Wow!! I absolutely love touch of color! First of all, the front office lady is an absolute doll. Jeff is the freaking bomb and so accommodating. He got my car in on Tuesday & fixed by that next Wednesday. (That is even with them only working 3 day weeks because of the holidays.) I was happy as a lark yesterday when I picked up my car, they even cleaned my floor boards and my weather tech Matt’s!!! I was sitting at a red light only 100 yards from my house when the guy behind me decided not to stop,totalling my Mustang. I have never been in an accident and never had any bodywork done to any of my cars. I was looking for someone close that did amazing work. I was referred to Touch of Color by a neighbor. I got on their website that day and posted some pictures of my damage and they called me the next day. I drove to the shop on the following Monday to get the estimate. I met up with Destinee, she was very nice and knowledgeable about what I needed. She explained everything in great detail and she e-mailed an estimate to me the next day. I asked her when would be a good time to drop it off and she said they could take it now. I dropped off the Mustang on a Monday. Destinee stayed in touch with me every step of the way,letting me know everything that was going on. I got the call that the Mustang would be ready for pickup on my Birthday. Awesome Birthday present!!!They drove it out of the shop and it looked like the day I bought it in 2006. I was amazed by the work. I drove it home and did some more detailed inspection and noticed there were some burns in the clearcoat so I called Destinee and let her know I found something wrong in the paint. She said bring it back and we will inspect it. It looked like it had acid spilled on it. She said it is covered, and the Mustang went back in for another touch up. I got the call the next week that it was finished and it really is top notch now. Thank you to the Touch of Color team,they do really great work as you can tell by the photos. Everyone I communicated with is very friendly and they make you feel like you are part of the team. If you need any bodywork done go straight to Touch of Color and tell them Ryan Simmons sent me. ***I’m updating my older post. This is the 3rd time Ive used Touch of Color. They do incredible work. I referred my wife to get her Toyota Yaris fixed after someone wrecked into it. The insurance company wanted to push us onto another ‘in network’ shop but I insisted on Touch of Color. She is very happy with the work and so am I! You have a customer for life. Thank you so much for having great work ethic when so many businesses no longer do! Just top notch all around.Wow! Customer service like no other. These folks treat you like family. Better yet, a best friend! Ive used them 2 times and just top notch. There is a reason they have a 4.9 star rating.When so many businesses offer terrible service and products, its refreshing to see someone go above and beyond. Why go anywhere else?

Everyone at Touch of Color was fantastic while I was getting my car repaired.Sherri (Im not sure if I am spelling her name correctly) was a pleasure to talk to the multiple times I called with random questions while my car was getting fixed, and she never got annoyed when I told her it was me again - and Im sure it was annoying the amount of times I called..Destinee was amazing in explaining the estimate for my repairs and talking me through the different options I had, both for repairs and the costs associated, and keeping me updated when there was a slight delay in the timing I was getting my car back.Dennis brought me home when I dropped my car off and picked me up when my car was ready. Not only is he great to have a conversation with during a car ride, but when he brought my car out of the shop he wiped off the minor dust that had collected after they had already washed my car (and vacuumed the inside where no work was done, thank you!). He wanted to make sure everything was perfect.By the work that was done on my car, I can tell that the same mentality runs through the entire shop. 10/10 I would recommend Touch of Color for everyone.I havent tried the BBQ sauce I got there yet, but I will update once Ive tasted it. Gave them just a fender to paint. The paint scheme for my vehicle is a very difficult 3 stage paint scheme. They warned me that without the vehicle, it would be very difficult to match the rest of the car. Let me tell you that they did a FANTASTIC job matching the rest of the car. They were very professional and kind in every aspect of dealing with them. They really treated me like a value. Would recommend them to anyone!!!

I took my vehicle here after being side swiped by a semi on 65 north. Repairs required replacement of my driver door and the passenger door behind that one. My vehicle looks as if nothing ever happened. Great staff and very accommodating. Its a shame that such a great body shop is tucked away off the main street. They did excellent t work and I will be taking my vehicles back for future work if needed.

These people went above and beyond for my car. They allowed me to write a check for half of my deductible, (which helped me so much more than they know) and when I got my car back, they had fixed a door scratch from when some idiot dinged my car. They also cleaned out my vehicle which I am not used to. I highly recommend this place. The woman at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart. God forbid I ever have to get my car repaired again, but if I do, they are number one on my list.

The people at Touch Of Color made this so easy for me. I dropped my truck off on the 24th and it was done and ready to be picked up on the 25th! They are great people to work with, I highly recommend this place.

I’ve taken my car here twice and will never do it again. First time took over 6 weeks for the repair. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second time, over 5 weeks and had to take it back in and problems were still not addressed. First time I got my car back, the check engine wasn’t addressed and my headlights were completely misaligned. I took it back in and they “realigned” the headlights, only to see that they were still aimed high enough to miss the road completely. I ended up having to fix it myself, because In replacing the headlights, they never locked the passenger side headlight socket in place. I could list my issues one by one on this page, but this bodyshop is awful. I’ll never go there again.
