road rash. Thank god I did not buyI expected Jeffrey to fix the damage on the car seeing as we had agreed upon a purchase price under the assumption of the cars overall quality and condition, but that was obviously too much faith in either the brand Maserati or this particular dealership. Jeffrey told me unequivocally that the dealership had no interest in upholding Maseratis standards of Certified Pre-Owned, and basically that youre buying a used car, what do you expect. Wow.As a previous Maserati owner, I was pretty put off by this whole experience and contacted Maserati North America. They were appalled on the phone at the experience I had received, and told me they were doing an investigation and would get back to me with follow up. I also let Jeffrey know that I had reached out to Maserati North America, as well as providing him the full damage report. Maserati North America called me back and told me the spoke with the general Manager, CJ Leyendecker, and that this was going to be dealt with. Well.... I never heard a single response from Jeffrey. I never heard a single response from CJ. I never heard any more follow up from Maserati North America. I expect this was tossed in the garbage with all of their other complaints, and glossed over.This dealership gives used car salesmen a bad name, and if I was going to purchase even a new car from them I would be sure to have a full 3rd party inspection performed to make sure they were selling me anything close to what is advertised.

Can we give negative stars? 2019 Stelvio was in this shop several times for electrical issues and I was told the battery needed to be charged and everything is fine. Nobody in the service dept thought it might be a good idea to find out what was causing the battery drain. Went out one day and car was dead- doors wont unlock, nothing-battery dead. Was told by service to call roadside assistance and have car towed to the dealer. I let them know I needed a loaner car and was told roadside assistance did not provide a loaner. I keep contacting the dealer to find out what is wrong with the car and that I would need a loaner car. They keep telling me they cant find anything wrong-car is starting right up. I have to insist that something is draining the battery and that they need to find out what it is. 10 days go by, with no loaner ever provided during that time. When the car is finally fixed, they tell ME to go get a renter car, drive it to the dealer and pick up my car. This is a luxury car dealership but you wont feel like it. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. After my insistence, my car was finally towed back to me and as for how they treated me and the inconvenience of no car for 10 days, the dealership says, sorry. Wow

Excellent dealer/shop. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I asked the service manager to take my 2007 Maserati Q-porte home to see whether everything was OK: he did and discovered (and fixed) a problem not noticed by myself. Have owned Maseratis for more than 30 years, best experience so far!

Maserati Louisville received my Maserati SPECIFICALLY for code diagnostics and the only thing they did was screw up the entire electrical system in the car and then BLAME ME for the car being undriveable, although it was 100% driveable before it was in their possession. I was given the car back with a braking system that does not work, immobilizer problems, a power draw problem causing the AGM battery to be fried, several electronic failures, and absolutely NO attempt to fix the myriad of issues they caused. Although my car went in for 10 minutes worth of code resets--and NOTHING else--my car now sits completely immobile in a parking lot with THOUSANDS of dollars worth of issues caused by a dealership thats supposed to be licensed by the manufacturer. For MONTHS and MONTHS the dealership has REFUSED to talk about eradicating the issues.AGAIN, 9 MONTHS LATER, I STILL DO NOT HAVE A DRIVEABLE CAR.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The experience in purchasing my CPO Maserati Quattroporte was a 5 starexperience for one main reason, CJ Leyendecker, the General Sales Manager.We live in Atlanta, drove up to see the car, addressed any issues we had (and I am very picky), left a small good faith deposit and everything that was discussed was addressed 100% by CJ. The guy even gave me his personal cell number. The car was delivered in the condition we expected in the time frame we discussed during the process with regular updates from CJ.Understand that this car was 1 of 100 limited edition Quattroporte vehicle with special paint, custom interior, floor mats, the works, with long lead time items. I bring this up because even the floor mats take a couple of months to get, but we worked together on few needed items and CJ made it happen. This was the best car buying experience that I ever had!So being objective and constructive, what was the worst part of our experience if I had to choose one thing? As a person in sales management myself, CJ is short staffed and is in need of better trained sales staff on the showroom floor and at reception desk (Very dismissive attitude with one of the receptionists).To Bluegrass Motors Executive Team, invest in better staff because there is a significant upside revenue potential but not with the limited, inexperienced staff currently in place. I get that Maserati and Alfa Romeo are lower volume brands but at the very least increasing the quality of the staff will go a long way, especially compared to the positive welcome I received by the Porsche team right next store each time I browsed around. Im sure Maserati North America in NJ would agree.I plan on buying again from Maserati Alfa Romeo Louisville because of my overall five star experience. Make sure CJ is involved in your purchase and you wont be disappointed!
